Apartment is 6/10. Not bad, parking is not great. The ratio of paid parking and free parking is unbalanced making availability not great. Floors and ceiling is thin enough to hear walking all the time from neighbors. Cabinets and utlilites like bathtub caulking is old. Overall cleanliness of complex is ok.

Beyond Satisfied

Ryan Bayer and I (Jared Bayer) would like to extend personal thanks and gratitude to the staff at Stone Ridge Apartments of North Dallas. We have been planning our relocation for 2 1/2 yrs, with that being said our window to find a place was slim as we choose this community over others during our house hunting last month in preparation for our relocation. Due to the time crunch and taking a redeye flight from Reno, NV to Dallas last month and only having 2 hours of sleep we decided after seeing a fully renovated unit we immediately fell in love with not just the community but our unit in which we now reside in. The staff made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in making the choice to live at Stone Ridge with ease. They also prevented us from making a serious mistake due to the lack of sleep by welcoming us with open arms as we signed our paperwork during the application process. I cannot express the sincere thanks that the front office staff afforded us the safety and warmth of feeling that Stone Ridge was our new home from the start. As we are looking to the future Stone Ridge has given us the foundation to land our dream home in the Dallas Metroplex. We also appreciate the hard work the staff of Stone Ridge provides the community. If you are looking for a place to start a life or begin a new chapter Stone Ridge is the place for you.

My experience in this community in very good security, excellent maintenance, my only problem is a person from the office who has really treated us badly when it comes to raising any news. We are in the renewal period but they do not give us that option just move to another apartment where the difference in cost doubles it and the reason we are three people for a one-bedroom apartment, being the same number of people as when we took the contract for the first time. I would not like to move around the child's school but I hope we can come to an agreement.

100% the office and maintenance staff is the reason I continue to chose Stoneridge. I’ve had maintenance come at 9pm on a Saturday because of commode issues, office staff is the best! Every complex has issues but the fact they are so diligent and on top of things proves that they actually care about residents, thank you Stoneridge!

Very easy application process. Chris was very nice and personable from the start. Later met Tasha and and she has been great as well. The few times I put in maintenance requests they were done right away. Very quiet and easy going small community. Only leaving because of a job transfer. Lived there a little over 2 years. Highly recommend them!

Spacious apartments with lots of closet storage. Good response time for maintenance. Either limited sound insulation between units or upstairs neighbors stomp around as every single step echoes through apartment. Also no late-night anti-noise policies as residents can be heard partying (and fighting) in the outdoor common areas well past 1 am (both weekdays and weekends).

The apartments are spacious and very clean. Management is amazing at taking care of anything that is needed. I would definitely recommend this community if you want to be near shops, schools and parks.

It's a good place for the rent. Staff is nice, close to many good places. Close to Plano can get downtown. But overall I'm satisfied for the cost of rent. Does not have enough parking spots and can be difficult to move in and out with limited space

Responsive to tenant requests, but not constantly contacting us. My entire family lives here (i.e. my mother and adult daughter/son-in-law) and we are all happy with our choice. Parking is difficult in the evenings at times but there is garage and covered parking available to rent.

It is a nice location close to a lot of stores and places. The maintenance team was responding fast as well. Leasing office staff are very helpful and kind. The environment of the apartment complex is well maintained. Valet trash provided.

We have been residing here at Stone Ridge North Dallas approximately 3 years and I'm very content with indoor apartment , since I love a spacious living environment. As well as outside management, ensures community grounds are kept at a beautiful state . Management has always been there to assist us in all community aspects. Work orders for repairs if needed are completed in a fast courteous professional manner.. In conclusion it's comfort .

Things started getting better when Tasha got back and most people in the community are nice. The office staff is nice and the maintenance staff is prompt. I was considering renewing my lease, but recently there was shooting so I'm reconsidering.

the parking here is horrible. even when you pay for cover parking people will park in your spot and do not get tow for it. that is the only bad thing. i do like my apartment with very little problem inside

My wife and I love this complex. From the management team to the maintenance team everyone is friendly and so helpful. When we put requests for fixes or issues that may pop up as with living anywhere we are met with wonderful and punctual help. The apartments themselves are of the highest quality, all have washer and dryer hook up, fiber optic internet connections and ample living space. Honestly I couldn't imagine a better apartment complex.

Office staff are good. Ammenties work 99% of the time. Location is very central to North Toll and George Bush making it easy to go places. The local trails and dog park are also a plus. The only downside is the bugs. They've been here since I moved in (october 2021) due to the former renters/neighbors. Despite repeated pest control they're still around.

Helpful and friendly staff. They have helped with every question or concern I have had. From getting same day work orders, to missing packages they are always so warm and outgoing. They are very pet friendly and it is apparent that they take pride their jobs.

The interior of the apartments hasn't changed at all. Stone Ridge needs to be upgraded. There are no vents in the bathroom so you can see the mold spots in the ceiling above the bathtub. Everything is old.

I moved here during the pandemic and the office staff has been so understanding through everything we have dealt with. The maintenance staff responds promptly anytime we need something. The manager Chris has been AMAZING and one of the most personable people I have ever met. I really enjoy living her.

I Had lived at Stone Ridge for several years. The office staff and maintenance are great. Everytime I have needed something, the staff always responds quickly. I have lived at several other properties but this one has been my favorite. Don't plan on moving anytime soon.
