Stone Ridge Apartments is BY FAR the best place I have lived. The leasing staff is super friendly, helpful, and easy to get ahold of. Crystal is phenomenal- eager to help and extremely knowledgeable about the property. The apartments are beautifully designed, but the customer service they provide here is what really makes them stand out. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Thank you to Crystal, as well as the rest of the staff, for making the whole process of settling in a piece of cake! Zero stress, zero complaints. You guys rock!

After viewing several apartments I was pleasantly surprised to have a leasing person that was genuinely interested in helping me find my new home. Emma was knowledgable of property and area. Because of this I leased and now reside at Stone Ridge and have enjoyed my new home. Emma your a gem!!

I came in and was treated with the utmost respect, this place is beautiful.I was so happy that all my questions were answered, truly has been one of the best experiences I have had with an apartment complex and staff. I can not say enough good things about them, if you are looking for a particular person to help you out I would suggest Emma.

I really love it here, outside of the limited parking and paying for valet trash that I never use. Only issue that I have is them cutting the grass at 8AM on a holiday! People can't even sleep in on a day off!

I have lived here since August of 2014 and my lease is up in May 2016. I am moving only b/c I have to. I love it here and the staff is awesome. If I ever have any issues (all apts will have them) they have always fixed them. I really like the manager Chris Christian. She is so nice and always very responsive. If there is an issue she'll get to the bottom of it and resolve it quickly. This is a wonderful place to live. The location can't be beat and I have never felt unsafe. It is a gated apartment and it is not huge. A lot of people have lived here for years. I will miss this place.

Worst apartment experience I've ever dealt with. 1- the weekend staff girl ---- doesn't do her job. I swear she steals packages because I never received them on the weekend. She talks about residents to other residents. She's unprofessional. She's rude. When you complain to the manager ---- about it, she does nothing. I've witnessed a line of people waiting to speak with her but apparently talking on her cell phone was more important. 2- you pay for rent but apparently that doesn't mean you'll have a place to park your car. 3- there is the most crime on a complex I've ever encountered. From people burglarizing cars, to people knocking on doors at night and raping/assaulting residents. Not to mention when this is brought up, NOTHING is done. All they do is send out a letter via email telling residents to be advised. Awesome! 4- the children on site are little thugs. They climb on cars, property, fight, and threaten guests and again, when brought to management attention, an email was sent out and NOTHING was done. Beware! Worst experience! Stay a! Don't bother! Biggest regret!

Moved in 1 month ago and couldn't be happier. Love my new 2 bedroom. I am already looking forward to enjoying the pool this summer. The staff is very nice.

I moved in Novemeber I was a little concerned about moving in because the only one available to show was the model and not my actual unit so I was thinking it might not look as good. Boy was I WRONG. My apartment was SPOTLESS and looked even better than the model. My dog loves the dog park here. My children love the park just a few blocks down the street. Perfect location right by everything I need Walmart, Chase Bank, CVS and lots more. The office staff has been so attentive and so sweet. The maintenance is so fast and effiecent I have had a few minor things and the maintenance guy even hooked up my washing machine for me. I love my apartment I have the 2bedroom one bath and I just love all of the natural light in my living room. The floor plan flows very well. I have a detached garage and I can fit my car and extra storage in it just fine. I couldn't be happier.

I love the layout in my floor plan as it's very functional and useful. Great staff Chris KLee and Emma! I've been helped a lot since I moved in. The only suggestion from me is that parking space could be more.

I've been living here for a few months and decided to move here for the apartment quality and the staff. The apartments here are well insulated, and the interiors and exteriors are very nice. I love the garden tub and crown molding features, the grounds are well kept with the exception of residents whom leave trash in piles it's a problem that needs to be addressed but nevertheless it's still a great complex. The staff here is great and always friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests are completed very quickly and I feel like a valued resident here. Crystal is great assistant manager and is always ready to help. Pros:good rent price, good quality apartments,great grounds, safe, and wonderful staff Cons: trash issue needs to be addressed, parking is limited,kids can be loud sometimes, gates are always broken

I've only lived here for a couple of months but the staff has been very good to me. They've always answered any questions or concerns that I've had with no problem. I had a few minor maintenance issues that I had called about and they were fixed within the next day. Every time I walk into the front office, I am greeted with a smile. The grounds are not bad at all, either. Most of my neighbors mind their own business and I have not had any noise problems. There is an issue with the side exit gate, however. It seems to be broken on an every other week basis. I have witnessed residents' children vandalizing the gate numerous times. Besides that, I am very happy living here at Stone Ridge and would recommend this property to others.

