The place is a mess. The pictures look way better online than in person. They don't fully inspect anything and there's bugs. They act like they care however they don't. Also the dumpster gets over filled and the trash blows all over. It's a good place for a little while not a long one.

Riverstone is a generally quiet, peaceful apartment to live in. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to request and Apartment managers are great at fulfilling the needs or complaints of the residents as well.

This has been a quiet and clean place to live. I enjoy living here. it's affordable unlike a lot of places in the area. Great for families and college students. you can get more square footage here for the same price that you would get less elsewhere. I recommend this place to anyone needing an affordable place to live.

Clean, safe and quiet. In the shadow of the St Joseph medical center complex. The staff is very helpful, especially Hayley. Maintenance requests are handled reasonably quickly and well. Rents are reasonable. Overall it is a good apartment community.

The management at the time we moved in was very nice and welcoming to us. They understood our situation and helped us get back on our feet. As time has gone by other management has taken over. A recent medical issue has left me seeking other work since I can no longer walk. When asked if there was a way they could work with us on paying rent until I could find a new source of income their reply was eviction notices go out after the fourth of the month.

I wouldn't be so angry if they fixed my Central Air and heat unit. Does it heat in the winter does it cool in the summer. Unless they come fix it first. 3 years I've lived here and it has not changed.

Overall it is a decent apartment complex, it just needs major work and upgrades. Lived here for for many years and haven't seen any upgrades for as long as I've lived here. But the management has always been great for the most part. No complaints there.

The staff is nice, and the maintenance person is also nice; but I think they need to have more number of maintenance people available to take care of issues more promptly. The apartments are spacious. But more lease flexibility would be better.

So far the experience hasn't been so great. I won't elaborate but I wish I had chosen somewhere else to live. The office staff is nice but the apartments, not so much. I guess it's my fault for not looking at other apartments.

The staffs are nice and very helpful. The apartment is clean, and I sent the maintenance order and they fixed right away during move in; however, there are several roaches starting from the day I move in.

Fine except for maintenance being done properly and stall not giving a ----! There should be more reaction to renters requests and inquiries of problems! I've heard several people saying that they submit personal issues with their apartments, and nothing gets done properly and everyone is still suffering.

Our experience here at RiverStone has been wonderful and safety here is very important to us especially with our daughter being disabled. I do wish we had handicapped access here in a new apartment but it doesn't seem to be an option. I hope management will consider that for us because we have been here so long and we need more room than what we have now

Very nice, maintenance is quick and efficient and always willing to come and look and fix the problems. Nice staff. Anytime there is a problem they are there within an hour after submitting request. I am thankful.

Reasonable monthly rent, convenient to schools, restaurants and shopping. The only thing the community is lacking, is an area for children to play, ie.playgroumd, basketball court . Overall, satisfied with the community and staff.

Overall, the rent is low however, you get what you pay for. The apartment is in clear need of a major remodel. There are multiple layers of paint that are bubbling and peeling, and the walls and baseboards look dirty because the dirt has been painted in and cannot be scrubbed or wiped off. There is one dumpster for Multiple units it is overflowing on a daily basis. The staff is very responsive within their limits of what they can do.

We love calling Riverstone our home and it's going on 8yrs. The Staff have been amazing. Whenever our AC unit went out, they came out and took care of the unit asap. And when our Hot Water Heater went out, they took care of that quickly as well. Riverstone is our home. And we love it

It's been a great place so far in the 5 months I've lived here. Though people have trouble navigating the complex because GPS takes them a street over. It is relatively quiet. Getting ahold of office staff is a mere text away.
