Not very " favorable ". It was fantastic, when Chris was the manager. It has declined since her departure. Neighbors are allowed to play loud music, have their children lick the walls and scream, at all hours of the day/night , but, so do the parents.

Overall, it was a smooth process to move in. The complex did a good job having all the needed paperwork ready when I moved in. They seem to care about their residents. It was a good decision to move to this complex.

It was semi quiet here and they moved in several -------- people that are loud and hanging out on their patio and i couldn't utilize the pool this summer because they took over and were there on the weekend drinking and keeping up a lot of noise. The surrounding areas around this complex are dangerous and im scared to go out at night. I have been here over 10 years and I feel like that get recognized and I'm just a number.

Stone Ridge is a beautiful community with the best maintenance staff ever encountered. The inner courtyard runs the length of the complex and provides a safe are to walk my dog. Of late, grounds maintenance has fallen off. Trash on the grounds and in the parking lot is ever increasing.

I have lived in 3 different floorplans at Stone Ridge over 10 years. Back in 2015 when I first moved in I loved the complex. It was a family vibe no issues. Maintenance was always on time and prompt. No bug issues. 2nd apartment I lived for 5 years. Cold air and condensation from rain would come through the windows and the patio sliding glass door. I had to put coverings over the windows and patio door all winter because of the freezing temperatures. We also had multiple space heaters because it was too cold. Maintenance was also prompt and it was still the family vibe. Now I am in my 3rd floorplan and probably last. The leasing office has changed and it does not have the family vibe any longer. Maintenance request are slower and responses are "thats just the way it is". No ventilation in the main bedroom. Ac or heat does not flow to the main room. But thats how all the apartments are is what the response was. Dishwasher stinks. Rain and water comes under the front and back doors and in the main bedroom bathroom from the outside. This is suppose to be fixed soon.

Before u move in parking issues

Before moving in just kno if u have family or friends, a babysitter anybody that visits with a vehicle can only park on the property 3x a month or they will be towed they don’t care if they are just babysitting ur child while u work if that license plate is registered 3x they can’t park which is crazy now we can’t have family come over they said cause ppl who don’t live their park in our apartment then hand out visitor passes and make sure the gate works cause 2 grown adults can only have 3 visits not per tenant but 3visits per apartment they are aware and said is taking feedback so here is mine

I do love it here, however, the rent increase with no perks doesn't make any sense. I understand everyone needs a raise, but we should be benefiting somehow for paying more; especially since I haven't been able to get a raise to pay for the rent increase.

When I first moved here I loved the apartments, managers and maintenance guys. This area has gone down. They don't update anything on the inside nor properly fix things, they replace w/old equipment

Very quiet at least in my building. Never has there been a noise issue as for as I am concerned . Very clean walkways in my building too. Gym is modest but functional for basic workouts. Pool is nice too.

It surprisingly quiet considering the neighborhood it is in. It is right off the high so there's always traffic. Outside the gates is always busy with people but once I am in my apartment, it's nice and quiet. Parking is a struggle though.

Stoneridge is okay and I just stay here because I don't want to move. The breezeways stay dirty and nasty, and dog poop is everywhere. A person can't take a nice walk without running into dog poop. I have a loud neighbor. I will be leaving when my lease is up,

I've lived at this property for around 12 years, in 5 different apartments! It's relatively quiet here and there's easy access to both Dallas Parkway and George Bush Turnpike. There's a gas station/convenience store right next door to this property and we are surrounded by all kinds of restaurants/bars and a Tom Thumb grocery store less than a mile away. It's located in the city of Dallas but it's Collin County, so even though I don't have any small kids, I'm assuming they would go to school in the Plano ISD. Staff is friendly and attentive, and they do their best to keep the property clean and well maintained. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars for the safety at this property is because we are surrounded by multiple apartment complexes that don't seem to screen their residents before allowing them to live at their property and there are quite a few homeless people in the area that live under the bridge at the intersection of Frankford Rd. and Dallas Parkway. I live in a 1 bedroom townhome floorplan, which is huge and like a house built for one or a couple and I LOVE that I can fit my king size bedroom furniture and have tons of space around me, so I don't have maneuver around it! I've also got 2 walk-in closets in the bedroom and a huge walk-in coat closet that's under the stairs, plus it's got 2 bathrooms, a full bath in the bedroom and a half bath downstairs.

Best Place to Live!

I've lived here for over 5 years and I absolutely love it! Staff and maintenance are understanding and attentive, grounds are always kept nice! It's a wonderful place to live! Pets are welcome, had a fo park and pool!

No Place Like Home

Definitely the best living experience I have had in 20 years. The office staff is outgoing and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Smaller community means less activity and crime. Everything is close by and accessible.

I love this property !!

I have lived here for over 2 years now and I can’t say enough great things about the front office and maintenance staff. They have always been so friendly and welcoming, it feels like you are part of a family here. The grounds are always so clean, it’s quiet around me and I love my apartment. I don’t see myself going anywhere anytime soon. Can’t wait until the summer and the pool is open.

GOD has answered my prayers getting me out of this apartment complex that is overrun with people breaking the law. There is dog poop everywhere no grass no one follows the rules because that is the element of people they now accept to reside at this place. I came here four years ago and it was a place I called home however it has now become a nightmare! I am tired of constant police issues in this complex and neighborhood. I have become exhausted hearing and seeing from my window large gatherings of non English speaking man in the dog park at night drinking beer and selling and smoking Marijuana. Not a place I would call home not to mention all the paper tag license plates or the stolen TVs being sold out of one of the garages right in front by the leasing office ???????????? and lets not forget the trespassers through the fence in the back or the homeless encampment where they occasionally light fires. Who would go to work everyday work hard and come home to this kinda crap! Good riddance! I would have given no Stars but I would be unable to leave a review. Hard working Law abiding citizens STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived at Stone Ridge Dallas for many years and the staff has always been friendly, diligent and competant. The manager, Chris Christian, has always handled the property extremely well. Management staff are quick to take care of urgent issues asap. Maintenance is friendly and know what they’re doing. The property is well-maintained and clean. I literally have no complaints. I love living here!