You are taking this very VERY personal and this has nothing to do with you or does it??? You say that you're a manager yet you're not managing your own business because its obvious that you stay in the office gossiping with the staff on company time? You sound really unstable and dense. I hear they have medication for those types of outbursts . Your attachment to my concerns proves that you are personally invested in this matter. And by the way my expertise is in psychiatric treatment which clearly you need some. If you've only been here for 4 months then how would know that trash has always been a problem? How would you know what the office staff and maintenance team was like before you got here??? U keep giving yourself up. The jig is up, reveal yourself heathen, who is this the manager or the assistant manager? Never mind I'll write corporate. You know they can pull IP addresses and you're in violation for posting all these good reviews when you know that this complex is violating so many codes ...and the Gate is still not fixed. So instead of using so much time writing reviews and inhaling tar all day why don't you pick up some trash, starting with yourself first my dear. And it Looks like they still have some more cleaning to do with that office staff.

I absolutely love my apartment. The office staff is amazing and my neighbors are pretty cool. Since I've moved here I've only experience nothing but excellence from the Stone Ridge team. When you walk into the office they make you feel as if you were family and go out of there way to help you with your concern. Kris and Crystal are superwomen, almost every issue I had was responded no less than 48 hours. Now when I learn that my neighbors above me had a baby, I was concern that I would hear constant crying but I never here anything, and my other neighbor has a large dog and yet I still here nothing. I could not have asked for friendlier neighbors and honestly that is not why I moved into this area. I was simply looking for somewhere to stay that was in the middle of everything in North Dallas, and because it right off Dallas North Tollway i can literally get to Addison or Plano in less than 10 minutes. The funny thing is there are at least 6 different apartment complex surrounding the area and some seem to look just as nice (some did not) but honestly it was the rating that made me choose Stone Ridge and Im happy that I made that decision. I really hope this help some else out there.

I have recently moved to Stone Ridge apartments and have been staying for almost 4 months. I have lived in many places around north Texas ranging from duplexes, apartments, and houses. My old living situations before moving into Stone Ridge were unstable and less than stellar to say the least. That said, I have lived in areas such as the backwoods country, south Dallas, little elm, Denton, and the best that north Texas has to offer, Frisco. I have to say, this place is pretty great. I know a few other tenants here, and the few and far between issues that I and others have had have been solved swiftly and efficiently. I see maintenance every single day doing their jobs; making touch ups, replacing bulbs, and being here to answer service calls, at all hours of the night. The gate was stuck one night at around 11 pm. and maintenance was there trying to get the issue resolved. The management team at this property is outstanding. these are people who go out of their way to handle issues at the earliest sign of trouble. They go above and beyond. One time i got a phone call from the assistant manager asking if i wouldn't mind if she picked up a package that had been delivered to me so that nothing would happen to it. Wow! Someone who actually cares. these types of things are reoccurring. I have seen other reviews about this property complaining WAY to much. Most of the issues people have with this property are beyond the control of management. I have personally seen the management team pick up trash around the property on the little walks they go on. People have to remember that loud music, dog droppings, trash, and other maintenance problems such as landscaping and grounds problems are on the account of other tenants simply not caring or having respect for their neighbors, which is a minute problem at best, and one which is expected in this area. if you want citations for a little oil leaking from your vehicle, and clean living to the max where if you set a garbage bag on top of the can a little crooked you will be fined, then Frisco sounds like the place you might want to live. just be prepared to pay for it. This place is awesome, and i have highly recommended it to friends. one of which has already moved in. I would highly recommend researching a little before deciding on one bad reviews view of a complex, because anywhere you go you will see issues. With this management and maintenance team, I am certainly happy to be a resident.

