Safe, quite and easy access to surrounding area. We are able to drive to Dallas Houston and Auston with a good time. Ever time I have a problem on the complex it's taken care of. Thankful to live in a community that cares

This complex was recommended to me and I haven't been disappointed yet. Much better than any complex I've lived in so desk staff is super nice and always wants to help out. Maintenance staff is courteous and professional. They respond to requests quickly and efficiently

Easily the most positive experience I have had with property management in my decade of moving about the area. Every single issue I have had with maintenance has been addressed within one business day, sometimes on the same day the issue was reported. Emails sent to the office typically get a reply within an hour or two. I anticipate that I will not be moving again until I finish my current degree and actually leave the area.

The community is great. Rachel and the River stone team have been nothing short of amazing. I asked so many questions over phone, email, and in person. They answered them all and were very nice. I am glad I decided to live here!

Riverstone Apartments has been a great place to live. It's perfectly situated close to everything you need plus really close to nice parks. The maintenance staff is always kind and work extremely fast to get issues resolved. The front office led by Rachel, Cierra, and Kendal do a great job of communicating.

It's overall a very nice and comfortable apartment. It's very spacious for a one bedroom and they give you a lot of things to work with. I am still learning about everything it has to offer, but so far I'm really enjoying it.

Everyone in the office is always so pleasant and eager to help when you call or come in. Their communication is also a plus especially if they need to reschedule a work order or preventative maintenance.

I moved into these apartments in May 2019 and have enjoyed every moment. The buildings, while on the older side, are beautifully maintained. I've only had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were promptly fixed (thanks, Heath!) Rachel, Cierra, and Kendal in the office are so kind and helpful. The location is pretty safe, and the price is very reasonable. I really do feel like Riverstone is home!

This is a nice, quiet neighborhood with good residents. The office and maintenance staff are all very helpful and friendly. It is also in a good location on a side street with access to major highways and shopping, movies, etc.

The staff is great! They were very polite and full of information. Rent is so low compared to the amount of things that you get with the apartment. We love how quiet and calm the complex is and our unit is so nice and spacious yet the color scheme also allows it to feel cozy. The location is also great next to st. Joseph's, shopping places, and restaurants.

Excellent office and maintenance staff. The apartments are not the best quality but you cannot beat the cost anywhere in town for all that is included. Maintenance issues are always handled quickly. We've enjoyed this apartment complex.

I've only been here for one week, but so far everything is great. No noisy neighbors, all appliances work, wase of access to apartment is great. The make ready crew could have did a better job with painting, etc, but for it being an older apartment I knew things weren't going to look like something in a new build. Overall I'm satisfied with this complex.

The leasing staff was wonderful from the start. Our unit was very clean, plus it was updated. Honestly, I was apprehensive of moving into an older complex, compared to all the newer complexes in the area. I'm so glad I listened to my husband & gave Riverstone a try. The price was so surprisingly affordable for the square footage of the apartment, plus the first month move in special helped so much, since we had moving expenses like everyone does. The maintenance staff is amazing & kudos to them for everything they do. We've been very happy here, & as a retired couple, we hope to stay here for awhile.

Very friendly staff. Different floorplan options to choose from single floor apartments to two story townhouses. The process was so easy at Riverstone. Upon moving in the apartment looked great. Great location.

I have lived here for about 18 months now and in a college town like this one, noise can often be an issue and is my only real complaint about the apartment complex. That being said, most of the noise is generally kept to reasonable hours. The apartments are a bit older, but the maintenance crew is excellent and I've only experienced a small number of maintenance issues to begin with. The apartments are generally kept pretty clean and I really like the location in town. The office staff is pretty good, they're nice, polite, and friendly and I have very little in the way of security concerns.

Mostly good. Maintenance excellent. Pool not secure and many non-residents use the pool, even letting their children use the pool unaccompanied. 2 young children came to the pool. I could not leave with a good conscience, not knowing if they could swim. I tried to call the office and then their parents showed up. The mother knocked my phone out of my hand and hit me in the eye. Then the dad tried to hit me with his car in the parking lot. I called the police and apt office. This was last summer, and nothing has been done to properly secure this pool, ie, no locks or gate code. I'm afraid some child is going to drown in our unsecured pool.

My time in this community has been short but pleasant. Having moved in in early July the staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The condition of the apartment that I was moving into was great and the neighbors are all very friendly.

Already have recommended Riverstone to others! It is a great place in a very secure area(Next to Hospital). Teamwork with a good structure is what make of a good place to be a part of, and the fact that management is on point to their residents needs! Thanks!

This is a relatively quiet complex to live. Although it is older it is well kept and maintenance responds in an appropriate time frame. More locals fewer college students. Some of the pet owners should do a better job of cleaning up.
