My wife and I have been very pleased with our apartment. It is so conveniently located to shops and businesses that we frequent, it is well maintained both inside and outside the apartment. Without a doubt, I would choose this complex again to live in.

It was not hard too find the right apartment but have too act fast because when students start school u have too,jump on it,if that's what you want. Love it' for now justed move in 9/1/22 .Give me some time too sudden in my apartment please n come back ask me that in you.

Move in process went well. Not as clean as we would have hoped though. We couldn't see the apartment until move in day and the demo apartment seems like false advertising compared to what you get. Had told staff before signing about certain issues and we were told that they were handled when in fact the issues discussed are the exact opposite. There was no evidence of dusting and the AC closet was dirty. Moved in recently and there have been no repairs completed that were requested. It seems like the repair staff is behind on work orders. I can't say much more right now regarding everything, but it works for the time being.

It has not been great to be honest. I moved in, and that is when I was told I had to provide my own modem for WiFi that was supposed to be included in my rent. Then I talk to someone at the internet place, after they were trying to help me, and I was informed I don't have to pay for a new one, just to stop by and get one from them. That was quite frustrating. No one took the time to show me how to do anything around the community complex, and have definitely not felt a Texas welcome here.

Apartments are....old but kept up with modern appliances flooring and fixtures. Office staff is attentive. I always ask for Hailey. If ur pissed or annoyed her voice has the same calming effect of a 12 pack of cold bud light. Price is just right

I don't have much to say since I just moved in however it seems nice so far. I am happy to continue moving into this apartment and see how this year goes. I'm excited for the new experience and what opportunities it'll give me.

It's been good in all the area is mostly quiet. We are 10 minutes to 15 minutes from just about everything in Bryan and College station. The grass is kept cut regularly. However I do see trash through out my general area. Otherwise My family and I are quit happy living here.

It has been an amazing experience! The staff is well organized and are very helpful. They are very kind and are willing to help with anything that you may need! The apartments were very well cleaned and put together very well when we first moved in! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to friends and family!

Mostly positive. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood, staff keeps it clean, we enjoy the pool too! Apartments are nice size, rent is doable compared to others, pet-freindly. Pretty good experience overall.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet and being left alone by neighbors and office staff so that I could enjoy my space in my downtime away from work. The only reason I have to leave is because they continue to raise the rent every year for the very same space that's that many years more older with no renovations.

I have lived at Riverstone apts. for 2 yrs. It is a quiet community. Office staff is friendly. maintenance staff is quick to fix whatever needs to get fixed. There is plenty of lighting throughout complex.

Good experience. I just want peace and quiet. I don't need community events or anything like that. Vending machines near the mail would be nice to have. Maybe designated parking. I usually have to park 6-7 spaces down from my door.

Love the location of this community, also love the green spaces. Apartment homes could use some updates with newer appliances and finishes. The rent is reasonable. And our neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is prompt on answering requests.

Maintenance has been outstanding with Manny and previously Heath. Office staff are courteous and responsive. The property is old and my apartment could use some updates on frequently used things like carpet and bathroom cabinets.

Overall very good. Clean and well-maintained. Even came in on a Sunday to fix my AC. Very polite generally. Responsive overall to concerns. Most neighbors are not noisy most of the time. Has a home-like atmosphere.

Riverstone is the best apts i have ever rented from .....The staff is amazing and friendly....The property is clean and neighbors are nice .....if I put in a work order it is resolved the same day and staff will call or email to make sure everything was completed

I've never lived in a complex with a maintenance team so on the ball. They get everything done and they're kind about it, I always see them all over the complex and it just really shows how dedicated they are!

The only real issue i consistently have is with dog owners not cleaning up after themselves and have waste in random yet high traffic areas and not keeping them on a leash when appropriate. I hear and see dogs running loose in the parking lot without an owner even present. As far as the management and Riverstone goes, i have zero issues. They are extremely helpful with questions. I feel very welcome and most definitely want to continue my stay at Riverstone!!

Everything has been a smooth transition. From viewing to move in to getting settled. They call and check on everything which is great ! The staff was great at providing me with the info I needed to move in. I love it so far ! We will see in the months to come.

Staff is absolutely amazing! I've served in the military and have stayed in many apartment communities but this one still blows me away. The maintenance technicians are prompt, professional, and get it done right the first time. There is no playing about or waiting unless a part has to be ordered. In that case the most you'll wait is 2-3 days. The community is clean, quiet and very welcoming. The buildings are being upgraded/updated over the last 2 years which is nice to see a company actually do. They really do make you feel welcome and at home!

The office staffed helped me out as much they could with the moved since we were from out of town. Maintenance has been very fast and efficient with all our work orders. It has been a great experience so far and I have no doubt it will continue to be.

When I moved to Bryan I didn't know where my kiddos and so where going to stay. These apartments are the best , they are roomy and appliances are up to date. The wall outlets are three prog , most apartments you have to buy three prog adapter. This place is a safe place to call home..
