Riverstone staff has always been helpful in what we needed and very professional every time. If I ever have any issues I can just call the office and they will make sure that whatever the it is they take care of it. Thank you Riverstone for all you do!

Very positive. I have lived here almost nine years and so appreciate the office and maintenance staff. At times there may have been issues that needed their attention and they were handled professionally and without delay. I would give them AAA rating.

Riverstone has been very accommodating and very cooperative when I moved in. So far, I have nothing to complain about. The apartment was very clean before I arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had.

I've only lived here for two weeks but so far the staff has been very helpful and professional. My work order was completed quickly. It's pretty quiet and peaceful. Haven't had any trouble so far. My only problem is that the amount of lighting depends on whether my neighbors turn their lights on at night. There should be outside lights set to turn on when it gets dark to improve safety.

Truly enjoy the area. It's quiet and staff are helpful. I do wish the pool was better kept up during summer months. Other than that the apartment is a great safe place to live. Good place to raise kids and start a family. Great also if you work at St Joseph, it about a block away.

Overall the staff is friendly, the community is quiet and there are minimal issues. The only issues that have occurred are slow maintenance in terms of responding to requests, and parking. My spouse's work car was towed from an area we were told was visitor parking. His company had to get the car out of tow since it is not in his name, and that was embarrassing. Especially because we actually live there and his vehicle was towed.

They usually do a good job. Looking forward for this job to be completed. Nothing has been done yet, but hopefully it all will turn out ok. They said they are going to have to cut a hole in the wall... Makes me nervous. Thanks for all you do for us!r!!

Staff is very respectable, friendly and helpful. They try to get all service done in a timely manner. The apartment it self is really big but it does need some improvements as far as appearance and updates.

The only issue we've had was not being informed of parking stickers at time of lease signing by not knowing we had a vehicle towed and had to deal with a very unprofessional wrecker service in which we called a total of 5 numbers before speaking to anyone who had knowledge of the tow. Please use another company, I only foresee more issues arising with using that one. Very shady people

So far the apartment complex management has been very responsive to the maintenance requests that I have made and they have been very prompt in addressing any issues. This is an OLD complex and wear and tear from previous management holders not taking care of things has taken a heavy toll on the buildings but this company seems to be addressing these and brining the complex back to a decent state.

The apartment overall is good I would recommend it to other people. Despite some problems with my ac, which was resolved by the maintenence I haven't had any other problems. The people at the office are also very friendly and there is nothing to complain about.

The management is friendly, the maintenance is quick and courteous and the rent is very reasonable. The neighbors are quiet or friendly most of the time and I feel safe in the area. I have enjoyed living here so far and look forward to continue residing here.

It is a great place to leave and the staff is great. the apartment is just what we wanted. it is in a great location. and close to alot of things we like to do. Having a free fitness center to go to is great. the only thing is I wish that there was a cable outlet in the dining romm and the other bedroom.

Overall, it is safe. The building is older and has occasional issues, but maintenance is fast and polite. Unfortunately, management does not notify prior to entering or having routine maintenance performed in apartments, which can allow for some uncomfortable situations. The fence on my patio was replaced but I was not told that this was going to occur. One morning while getting ready, I heard loud noises from my patio. I ran outside (in my towel) to find 2 men ripping down my fence. A 24 hour notice is a basic courtesy that this complex lacks.

Although this is a relatively old complex, the maintenance is still great. The staff at the leasing office are very friendly and the maintenance staff is also nice. The issues that we had, had been resolved promptly.

The apartment was very nasty the day we moved in. You can hear every sound the neighbors make. We have very noisy neighbors that play very loud music often. I have been very disappointed overall.

It has been good so far. Surprisingly clean upon move-in. Mostly quiet around my building. Not a party community. The whole place is kept nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful.They also run great special rates.

When we moved into the unit in July 2012, it did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The carpet had been removed and replaced with vinyl, which left tons of dust, dirt, and gunk built up on dustboards, the floor, and most other surfaces. The kitchen sink had black mold in the disposal, which didn't work. The other half of the sink had stuff growing in the drain, and all the metal was discolored and rusted. The bathrooms had pink hair gel and fake hair on most surfaces, and the entire place was just generally very grimy. Many things were broken, most of which have been fixed, but some of which we have just come to accept. We found half-dissolved seashells in on of the toilet tanks, which rusted out the toilet and probably caused a constant slow leak in the toilet which has only now been finally repaired after many visits to replace various parts of the commode. Kitchen and bathroom faucets had to be replaced due to leaks, and the bathroom sinks still leak under the counter; repairs have been done several times, but they still leak, and we just don't put anything not waterproof down there. There did not seem to be any maintenance employed or working at the time we moved in, and then shortly thereafter, there seemed to be only one person trying to serve the entire community. It took us a very long time to turn the place around, during which the water heater broke and leaked all over the dining room for several days. We had to constantly run loads of towels in the wash/dry to keep from flooding past the perimiter of the room. Later, when the weather changed, we developed a sugar-ant problem that seemed to be complex-wide. The exterminator had to come back several times over the next few months. The ants have recently returned, and we have accepted that it is a seasonal issue, however they appear to be living in the walls upstairs and downstairs, and get into the potted plants, the recycling, and any food that is not airtight. Originally, one of the girls in the office did not seem to take maintenance requests seriously, but she doesn't work there anymore, and things around the complex have improved a lot since last year. There is more maintenance staff now with a faster turnaround time. Apart from the ants, the only thing that's kind of annoying is that our building has no sidewalk from the parking lot to the path that runs along our front door (which floods when it rains), so we either have to walk through the muddy grass or in the street to get from front door to car. We don't use the sliding glass patio door as an entrance/exit because we have been broken into through such doors in the past, and we keep the deadbold down at all times and the gate latched. This problem could easily be remedied with some cement garden walkway stones. Also, the ducts to the unit probably need to be cleaned to cut down on all the dust and improve the functionality of our air conditioner, but since it is an apartment complex, I imagine they will not do something like that. Probably our next home will be a house whenever we leave Bryan, as we are more particular now than we were as college kids, and we understand that there are compromises you have to make to live in an apartment that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

I believe that management should do a better job of screening residents. In the past few months there has been a rash of shady characters going in and out certain apartments and parking illegally by blocking residents in.

I would like to have a note left in my apartment when they come in . Plus y'all need to change the color of the building across the street that color is just ugly . Plus the light at the mailbox only works half the time.
