Peyton was very friendly, helpful, informative with all of our questions. The community has a lot more greenery the most apartments and would be great as I have a dog myself. I like the layout of the one bedrooms, with how the room, bathroom, and closet are all connected.

I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for Kevin Fuller, the Leasing Manager at The Columns on Main in Spring Hill, TN. My experience with Kevin and his team has been nothing short of exceptional. At the end of May, I was facing challenges completing my lease application online. Despite it being late on a weekend and outside of regular hours, Kevin answered my call personally. He dedicated over an hour to assisting me, demonstrating both his commitment and expertise in ensuring I completed the application process smoothly. His proactive approach and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Kevin not only promptly found a unit that met all my requirements, but he also provided his cell phone number for any additional questions. His responsiveness and willingness to assist with numerous queries were invaluable. He even facilitated a visit from my brother, who was able to inspect the unit on my behalf, and Kevin promptly addressed a request to replace the carpet due to a previous tenant's pet. When I arrived in mid-August to take possession of the unit, everything was perfectly prepared thanks to Peyton from Kevin's team. During our walkthrough, we identified a few minor issues, which Kevin resolved swiftly. The maintenance crew addressed all concerns within two hours, showcasing their efficiency and the high standards of property upkeep at The Columns on Main. Overall, Kevin Fuller and his team have provided exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive living experience. I wholeheartedly rate their service an A+ and recommend them without reservation.

I'm satisfied with everything except for the difficulty in making an exact appointment date and time when repairs are needed. The staff who assisted me were friendly. They helped me by providing the keys two days before the scheduled move-in date, allowing me to prepare in advance. This was very useful and appreciated. The soundproofing is also excellent. If you are looking for a quiet place, I highly recommend this location.

The community is good. The apartments are very nice and well located, you can find anything in less than 15 minutes. It can work really good if you work at General Motors as me, in less than seven minutes you get to GM.

Lovely community, nice 3br apartments, excellent amenities at a reasonable price. Location is fantastic, close to the Crossings for shopping and an easy commute to GM for any employees there. Highly recommend checking it out!

I really enjoy where I live. The location is perfect, the maintenance crew is quick, and the staff is really accommodating. I haven't had any issues with the neighbors, noise, appliances, or really anything. It is my first time in my own apartment and the experience has been great.

MOST NEGLIGENT MANAGEMENT EVER

If you love the smell of WEED these apartments are great for you. I have recently moved into one of their apartments in TN where it is illegal to smoke marijuana, not only in the complex but in the state, and there is a tenant around us that smokes regularly. When that tenant starts smoking weed it makes its way into my apartment and stinks up the whole place. We have tried to talk to the property manager multiple times but every time they say the tenant will be out the weed smell begins again. They have been negligent in removing this tenant, in helping us move to a new safe apartment, and by providing a habitable space for their residents. DO NOT RENT AT ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX OWNED BY ECI GROUPS. It is not worth the trouble of bad management, communication, and an inhabitable living space.

The dog poop all over the grounds, next to sidewalks and in the dog park is disgusting and not sanitary. Also, the need to spend more time preparing and cleaning the apartment prior to the next tenant moving in.

It's a nice complex, with easy walking to the clubhouse and pool area, as well as restaurants nearby. When I moved in things were fairly clean, but I do feel like they could have done a bit of a better job, no big complaints though. Everything feels very nice, except the dishwasher is a bit small and not super new.
