I've just recently moved to this community and have been impressed with the office and maintenance staff so far. The buildings are older, so there were a couple of things that needed to be dealt with on move-in; the office staff listened and maintenance was on-site by the end of the day. Parking is easy for my guests and me. I hear my neighbors if they're loud; the walls aren't too thin. Happy with my choice to live here so far.

Very nice and quiet. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They made the move in process so easy. Whatever concerns we've had, they have addressed immediately. I couldn't think of a better place to be.

Love the staff, super nice and friendly. The apartment complex is well-kept and clean, the inside is a lot nicer than most apartments. Amazing apartment for the pricing.

I just moved in 3 weeks ago, but so far I am really liking this apartment. The staff in the office are very helpful. The maintenance team is fast to get your work orders taken care of. I think I'm going to like this little community.

Apartments are old with questionable 'make ready' painting skills, but they are decent and clean. Office and maintenance have been great so far and price is unbeatable. It would have been nice to view apartment before signing lease, but we had to act quickly because apartments seem move really fast.

I want to leave a fair and honest review of Riverstone after staying here for 2 years. Pros: The apartments are nice for the price you are paying. We felt very happy with the amount of space we had. The closets are huge, we had under the stair storage, and the layout makes sense for either small families or roommates sharing the place. Our utility bill never went over $140 (even in the summer) and water was around $20 on average. So the apartments seem to be very energy efficient. Rachel was super nice and helpful anytime we needed something. She is seriously the best! There is free internet and cable which is a plus. There are plenty of amenities that they offer like a pool, W/D rentals, and it's nice that they included a free membership to Aerofit for us. The walls seemed sturdy enough so we could hardly hear our neighbors. Most of the people that live here are quiet and keep to themselves. They all seem to be nice people from our interactions with them. From what I understand, they are doing renovations so some of the units look even better. Maintenance was amazing. Keith (?) is super friendly, great at what he does, and gets stuff done in a timely manner. All the maintenance crew is great though and they work hard to keep the grounds and units looking great! It isn't "luxury apartment living" but we were all in all happy with our stay here. Cons: Unfortunately, the location isn't that great. Our house was almost broken into once while I was home with my 2 month old baby and our car was broken into. We've also had numerous packages stolen from our doorstep and I've heard the neighbors deal with the same problem. People were constantly dumping their trash in our dumpster or digging through the trash.... Not Riverstones fault but I wish they would do something like hire a security officer to stop by. Towing is a nightmare. The only towing that is enforced is towing residents from their own assigned parking spot if they don't happen to have a sticker (happened to us the weekend we got our new car) while abandoned cars are allowed to sit in the street and in guest parking for more than 6 months. Our apartment wasn't nearly as updated as it should have been and compared to some of our neighbors. Our oven was extremely old and our shower was peeling. We still had carpet downstairs yet they wanted to charge us the same rent increase as everyone else with renovated units and new wood flooring. All in all, they are a decent apartment. Much better than a lot of the other ones in town. I feel a bit generous giving them four stars but we were happy with our stay here overall. It wasn't perfect but I think this apartment complex is on it's way to improving. I feel like a lot of the disgruntled past renters didn't take advantage of the resources Riverstone provided them or give Riverstone a chance to work something out. *I'll update once I get my move out bill. We are getting the place professionally cleaned, painted, and carpet cleaned before we turn over our keys. So we will see if it's true that they nickel and dime with move out fees since that is a big complaint I'm seeing. *

Lived here since 2011 and love my place. The complex is large and has two pools. The grounds are very well kept and maintenance and neighbors keep the property nice and neat. Parking is overseen strictly but as long as you follow the rules you won't have a problem. Office staff and always friendly and will do their best to fix your issues in a prompt and timely manner. Location is really great - close to Walmart, Walgreens, and St. Joseph's Hospital is a block away. Blinn Junior College is right down the road.

