STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX

GOD has answered my prayers getting me out of this apartment complex that is overrun with people breaking the law. There is dog poop everywhere no grass no one follows the rules because that is the element of people they now accept to reside at this place. I came here four years ago and it was a place I called home however it has now become a nightmare! I am tired of constant police issues in this complex and neighborhood. I have become exhausted hearing and seeing from my window large gatherings of non English speaking man in the dog park at night drinking beer and selling and smoking Marijuana. Not a place I would call home not to mention all the paper tag license plates or the stolen TVs being sold out of one of the garages right in front by the leasing office ???????????? and lets not forget the trespassers through the fence in the back or the homeless encampment where they occasionally light fires. Who would go to work everyday work hard and come home to this kinda crap! Good riddance! I would have given no Stars but I would be unable to leave a review. Hard working Law abiding citizens STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome Place to call Home

I have been a resident of Stone ridge for 10 years here and there, the maintenance team and leadership under Chris Christian is just beyond awesome, honest and dedicated staff, never had any theft or bad expoerience in here. Amidst the surge of immigrates in Dallas, Stone ridge and Tipton management kept the community safe and properly vetted for residents. no car vandalization or other vices reported by other apartment. Way to go team!!!.

I am impressed with the garage space and the office staff. The only detractor is the neighborhood. It is a very noisey due thw loud music from traffic. I have not interacted with or seen any security on the property

So far my experience has been great. Leasing managers are wonderful. The property is very clean and quiet at night.I would recommend this property to friends and family without question! The dogs can get a little loud but nothing above the norm.

Love the community, the staff is excellent, the grounds are clean and well maintained and the residents, for the most part are kind and considerate. I only have one complaint and this is regarding the gate being left open too often.

So far our experience has been good staying at this community. Its quiet, safe and well located connecting us to all the important locations around. Our maintenance requests are taken care of timely and we aren't having any issues with living here peacefully. So far only issue that we felt here is cleanliness. And if I have to be specific, strict rules need to placed for apartment tenants which have pets, as everywhere around the community, we see dog poop on daily basis. I live in Building 4 and in front of it in the grass there is always dog poop. It feels not only very unhygienic but also very dirty and discomforting. Apparently, thats the only concern we have so far and something needs to be done about it. Rest everything else is fine.

Very professional warm kind experience overall. The staff are amazing and the community is very nice and pleasant. The location is great because it is easy to access many places near by. I like the fact that the parking is great!

Great management staff responds to questions right away, really like the community text, awareness of community going-ons? great amenities- excercise room is great and love the lockers for packages. Have not used the pool but always appears well maintained. Have enjoyed evening walks around the property feel safe

I would describe this complex as a nice place to live. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing terrible either and a good complex for the price. The property is well maintained and clean, I've had zero issues with neighbors, and the staff is helpful when you have an issue. My only complaint would be the dog park amenity, which is unfortunately more like a dog toilet and unusable. The location of the complex is also a bummer because it is a lot nicer than the street it's on. I have always felt safe inside the complex, but the street outside the gate is a little sketchy.

The community is pretty friendly. I like the staff and the frequent updates they give in emails. The biggest problem I have is the A/C and quality of the apartment itself. My bill is 4x what it was at my last apartment and they've made no effort to fix it and i've complained at least 3 times and put in service requests. Everything else has been fixed upon request though so my guess is that there's a long list of people having A/C issues.

Since moving in I've had a great experience with the office staff. They are all very friendly and welcoming. Any issues I have are handled promptly. Maintenance takes care of things usually same day or the next day. I don't think it's ever taken them more than 2 days to handle a request and they're all very respectful. I haven't dealt with any roaches which is a huge plus for me. The property is well maintained. The neighbors are either friendly or stay to themselves. Any complaint I've ever had about neighbors (maybe 1) was handled quickly.

Love the staff very accomadating. Complex is quite. Staff makes sure tenants are respectful neighbors. The grounds around my apartment is terrible, nothing but dirt and when it rains mud all over the sidewalks making it unsafe.

Awesome maintenance service

My wedding ring fell down the overflow drain in the sink. Saul was quick to come and take my sink apart & flush out my ring. When it didn’t come out the easy way, he kept trying til he got it out! He even cleaned out the other dirt in my sink while he was at it. I really appreciate it!

The entire property office and maintenance staff have been absolutely amazing! The office staff show passion and go out of their way to ensure they find the best home to fit your needs. The maintenance team are very quick, polite, and show true care when coming into your home to complete repairs. They even have gone as far as checking items not submitted on work orders just to ensure nothing else was needed.

Very good experience. Front office is great. The ladies is always ready and willing to help. My side is quite and friendly and watches out for each other. maintenance team is awesome. Security is ok. Had kids breaking into our cars at one point but it seems like they have fixed that issue.

Friendly staff

Veronica is really friendly! She was super helpful not only knowledgeable on the community and thoroughly answering all my questions but she also could tell me about the surrounding neighborhood and the other communities. She really helped me narrow down my new home! She’s great with kids and was very accommodating and attentive to our little one and to entertain and educate us at the same time. She also handled multiple potential residents at the same time with grace and expertise.

I love that Stoneridge apartments has a gated community. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Maintenance is prompt whenever you have a service need. I've never had a pest problem.Tha management has always been friendly and helpful.

Love my apartment! Veronica and Tasha is the best. Maintenance is good as well. I work 12 minutes away, shopping is close, my daughter is moving closer with my grandkids. Been here less than a year and plan on being here for awhile. Grounds are always clean, soon as you come in the complex it seem like we in our own bubble. Maintenance is also great, and fix repairs in a timely matter always. Its a amazing place to live

I haven't lived here long but I have loved every second of it. The women in the office are absolutely incredible! They made my move in process easy and are just the sweetest things. The property is gorgeous and the apartments are lovely. If you have a maintenance issue, they have someone at your door within 24 hours. When my AC went out someone was at my door within the hour. I honestly don't want to live anywhere else!

I have lived here for 2 years and I have seen and observed some good and positive change, and for that I would like to thank you the leasing office staff Chris, Tasha and Veronica. Due to the surrounding neighborhood/apartment complex renting not being able to do the same I would also like to make a few suggestions for improvement. A new and more functional back gate, the one we have it seems to break quite often and stays open more times than not, a few extra surveillance cameras, for safety purposes, requesting to the city of Dallas to put some street lights on the road, especially the intersection of Haverwood and Pear it is poorly illuminated. Ones again Thank you to the Bridgstone Management for day daily assistance in trying to keep the apartment complex safe and pleasant.

A fantastic place to live

We lived for two years in Stone Ridge, we were very happy there, the common areas are always clean, they attended to all the needs of our apartment quickly and kindly. The service in the office is very good and the maintenance team is very efficient. We had good neighbors, no noisy people. I definitely recommend living in Stone Ridge.
