The staff in the leasing office were very friendly and professional. I was treated with the utmost respect throughout the leasing process. They processed all of the paperwork very quickly and got me into my apartment within just a few short days later. My apartment was very clean, located in a very convenient spot within the complex. I have been very impressed and happy with all of the services provided.

It's great! Very quick maintenance and apartments are very well kept. Only issues you might have is if you get a loud neighbor but that's a gamble in any complex. As far as safety goes maybe there could be some more things to implement

It's an ok place to live. Nothing really fancy about it. The majority of the time it's pretty quiet. The townhome (3) bedroom place is pretty old. It needs a total make up inside. The outside patio needs work also.

The leasing agents answered all my questions before leasing. The maintenance staff always do what I need in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet. This place was a great first apartment. Only downside is no assigned parking.

I have a good experience with maintenance issues addressed quickly by staff. Staff are friendly and neighbors are good people. Location is convenient in BCS. Apartments are also priced well for the community.

This complex is great! A lot of things seem newly renovated and for the price and convenience of where everything is in relation to the complex, you can't beat it! Not to mention, the staff is always happy and ready to help you if you need it!

Nice, Friendly. They really help you when you need it. They go above and beyond when trying to move in. When i out in a maintenance form they came out that same the day, the man was super friendly and worked on my situation pretty fast !!

It is only my third day here, and I love it! Couldn't be happier with the space! The appliances are outdated, but they do their job. There is a little noise from the hospital; ambulances and helicopters. But the noise isn't too bad.

Absolutely love Riverstone! The office staff is great and maintenance is amazing!! The complex is very quiet and well kept! Haven't had any problem with my apartment or the people around me. There all nice and always make sure things get done quickly!

So far we have experienced a really responsive and cohesive team in the office. We weren't able to get the square footage apartment that we wanted, but the apartment that we got has a much better layout that seems like it will work for our small family.

It's been very good so far was glad to find apartment located in area I liked and was familiar with the rent is very reasonable for this size apartment I like the layout and love the big bedroom closet had plenty of room for all furniture

Very clean and quiet complex. Older, but well maintained. Staff is very nice and always willing to go above and beyond! Any maintenance requests I've had have been fixed quickly and completely. I haven't had any issues since living here, and I would recommend it to anyone looking.

Great area, nice neighbors, but the apartments need to be updated. Decent prices, but my washing machine and dryer didn't fit in the allotted space even though they were the typical size. Dog poop was everywhere in walking areas, and the laundry facilities source of payments didn't work for laundry backup. Agents were nice and friendly, but not informative and seemed uneducated with the leasing experience. But again, nice area for short term stay.

Staff has always been courteous and has gone out of their way to make sure we enjoy living here. We initially had a really bad flea infestation upon moving into the apartment but the staff helped take care of it as much as possible. The apartment is not perfect but any issues that the staff has been told about have been fixed and In a timely manner.

It is far better than my previous apartment. Service request are net the same or next day and actually repaired. Never had a issue with the front desk, they have always been helpful and will go out of their way to assist you.

They are older apartments but if you have any problems they are quick to fix it. My apartment is a townhouse loft and I love it. It is spacious and is in a modertly quite neighborhood. It is close to a hospital as well.

These are very old apartments, with many, many, many coats of paint and popcorn ceilings. The staff is great, but you get what you pay for. You don't really hear the neighbors and many tenants have pets!

It's a quiet, comfortable place to live. The staff is courteous and attentive. When my air conditioner broke on one of the hottest days of the summer, the maintenance man stayed after hours trying to fix it. When it still wasn't working the management installed a new unit the very next day. I was impressed by their problem solving and professionalism.

So far so good!. The neighbors around me have been helpful with questions I've had. The other day my pipe under my sink broke and I put in a request late at night. The very first thing the next day they sent someone to fix it. They seem very efficient so far.

Very nice maintenance staff and a very friendly office staff. they are an older apartment so buy some roach killer. Maintenance is good about fixing issues in a timely manner. Overall a good amount of space for the price.