This place is disgusting and not well maintained. In less than 1 year we have had to submit over 10 work orders for things that should have been fixed BEFORE we moved in. 1. The toilet flushers and seals were so worn and rusted they wouldn't hold the chains, and the tanks wouldn't hold water so they would constantly run. (Both toilets, and my neighbor told me when they got in, same issue, and the toilet lid was painted shut) 2. The first time my son took a bath, water came pouring down into the kitchen. You could see this has happened a number of times before because the spot where the water was coming through had OBVIOUSLY been repaired before. 3. When it rains, my front door floods. Yes the front entry fills with water. Again it was obvious this issue predates us, as the Sheetrock and framing around the door is so rotten and molded that it is soft to the touch. 4. RATS! we have personally caught 11 rats here in this apartment over the last 3 months. We immediately reported this, and they still have not gotten the issue fixed. We can hear them running in the walls. After 4 work orders now, they finally put black boxes around just our apartment block. When I first reported this, their pest company came out and gave me 3 paper sticky traps. The rats literally tore them up and escaped from them. I have a video of one rat that moved the hard plastic trap over 5 feet and nearly ripped it self off of the trap. ITS DISGUSTING!!!! Save your time and your money, spend the extra 30-50 a month to get a better place. The carpets are old and nasty, there is very little up keep, and the company is here to invest as little into the property as they can. It's really a joke that this place hasn't had any issues with the health department or another local office.

If I could get out of my contract I would, but we signed for another year. We had financial situation happen and an incident with our bank account. We used to pay online, but it has been blocked because we had a check returned. When you drafted our bank just posted our money in the account. We pay late because of when our pay days are, but we pay. I have asked if we could use a debit card l, but was informed that corporate said no, but recently found out that it's up to management. We have been here for 5 years and everytime we make our payment we go out in the middle of the night to get a money order which is not safe for us, because you all do not allow us to pay online any more. Our car has been broken into 3 times and no one will put a light where we stay at. It's not safe and I'm a little furious at this moment.

Riverstone is a great place to live. The staff and maintenance crew are very attentive and courteous. Anytime there is a need they are quick to respond. They have undergone some new revisions that have added to the overall great experience of living here. We recommend them to anyone looking to move to the area.

Responsiveness to service issues is quick. Our garbage disposal and dishwasher stopped working after business hours but both were fixed the next afternoon. The staff makes residents a priority and is friendly and professional. It's reasonably priced and a wonderful place to live, especially with it's general proximity to businesses on Briarcrest Dr.

This place is fine. It has an apartment and a laundry place and an office and roads that have parking lots and then you get out of your car and go to your apartment where your stuff is and then you are home.

We moved here April 2015 and and really enjoy living here. It has free cable/internet/gym membership. You may have to buy your own microwave, but for me this was only a bonus being able to get what I actually want. There is washer/dryer connections and an on-site laundry building. I've never had any of my vehicles broken into or any worry of it. The aggie spirit bus stop for route 12 is right around the corner about 5 minutes walk, and I would often come home late from the bus about 10:30pm without a worry! It's a really safe area! It is right next to the hospital, you could walk there. Staff is great, they are really friendly and do their best to solve your problems. I have not had a lot of maintenance in my apartment but the few times I have needed it they showed up sometimes that day but never later than the next day. I also really like that it kind of gives the illusion of not being in a really busy area because we are tucked away between two major roads.

The only problem we been having since we moved here is parking. drivers with no parking sticker be parking in our parking spot and when that happens we have to park in the visitor and that is not fair.

I really like the size of the apartment and the amenities that it comes with. The availability of parking is also very nice. I do like how I got an apartment close to the office and close to where I park so I do not have to walk as much. Also the location of the complex is central to just about everywhere I go and that is very helpful.

I haven't had any issues while living in this apartment. Anytime that I need help with something the office staff makes it very convenient for me since I work late sometimes. I have renewed here and will probably renew my lease for a second time.

So far my husband and I love it here, love my town home apartment. The only thing I don't like is not enough parking spots, which they had more and closer to my place. The apartments next to us are to close, but I haven't had any issues with Riverstone Apartments. Love the inside of my town home, if I have a maintenance issue they take care of it right away, they always email you if something is changing to keep us updated.

Since I moved the staff at Riverstone has helped me with every single thing I have needed. They are always eager to help and to solve my issues the best of their abilities. On the other hand, the place is well located, close to shopping centers, stores, gyms. The surroundings and neighborhood are beautiful and pleasant to the eye. I am really happy living here.

Apartment layouts are nice although they are a bit old. The adjacent apartment next to Riverstone is a hassle. The people there like to throw their trash in this apartment's trashcan and miss, trashing this apartment. People living in the adjacent apartments next to Riverstone also love taking up majority of the parking here. The porch area faces the adjacent apartment and they make a lot of noise in the middle of the night, i.e. car alarms going off frequently, people yelling at each other, and loud music.