I have been living at Stone Ridge for the past 2 years and I loved it until the recent management change. The previous manager, Diane, made sure that everything was up kept and taking care of because she cared and she knew what she was doing. Lately I've seen a drastic change and it's unfortunate. The designated trash days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday but the tenants leave the trash out everyday and its very uncitely and it's not just one bag its several and apparently no one is being reprimanded because it keeps happening. The previous manager had more control over this situation now its just out of hand. I don't want my guest to come and visit and see trash all over the grounds and think that I live in a trashy community. I see the manger and assistant manager taking daily smoke breaks, and one would think that they would take notice of this concern and address it, seeing as how they're always outside. I also feel that the parking is a huge issue but no one seems to care. They put up 'no parking' signs but the tenants do it anyway because towing is not enforced; its a joke. The grounds are trashy, no one picks up the trash. The seasons are changing so there's leaves all over the ground. It appears that they attempted to pick up the leaves but they gave up and they left huge bags filled with leaves on the grounds. They do not care about the community and it shows. Dogs poop all over the grounds and although management has been made aware they've made no attempts to correct it. As much as we pay in rent you would think that management would do better, but unfortunately not the case. The exit only gate has been out of commission for about 2 weeks & they haven't attempted to repair it. What are you slum lords? I'm not paying this kind of money to live in a slum. I use to be proud of the place I called home but now I can't wait until my lease is up so I can leave. If you're thinking of living here I suggest you keep looking, I promise you'll find something much better for the price.

I have lived in Stone Ridge since 2012 and so far I absolutely love it! Until recently the manager, we had was awesome, but she has moved to a new property so I'm a little sad about that. However, the assistant manager we had got bumped up and she is Fabulous, so is the Leasing Associate. I recently had a noise complaint that I did not want to make, as I was not trying to be malicious or become 'that' neighbor. However, I tried working with the residents above me and they refused to give up Insanity and the constant stomping and jumping that is involved with that routine. I even gave my work hours, just so they would know when I was at home and if they could jump and stomp then since they worked earlier hours that I did. After they laughed me off, I went to the office and the Leasing Associate made me feel welcomed and took my concern seriously. I also spoke with the Leasing Manager who understood Insanity and how it works, and also found that it is unacceptable to have someone tolerate jumping and stomping, 6 days a week. They listened and nicely advised my upstairs neighbors of the leasing agreement and noise violations. I was truly amazed at how they remained professional and how quickly they nipped this in the bud. There's a new Leasing Assistant Manager and she is less than pleasant. She very passive aggressive and I'm unsure if she is aware of it and doesn't care, or if she's unaware of how she comes off. It's a little off putting as she's only been here for 2 weeks, and she's not as warm as the current manager and leasing associate. Hopefully, she will come to learn that Stone Ridge is a community and we all treat each other kind, and that no one belittles the residents and the residents do no belittle the staff. My apartment is rather small, but it works for me and my dogs. The complex has townhomes which are amazing, I'm hoping to upgrade to one as soon as it becomes available. If not, my quaint apartment will do. I do love that the washer and dryer is not inside the kitchen, which a lot of apartments are designed. Nothing makes my day more than knowing that when I have to wash clothes, I do not have to go through the kitchen with dirty clothes! The grounds are kept up and the maintenance crew is awesome. They are rather quick and fixing items. They also laugh when I am walking my dogs, bc for some reason my yorkie-poo just loves to bark at the golf cart they ride on. Residents pick up after their dogs for the most park, which is almost unheard of. My only complaint outside of the assistant manager would be the trash. We used to have door to door trash pickup, which was great! It was 6 days a week and it kept the complex so clean. Now, it's curbside and only 3 days a week. Problem with that is, the pickup is at 8a, so if you're bag is not out between 6a - 8a, chances are you missed the pick up. This leaves the apartment complex with trash that is out for a few days, which causes stray cats to come as they go in the trash, among other fluffy creatures that you don't care to see. I really really wish they would go back to door to door trash pick up, as it makes a huge difference in the complex overall. It's a tad embarrassing to have company and there are tons of Kroger bags that contain trash, floating around.

I've lived here almost 3 years now, and very rarely do I have complaints anymore. Since the Tipton group took over the property, they have done more than a few upgrades. Painting the first floor breezeways (we were told that the 2nd and 3rd floors would get this, but have not heard about it yet), the pool accessories have been replaced and look fabulous, they've painted the entire complex, and gave us brand new carports. The management changes more often than I'd like, but the staff that we do have are wonderful and are always willing to help me with any problem. Noise complaints are documented and taken very seriously. Our on site police officer is the nicest and does everything he can to help improve our property. It is an animal friendly community. Almost everyone knows all the animals before they know the people. We are a friendly community, and love to say hello and get to know our neighbors. The parking mainly requires you to get home early, or reserve a garage/carport, but that is something that can't be changed, so I've gotten used to it. Overall, the complex is wonderful and I will consider staying for as long as I can afford it (with rent increases my price has remained fairly decent), I am right in the middle of everything I need and my job and enjoy my 3rd floor quietness.
