In this time the experience has been satisfactory since any doubt or problem that arises, is solved in a reasonable time. The girls have been calm and safe in the complex and the neighbors for the most part have been very friendly

Office is unreliable when it comes to your packages. Inside the apartments are great but the outside is awful. No great vetting of other tenants. Cigarettes and beer cans and bottles litter my walkway.

Great manager and maintenance crew. Lots of delays on materials to fix apartment following freeze. Would like pest control to be mandatory for all apartments. Would like for pest control to come in and spray every room not just a brief spray in kitchen and bathroom. Overall a good experience here so far

Property needs better upkeep and more cleanliness . There is always broken glass and trash in the breezeway. There is trash scattered in the grass and the parking lot. The trash bins are always full .

I love the community but some things have happened that I don't agree with. I have experienced a level of misconduct and disrespect from certain staff members. I was in a situation that I reported to staff members and nothing was done. I was stalked and harassed by your courtesy officer and other residents in the community of the complex. My life and privacy was invaded while my civil rights were violated. I feel the community staff did not do their job in representing integrity and compassion. Every resident has a right to always feel safe in their home.

There are some things I like about this complex, but not enough to recommend it to anyone. My building's landscape has dirt in place of grass, and when it rains and when the sprinklers turn on, it tracks mud into my apartment and car. Also a neighbor leaves her trash container at the front door at all times, along with trash and waste at any given time outside of trash pickup hours. I've complained about it to management but nothing is done about it.

first year was ok now I have new people around me that party and sit out in front of my door. It's trashy in my unit and open smells of dog poop nobody ever cleans the breezeway cigarette butts all over the place and my rent was increased. And now have to deal with noisey neighbors who leave trash out all the time. I often step out my door to about 5 guys just sitting there drinking one was sitting in the front.

I've had a great experience here at Stone Ridge North Dallas. The STAFF is what keeps me here. They are so nice and everyone is always so helpful. I've never had any issues with my apartment or pest problems. Maintenance responds timely and they are very nice as well.

My experience here has been great overall. Their maintenance team works pretty fast. I also enjoyed the staff. They are really nice here and take care of any issue that I have had. My complaint has to do with other tenants and parking. Sometimes they will park their cars and block my garage door, making it hard for me to park in my garage. It is also hard getting out of the apartment because cars are parked down on Haverwood, so if you are trying to turn left or right, it makes it hard for you to see the road which puts you at risk of getting hit.There is not a-lot of parking here. I have had guests drive around for hours trying to find parking until they gave up and went home.

Use to be really nice and quiet around the apartments. The upstairs neighbor make up to much ------- noise and I don't rest well. THEY ARE ALWAYS STOMPING. I have asked the people that work in the leasing office to let them know but I just they never did

It hasn't been a good one. This community have to work on getting things done, is not very clean and they take too long to get maintance work done don't keep up with their rules. People are very loud and nothing is said.

Its been a constant struggle with trash not being kept up w/ arash ggod t trash service. For years we several they were'nt even using one. Seems to be under new management & better. The grounds used to be so plush. Dead grass and flower beds ( in front on many apartments now...weeds is one of them. People are not towed for parking in fire zones. After living through 2 fires here that is a huge HAZARD! They arent adiquatley marked as fire zones There needs to be dead end signs where approcraite. People are grilling on their patios and on the grounds not where grills are located.Again a fire hazard

Poor communication between management and residents when it comes to serious issues, repairs, inspections, etc. Difficult to get a hold of management in a timely manner, and they are not great about informing residents about specifics.

The community is easy and accessible to the tollway, shopping malls and restaurants. There is no visitors parking so, parking is uncomfortable for guess. I can say the office staff is friendly and commadate the residents well.

Poor staff communication. Won't answer questions. Won't follow property owner's instructions. Won't enforce property rules such as no parking in fire lanes. People park anywhere they feel like it, knowing there are no repercussions, even when their doing so hampers access to RESERVED and PAID for parking. Staff refuses to pursue even the simplest, possible solutions- i.e., they don't care.

My experience with this community has been great! The up keep is great and their response to maintenace requests is prompt. The office staff is very in tune with the community and really cares about their tenants. I have been a resident for 3 years now and absolutely love it here.

I love to live here at stone ridge because the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team is always on top of things in a timely manner. Our community stays clean and maintained. I've never had any noise complaints. Overall this is a fantastic apartment complex.

I recently relocated to these apartments sight unseen because I needed to move in as soon as possible. The Leasing Specialist, Suzette made me feel confident enough to sign their 12 month lease after answering all of my questions and showing me the video tour of the floor plan. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the unit and the overall professionalism of the leasing team!
