This has been home for the past 2 years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I love the management and staff, I really appreciate how attentive they are to my maintenance requests. I love the community atmosphere and how everyone here is cordial and neighborly. The community is clean quiet and I feel safe being here considering that I work the 3rd shift and I come home at all hours of the night. What I love the most about living here is that it really feels like Im at home... its so small and quaint, I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't moved here to experience it for myself. I have lived in many Apartment communities and this by far has been a really good experience for me.

This community was great when I first moved in, upscale and clean, great management, fast maintenance, great location, and Plano ISD. Since Tipton Group took over the property, the remodeling of the grounds and new paint and pool furniture has been great. The price is very reasonable. The downside? Now there is a LOT of ------ people moving in, not just this apartment community, but the entire neighborhood. Expect the pool to be overrun every weekend and even weekdays over the summer with ------ kids in cut off jean shorts and large ------ women screaming at them. Even though there is a large playground and park 1/4 mile down the street, the kids ride bikes all throughout the breezeways screaming, throw footballs in the parking lot and all throughout the community, hitting your cars and windows and jumping over your patio to get their ball. They BBQ and drink every weekend in the courtyards and take over the pool area with at LEAST a dozen other people (who of course, don't live here) yelling and screaming and laughing throughout the day and into the night. They leave trash and their portable BBQ grills out in the courtyards with ash and charcoal on the ground everywhere and management does nothing about this, or the kids screaming in the breezeways, or the massive ------ pool parties blasting profane rap music or the large shady types smoking cigars and drinking malt liquor catcalling and harassing any and every woman in or walking through the complex. I really loved the apts the last three years, and I am very sad its turning slowly but surely into a ------ place to live, so i wont be renewing my lease this year. The 'flight' is starting and other tenants i've know for several years are also leaving because of the same reason and heading north to Plano, The Colony and Frisco. Maybe an increase of $150-250 in rent would price out and get rid of the 'new' folks moving in, unfortunately I don't see that happening anytime soon and its been getting worse and worse every month with more and more ------ people moving in. Pay a few hundred more per month and find a better place in Addison, or head north to Plano or Frisco.

I have lived at Stone Ridge for about 8 months now and can honestly tell you that I am confident in the fact that I will be signing a new lease with them for as long as I am in this area. Multiple apartments around this area always have one little thing that makes or breaks a deal and when I first toured the complex, I couldn't find a single downfall. When I did encounter issues with the apartment (as most people would in a normal scenario) the staff in the front office is always right on top of it and is eager to make sure you feel like your home is in the best condition it can be. The dog park and landscaping of this property make it go over and beyond what any pet owner can look for in a apartment in the DFW area. Thank you so much for being a great property and staff! Look forward to many years with these guys. I'm one of those people that believes the managers responding to these reviews shows a lot about the place you are living. They are always trying to better the lives of their residents and even helped me in finding a place for my brother in law.

I was a former tenant at Stoneridge - Only reason I moved was due to my job relocating further south. Staff and maintenance was very friendly and helpful. Since moving in they have put a tremendous amount of work into making the property look very nice; new carports, landscaping, power washed breezeways, pool redone, etc. It definitely made me feel like I was getting the most out of what I was paying for at a very reasonable price. I never had any issues with neighbors, or anyone living at the property. They have done an outstanding job making it feel like home. I would highly suggest this place to any person wanting a new place to call home! -Former #4205

when i read some reviews about stone ridge the bad ones i got afraid, but moving in was the best choice ever, i came to the apartment and everything was clean just like they said, i feel safe, and the parking are good not like the bad reviews about them, really with my experience with apartments this is the only true one.. i love it alot... apt #4207

We just signed our 3rd lease! We love our beautiful townhome and the little dog park for our fur baby. I have lived in the area for years and wish I would have visited this property sooner. The floor plan is perfect, our maintenance issues are always resolved quickly, and we don't have all the neighbor hood kids walking threw here like the properties near by do. Nice view also!!

I've lived here since August of 2014 and have had no issues what so ever. It's quiet and within a mile you have everything that you need. Staff is extremely helpful and maintenance is always timely. It's a gated community which gives you peace of mind. Apartment lay out is nice, plenty of space and storage room. I would recommend moving here and plan on renewing my lease. Hope this was helpful.

