I have lived at Stone Ridge for over 5 years and I love it! That staff is attentive and very helpful. Maintenance crew is the very best any issues are addressed and resolved quickly. I couldn't imagine living any where else, thank you Stone Ridge staff!

Very nice and staff is great. Tasha is on top of everything. The maintenance is great. Stay on top off all work orders. The parking is not so good. Traffic is terrible on this side. But nice place to live.

This community has changed over the years. When I first moved in my apartment, I had to battle about the area where tenants placed trash for pick up was right in front of my door. That took a year or more to get that resolved. But my biggest issue with this community is not having screens on the patio doors. Can you imagine not being able to allow fresh air in your apartment, without allowing bugs and snakes, yes I've had a snake in my apartment. There have been no upgrades to the inside and the carpets are cheap and they use a cheap cleaning company once a year if you renew your lease. This community also needs a manager that lives on the property.

The apartment complex is quite dated. All of the fixtures are older, the plumbing is not good, and I have a number of insects visit me from time to time. I rented this apartment because it was the most economical I could find, which rings true to the old saying that you get what you pay for. There is litter and dog poop all over the apartment complex, because a number of the residents obviously live like pigs. On a positive note, Chris and Tasha in the office have been extremely helpful and accommodating with any issues.

This community is terrible, the heat breaks down every time it's 60 degrees or lower. So just about everyday. The apartment is full of mold and they allow our upstairs neighbors to leave dog poop by our door and urine on the steps. Apartments are expensive for us to not even have updated amenities and things break down weekly.

This is the worst community I've ever been apart of for the past year management has failed at listening to their tenants. The walls are paper thin and literally every single conversation is heard in your apartment that you'll never truly get a time to rest. They just let anybody into the apartments and nobody cleans after their dogs. This is a terrible community and I would recommend nobody to stay here unless a change is made

I have not had man bad experiences yet except the parking. I can never get a parking unless I'm here before 5pm. Also its hard to come out the complex when you cant see when its alot of cars parked on the side blocking the exit

no parking after 8pm,our building hallway is very dirty they come do power wash it but it needs to be repainted,maintainace will tell you they will come finish something in the apartment but they don't return and leave unfinished work.

I have been at this residence for about 2 years and it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is nice and accommodating. Whenever I have a maintenance issue they are quick to fix the problem and the staff is also very resourceful. It has been a great place to live.

I moved here because of my niece,and wanted to save money ?? so I can buy a house, but these apartments are really back dated, the 1 sink is terrible, the toilet you have to flush several times to make everything go down, making us pay $25 for trash pick should be optional, I take my own trash out, we also should have 1 assigned parking spot for free per apartment. Management is bad?? , I have to call for mantainence 3x's before someone finally call. My whole experience has not been great, I will not be renewing my lease.

People with dogs should be encouraged to pick their dogs' messy from the playing area. Children play on the grass and it's not fair to them. Impose a policy of no dog walking on the play field. Thanks.

I have only been a resident for a little over a month but I'm pretty satisfied with my experience so far. They are firm on parking and towing people who are not compliant, which I personally appreciate. It's not an overly safe part of town so I wish they would keep the gates closed 24/7 but that has been my only problem so far.

My experience at Stone Ridge has been positive for the most part. We were given an updated unit, and we've had very few maintenance issues. Parking can hard to find late in the evening, which the office says they have been working to address. My husband and I decided to reserve a covered parking space, and this has helped. Unfortunately, other people sometimes park in our space. This almost always happens after hours while the office is closed, so we are unable to contact the office to get those cars moved. Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often. As stated earlier, we've had very few maintenance issues. But I have found that it can take a while before these issues get resolved. I imagine the office is just really busy, so we will call to follow up on urgent requests. Lastly, the landscaping outside of our building needs some work. The grass is dried up and there is a lot of dirt. When it rains (or the sprinklers are on) the dirt turns to mud and runs off onto the sidewalk and into the street. So, we have to walk through mud to get to our vehicles, which is very messy. But overall, we've been happy with our unit here.

I am definitely disappointed with the apartment complex. They do not have a parking control, there are residents with 3 and four cars which make parking difficult for residents and residents. Parties every weekend leaving boxes and cans of beer in public areas. The access gate was out of service the first month I stayed in my apartment.

The apartments are old and need to be updated. I made several complaints about the neighbors upstairs play loud music and it doesn't seem to help. I'm moving when my lease is up. I just had a baby and I need peace and quiet!

This place has an excellent staff. The parking is limited. The appliances are outdated, need to be upgraded. The HVAC units are outdated, need to be replaced, especially the outdoor units. The pool is too small. The fitness room is too small.

Parking is awful. There is not enough spots to park. Cars are constantly being towed when they shouldn't be. Trash is not picked up as the schedule indicates. Noise level is high. We constantly have our tv or radio on to drown neighbors.
