I moved to Bryan, TX to live for 6 months to a year on a job assignment. Britney the apartment manager goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure any problems I have ever had were promptly addressed. Britney was extremely helpful when I renewed my lease.

I have just moved into Riverstone but so far I have no complaints. I have put in 2 work orders for things and they have been resolved within 24 hours! The office staff are very friendly and so far have answered all my questions very quickly! I do wish that the parking lot was a little larger but that is just me being picky. For the most part I am looking forward to the rest of my stay here at Riverstone!

It is better management than what we have previously dealt with. Everything seems to Go a lot smoother and the staff is more professional. The environment is nice, and friendly. There isn't much more I can add to this, but it tells me I need more characters.

I have overall loved the management and the community. The amenities are fantastic and so is the price. The management has always been fair and quick with problems that have come up. The only downside is that the apartments feel run down and the paint job is very poorly done.

The staff is very friendly and the maintance man always waves when he sees us. Great touch! Makes living here that much more enjoyable. Amenities are always nice and it isn't far from our work! It's also nice being so close to the hospital. Just in case...

Pretty great so far. Like the environment. The only issue I've had so far is the woman who lives above him. She's super quiet... unless she starts walking around her apartment, although by the sound, you could confuse it with stomping. I don't think she can help it, though. I think the insulation between the ceiling and the apartment above is super thin. Aside from that, I've had a great time. The apartment is older but well maintained and the staff is helpful with any issues.

The apartments are conveniently located centrally, near several shopping centers. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet. Amenities such as washers and driers are available and two swimming pools. Thanks

The staff at Riverstone are very nice and helpful. They are quick to respond to anything that might be wrong, or just questions regarding the apartment. The maintenance guys are prompt and usually come within 24 hours of the request. The area around the apartment is very quiet, and clean. The apartment is close to other things in the community, which makes it very convenient. Over-all, I am very pleased with Riverstone Apartments and would recommend this facility to others.

This place is the hood and it always has been. While visiting a friend at Riverstone, my car was broken into and my laptop stolen. Normally I wouldn't complain, but this is the 2nd time since she's lived here and I had valuable pics on that computer. Pictures I will never get back. My laptop was hidden. Please note that most of the complaints on here get a response from the manager, but the "positive ratings" get no response. Yeah, probably because they're fake.

I moved in August 2015 for a 9 month lease. The apartments are nice enough for what you pay, however I would never live here again due to the incompetence of the administration. They claim not be responsible for their online pay system, they fail to read details in the lease contracts they provide, and speaking to anyone but the manager proves to be a waste of breath every time. I have been over charged, underwhelmed by the service, disappointed in their organization system, and disgusted in their ability to meet my VERY simple needs as a single tenant just looking to pay rent and move out of the area as soon as I graduate.

Overall a great place to live, Staff is so understanding and takes care of any issues you may have. I have not had any problems living here. Maintenance is available at any time of the day. I absolutely love it here. Would definitely recommend!

The office staff is very attentive, and very nice regarding any issue or questions. Maintenance came right away, within 20 minutes of the call, and worked quickly to resolve the issue. I love this complex so far! It's also very quiet & everyone is nice!p

Overall, a good place to live. I was surprised at how many hoops there were to jump through to rent here. The unit I'm in is in fairly good shape, considering its age, and I've enjoyed the pool access and haven't had trouble using on-site laundry. Appliances are reliable, if older. I see mixed reviews here about the AC units - as far as I can tell from mine and our neighbors, the bottom units work fine, and the top units struggle in high heat. Most of the residents are not undergrads. Mainly workers, professionals, families and grad students. However, in one of the buildings on our side there are some younger residents that are disruptive. Loud comings and goings at night. A domestic incident that resulted in an arrest. Other people have complained about the smell from their pot use, but some quiet smoking doesn't bother me, personally. Later received a visit from a police investigator about their nighttime visitors. So there's that. That aside, I feel fairly safe here and would recommend it.

Neighbors above always stomping all hours of the night. Neighbors to the left are always nosy and complaining about EVERYTHING. ( halloween d?cor?)still a water leak where the water heater is at also at the window in the front. Shower leaks aswell.

Riverstone town homes are very nice and affordable places to live. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful well maintained. I would event people to move into this complex. The staff is very kind and understanding. I enjoy the neighbors and it is very clean.

Great place to live! The staff and maintenance are prompt and courteous. It's well lit at night and not a lot of noise. It's very convenient to hospital, schools, shopping. The grounds are very well kept. Brittany and staff stay on top of every issue!

Property management is friendly, professional, and has excellent response time. Whenever I have needed assistance, they have responded quickly and the issue was quickly resolved. The location is great with easy access to Highway 6, shopping, hospital, and Blinn College as well as Texas A&M University.

This is a nice place to live. I was living in a 1B/1B apartment by my self but I didn't feel any potential danger. And staffs of this place are kind and helpful. I once had a problem with my refrigerator ( it's not working as it should be, it was heating things.) The worker of this apartment got here really quick and ordered a new one. This makes me feel good.

The staff, both office and maintenance, are very friendly and professional. They are quick to help and find solutions if an issue arises. One small grievance I have is not with the staff, but the new policy of the apartment community to not allow the main office to receive packages. When living in an apartment, receiving packages can be hard if they require a signature or do not fit in the mailbox and have to be left on the porch. I like the security of knowing I can pick it up from the office and I have never had a apartment community tell me that it is against their policy.

Supposedly they are hiring new maintenance, I sure hope that's true because there's only 2 of the maintenance men who actually get the job done the first first time. Unfortunately they are also the least likely to come because they are always working hard somewhere else. Management is good for the most part. Overall the apartments are decent to say the most. It's not a terrible place to live but for what the price is you could also live better.