I recently moved in to StoneRidge the office staff was very helpful and understanding. I had one minor issue in my apartment a young man in maintenance took care of the issue and was helpful. I love that the apartment complex is gated. Overall it has been a good experience and I am happy with my apartment.

So I have lived here for almost 5 years, 4 years in a one bedroom and the past year in a 2 bedroom. I had some issues when I first moved in, but to be clear that was 3-4 managers ago and totally different company owned the property. For the majority of my time here I have zero complaints. I loved my one bedroom, and I love my two bedroom. I have 2 dogs and they love the dog park, and its great having it just a few steps away! I haven't called in too many requests so I cant really speak to that, but the office staff is amazing! Diane has been really great to me ever since she got here! I am leaving at the end of my current lease but I can honestly say its the first time I've been sad to leave a complex. oh there is one thing the parking can be bad sometimes, but really only late at night. it used to be a lot worse but they changed and redid all of their carports and it is better now, but if you get home after midnight chances are you going to have to park outside the gate.

This complex is stellar. When I first visited last September I was very impressed by how well kept the grounds were and how well maintained the apartments were both inside and out. The pool was immaculate, the walkways and lawns were clean of debris and animal waste. However, what has impressed me the most about this place is the staff. Dianne (the general manager) has worked tirelessly to make sure my needs are met and to work with me whenever I need help. For example a few weeks ago I was looking for a carport closer to my apartment and though none were available at the time Dianne kept an eye out for me and called me back with a closer carport almost three weeks later! The maintenance crew here are also spectacular. They do an excellent job of maintaining and upgrading the grounds and always respond very quickly to maintenance requests. All in all, this is a great place to live!

I have lived at this property since 2007 and actually considered moving until the new owners and staff took over. Everyone in the office is very pleasant to work with and they go out of their way to make you happy. The maintenance staff does a great job in keeping up the grounds and repairs are ALWAYS done in a timely manner. I was very happy with my experience at Stone Ridge. I recently had to find someone to take over my lease since I was moving out of town. The leasing office staff was extremely helpful and made it a very smooth process. I found the individual to take over my lease and they assisted us through the whole process! I thought the apartment was a great value and I never had any issues. Any maintenance requests that I submitted were handled quickly. The pool and gym were always clean and the location of the complex was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking in the area.

This is a beautiful and quiet, clean and friendly complex. Dianne is an exceptional manager and Kalie did an excellent job in pointing out the benefits of living at Stone Ridge. I have been at Stone Ridge for about 2 years and I have to say these apartments are pretty good. Never to loud and I never have to worry about going out at night time with the well lite parking lot. One thing that could be better is the parking though. If you do not have an assigned parking spot and you are coming in late, you may not have a spot. The new staff is also very helpful with anything that I may need.

I'm a recent addition to the Stone Ridge community and I must say -- it's a great community. I viewed and leased on the same day, loving the layout of the unit as well as the quiet and kindness of the current residents - and the staff is amazing! The location could not be better and the office really treats each resident as part of the family -- requests are promptly addressed, grounds are very well kept, and security is great. Best things this far: office staff! K Lee is absolutely amazing and has made us feel very welcome here. The other ladies and maintenance crew are also very kind and professional. Another great thing is the peace and quiet. I still can't get over it -- given the proximity to the highways, it's unbelievable. The buildings are a bit older but management has done a great job of upkeep and updating the units. Overall - very happy and highly recommend this community!

I'm satisfied with the service I've received from the maintenance staff since Arthur and Javier joined the team. Newcomer Chris is very helpful and eager to help. Kaylee and Diana are veterans of the team and are always kind, courteous, and follow through with everything promised. Like all complexes, there are ups and downs and break downs in communication, but I just renewed my lease and I'm happy and proud to call Stone Ridge my home and raise my kids in this neighborhood.

Management has been great. We were forced to move from another apartment complex because of renovations and stone ridge took care of us. They are really friendly! They worked with us on getting an accent wall painted... they've offer me water when working out... it's the little stuff that adds up for us staying around multiple years.

I came in, I saw the townhome, I loved it, and I leased it the same day. I have no complaints. The office staff is amazing and very personable. The maintenance crew is punctual with my request and I'm always satisfied with my repairs, if ever there is a request. The manager greets you with a smile, knows me by first name and is so pleasant and delightful to chat with. This is exactly what I was looking for when I started my search for a new community. I looked at all the apartments down this block and this by far was the best choice. It's a quiet well kept community. I don't have any problems with my neighbors. I'm safe here. This is my home. Thank you Stone Ridge for providing such excellent quality service.

