My experience here at Stone Ridge is great. The place is quite, clean, neighbors friendly great to live. I've been here for going on two year dont plan on moving. Also Chris Christian in the leasing office is always on her job I appreciate that living here.

Is a quiet and peace full place the community is great, the security is out standing they do have a nice pool where you can do out cooking on any of the three grill sitting out side the yard, i like that they have a private room for your mail.

Saul is awesome maintenance guy and manager is awesome both of them work very hard . Always have great attitude and always help with anything needed.Quiet and peaceful at night .Dog park for dogs is nice .

I love Stone Ridge Apts. I have lived there for about 5 years and I love my home. The Manager Chris Christian is a wonderful manager,efficient, always make sure any maintenance issue is handled immediately. She keeps the property clean and safe. I just love her. If I have concerns she immediately solves it. The Maintenance Manager Saul has been in this complex a very long time too and is excellent,efficient and quick to handle any maintenance needs. He is also very friendly, my little 3 year Old daughter love him so much because he always acknowledges her when he come to fix things"Hello Sasha,how are you doing". They are great friends. I have never seen a property who are so quick to fix their maintenance issues like Stone Ridge, Great Job Saul! The assistant manager Tasha is also very nice and always handles any concerns I have immediately. Overall I love Stone Ridge of North Dallas Apts, its clean, quiet, safe,beautiful property!!!

We visited Stone Ridge as one of a long list of many apartment homes. This wasn't the most affordable property, nor was it the ideal floor plan for our needs... but between the beauty of the property and the warm, wonderful management team, it became very easy to make this selection. This property is smaller, more secluded than most, and definitely upscale. The beautiful, tranquil surroundings were absolutely charming. I have to say, though, it was the conscientious, personable staff that stood out for us the most, and ultimately led us to choose Stone Ridge. We feel very happy about our new home and look forward to a great lease term!

I stumbled onto this property by accident and it has felt like home from the first night. The apartment is very clean and the grounds are well maintained. The staff from office to maintenance are very professional and helpful. I would recommend this property time and time again - thank you guys for doing such a good job. I was shocked when I pulled up and noticed on how close I am to Addison. The apartments are kept up well and have lots of parking. The leasing gave me a couple of floor plans and walked me around. The pool looks very relaxing. I liked they are within walking distance to stores. I would recommend this community to my friends.

I visited the property on Saturday. The property was kept up nicely right by the tollway. The prices where reasonable for the size of apartment Im looking for. They had washer/dryer connections, a pool and gym, that was on my must haves. I will be back to put in an application.

Chris is the best manager ever!!! Ive enjoyed living here. The community is well kept! I would refer amyone to live here. The price and location os great. Never seen any roaches or had any water leaks.

Chris is so amazing! I applied online Wednesday night and I received a call the next morning on Thursday from Chris. She was very informative and very helpful. She was able to take me on a tour and I immediately fell in love with the unit. I had my mother with me for a second opinion and she loved it as well. I arrived close to closing time due to work and Chris waited on me to get the appropriate money orders to seal the deal. I am excited about my new home and I appreciate Chris for taking time to call me and respond to my e-mails as well. Chris is an all around amazing person!!!!

This is by far the best complex I have lived in! Any concern or assistance I have needed it has been attended to quickly. I ended up very sick and Chris at the management office even offered to go grab me some frozen yogurt or soup and bring it to me. That is above and beyond customer service. I truly feel appreciated in this complex and highly recommend them. The staff overall is great! I wish this team managed rental houses too because then I would always rent from Chris and her team! They deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service! The team here at Stoneridge is the main reason I choose to rent here.

This has been a great community. The staff has really worked with me. They were able to get me into an apartment the same day. I was in a quick need for a place to stay and they were able to accommodate me the same day. There have been some very minor challenges as there are with all places, but they are quick to respond to issues. No issues with pests. Place is kept very clean. The neighbor above me can be noisy with the floor joists. The staff is tremendous to work with problem resolution.

I stopped by on May 10, 2018 to view an apartment after viewing 2 additional properties. I was greeted by this amazing woman named Chris, and she made me feel very welcomed and she said that I would love the community and my new home and she was absolutely correct!!! I loved everything about the property. The process was seamless, and I committed to a new lease on the spot. I look forward to moving in real soon and look forward to lots of years in my new home. If you are interested in a new home, I highly recommend this community.

I have lived here for 6 years now, and would continue to live here if I wasn't buying a house. I have had no problems with the apartments at all. the staff has been very friendly and helpful the entire time I have been there. The apartments and staff are given a 5 star rating. My only complaint is that the area has started to take a turn for the worse, and so there are some times you may not feel completely safe/comfortable. It really is starting to become a sketchy area.

I was a resident for a year and had to move after I got a new job... let me start by saying the staff is excellent. Maintenance people always showed up promptly and the office people were very courteous. Overall it was quiet and great place to live in. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this community. This is by far my favorite apartment complex that I have ever lived at. The Staff is amazing and so helpful! The maintenance team is also amazing!! They always were so helpful and when they fix it I don't have to worry about it anymore. I recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to live!

I lived in this complex for 12 years and was very happy for most of that time. It was conveniently located, reasonably priced for a long time, and quiet. However, the last year or so was absolutely terrible! The rent continued to skyrocket even though I lived in an old unit with none of the renovations or upgrades, short of 2 fans and a microwave that stopped working and a new light in the kitchen. The new microwave flipped the breaker almost every time I used it, but maintenance could never find a problem. In the spring of 2016 I awoke one night to it literally raining a steady stream of water into my bedroom in several spots. Long story short, it took months to get the problem fixed and happened on several occasions. Black mold began to grow all on the walls and boards surrounding the window. I have severe allergies and could not even go into my bedroom and slept on the couch for a while.The manager was not helpful or sympathetic at all, and only offered that I could move me to the apt below mine "for the same price" but it would be at my expense. I found it hard to believe that this apt did not have leaks/mold as we shared an exterior wall where the leaks were. I had to contact an attorney at one point and then things finally got fixed. The leak anyway, and they used bleach and painted over mold, which obviously does not fix the problem. I contacted the property company and never heard back from them. I also reported it to city and county officials, but that is basically a waste of time as you have to pay for mold testing yourself. The valet trash is a joke, overpriced, and there is garbage left out all the rime and strewn about. There were always animals tearing into at night. Parking is absolutely terrible and evidently it's ok for broken down cars to take up multiple spaces. There was an SUV on cement blocks for weeks. What was once a nice community is full of loud, trashy, and ------ people. Kids run around playing in the parking lots, breezeways, up and down stairs, and unattended at the pool. One girl in the office is very nice, but they all seem to spend most of their time smoking in back of the office. In January, I received a letter telling me to remove my empty flower pots on my patio that were a violation. I walked the entire property taking pictures and notes, and evidently bicycles, grills, toys, trash, shoe racks, pumpkins (in January!), and various other items were ok. I was pissed to say the least! The final straw was receiving my lease renewal days before it was due, via email which they'd never done before, and the rent going up almost another $100 a month. I found a new place in less than 24 hours and got the heck out of there a couple months later. Oh yeah, there was also someone living in a tent/makeshift shanty town in the wooded area behind the property for almost a month. While rent has gone up everywhere, you might as well live somewhere nice, clean, quiet, and be happy!! I could not in good conscience recommend this place to anyone!

I would not suggest moving here. Parking is terrible and when you pay for a parking spot there is still no guarantee. People will still park there and the courtesy officer can not tow so you may be parking on the street even though you pay 30 dollars a month. You also pay for curbside trash which means you see trash laying around the property. It is filthy and unsanitary.
