Reasonable price. Exterior maintenance is slacking, too many stray cats on the property. Maintenance is slow to respond. Neighbor balcony is unsightly. Parking lot maintenance is subpar. Mailbox area is unclean.

We love our community. Close to all shopping and food stores. No problems with delivery. Staffing is an awesome team. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and done right. We love it here! Management surpasses all expectations.

Have been here 13 yrs and have never had a problem with anything. If things need fixed it is done in a very timely manner. Have never had a problem with any one in the office, they have all been very nice.

They don't care about new residents. Pretend like they didn't see damages from previous tenant when they're doing a turnover. Staff might be nice, but doesn't mean the attention to their tenants is there. Don't waste your money or time.

the tree behind building 213/214 need to be cut alot the cats that live in the tees a lady comes everyday to feed them carries fleas and supports them multipling the cat run around the apt complex and sit on your cars

The apartment had numerous issues. The Living room patio door was broken and would not slide. Laundry door off track, master bath missing shower knobs, master bedroom closet door broken, second bathroom under-sink is collapsing, master bathroom door falling apart. Kitchen drawers are all off track. The dryer vent is missing to keep lint from going into the walls. Front door locks get stuck. There is a soft spot on the top of the stairs. very unsafe. I am very unhappy with this apartment and would never recommend this place to anyone.

On our move in day we were pretty unhappy with the lack of communication. Which made our move in day more stressful than it needed to be, however one of the problems were resolved the next day. It also seems like it's a bit difficult to get maintenance to come out when called.

This property has gone downhill for the last two years. I don't blame any of the new management and front office team, I blame the company who owns this property and refuses to invest in any of the repairs that are desperately necessary, while they still jack up the rent and pretend this is a quality place to live.

riverstone is a terribly run complex with poor management and lazy maintenance. It will take them months to fix even the slightest issue and the whole time they will make excuses or blame you instead of taking responsibility for their poor work.

Complex hired good people that will take care of any situation needed. I've only beeen here for two months. At first it was difficult to get maintenance to repair what they missed in make ready. Washer, dryer hook ups were broken, hot water heater flooded apt. That was fix next day. Since then, with only Micheal here he has tried to keep up. He does a great job when he can get to you. Now with help, it's been 100% better.

Things are falling apart. Renovations done poorly . I couldn't get my king box spring upstairs. Very narrow. I've fallen down the stairs. Very steep . Can't wait for my lease to end and move. They hire active felons for maintenance.

Management is not helpful. The laundry has been in a state of complete disrepair since 2020. Has not been replaced since before 2016* and is open to the elements. The sidewalks typically flood because of how many sprinklers they have. Sprinklers do not avoid walkways so you have to walk around the property if you don't want to get wet. Parking lot is in a similar state of disrepair, cracked, uneven, very few non-visitor spots. They hire a landscaping company that parks and blocks vehicles in and even if you request management to assist you they won't. Had to uber to work 2 times and back home because of this. Internet randomly cuts out; I have a top of the line router but never get any assistance or response from the office when this occurs. Can last up to 24 hours. This fraudulent maintenance survey is saying someone visited and worked on my unit. I was home the whole day that is reported but of course they never actually give heads up as the survey suggests they do and the field in the maintenance request that asks if it's ok to come in when I'm gone is frequently ignored. Last time the maintenance man left muddy boot prints all over my bedspread when the work to be done wasn't even in my bedroom. The time before that there were (hopefully) oily handprints all over my front door bathroom door and the air conditioning unit panel. The lease lady likes to yell at you in front of the employees there is no such thing as having a conversation with this woman, Rebecca, she often brings people into the conversation, even bystanders who are not employed by the complex. Whew.