I have lived here for 8 months now and LOVE IT! I have lived in 4 different apartments and this is the best! The staff and maintenance crew are always ready to help and work very efficiently. The landscape is beautiful and I love having a garage. Tipton has put a lot of money into renovating this apartment complex and they have done a great job. The gym is big and has all the necessary equipment I need, so I don't even need a gym membership. The pool is always clean and the people that live here are all friendly. The shopping center near by has everything you need, from great Thai food, to Starbucks and a grocery store. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

My husband and I were looking for an apartment after our previous one had poor communication in stating that we had to move for renovations (along with our rent increasing $125/mo) after we had been there 3 years and never made late payments. P.S: Don't recommend going to the Verandas at Timberglen; the apartment adjacent to this one. Enough about them, I want to talk about Stone Ridge. We moved here about 2 months ago and are overall really enjoying it. We had moved after an apparent switch in management (per a resident who has been here 6yrs), and we can definitely tell they are making this place better. Not just in looks (repainting, new grass, remodeling carports, etc..) but also in the way they handle their current customers. So let me go over why I rated why i did: Noise: This is the only area in which only so much can be done. I'm a light sleeper, so please keep that in mind. It's quiet during the week, most everyone apparently has work to go to. On the weekend, it does get a bit noisier, but you can tell everyone is being respectful. You may get the occasional party. However, if you are a light sleeper, it's probably good to grab a small set of earplugs as the building architecture isn't well insulated/sound-proof. So, we do have a mini-godzilla upstairs, and you can hear talking outside (even when they are talking normal tones). Overall, if your not a light sleeper, what I perceive as "noise" won't even be an issue for you. Grounds: This is the area which has the most improvement from the first month we moved in. The first month, you could tell the trash bins were overflowing and trash would be in the parking lot. Now there isn't. They are currently doing some carport remodeling/re-structuring to improve parking. There is nice green grass everywhere (and a dog park). The pool always looks clean and seems to be a social area in the summer. Safety: I'm big about this because if I have to go outside at night, I don't want to be scared that someone is going to do something to me. All carports are lit-up and the light actually is bright enough to hit the opposite side where there isn't a carport, so I feel safe walking to my car at night. There is extra-security locks this apartment complex has that others didn't. I enjoy the alarm system, and 3 different locks. That may seem like overkill, but I've had some previous bad experiences in this area...so it was a personal plus. Neighborhood: This apartment is really central to grocery stores, a few fast food places, restaurants. I don't have kids, so I'm not sure about the school distance. The dart bus stops close to our apartment, so if you ride it, that is another plus. Maintenance: I had an issue the first week we moved in, was fixed in a few days. (Wasn't a severe issue, so I didn't anticipate it being fixed so quickly). I haven't used any other maintenance since because everything works! Staff: I've lived in about 4 different apartments and never really expect the management to treat me any different than a renter or someone who gives them money...the "it's just business", "it's all about how much you pay us" attitude. This place is different. I'm very poor at names, but all I know is I picked up a package the other day and whenever I walk in, they are always smiling and very cheery. (which is nice after I've had a rough day at work). After handing my package to me, they said "Welcome Home". In all my life, I've never heard that from any apartment staff...except here. To me, it feel they recognized me as not just a money-maker, but an individual who decided to chose them to reside there. It was like mutual respect. Very great experience. One other thing about the staff that is unique, they are willing to truly assist even if their plate appears full. (Think about that, they are having a potentially rough day and your about to add something else to their to-do list, and they cheerily take it on to the best of their ability). I believe that is it! I do look forward to seeing how the rest of my year plays out, but I do recommend Stone Ridge if you are looking for a place to settle down.

We visited Stoneridge this weekend and we really liked the apartments. Location, access to the highway, schools, and convenient shopping area really intriqued us. Stoneridge wasn't on our radar until my daughter spotted them as we were leaving another complex. We met with K.Lee and she was very helpful and informative. We dont have any issues and i hope that when we are ready to move in May, they have a two bedroom two bathroom available.(Please!!!!!!!!)
