This place is great. Sometime staff is busy but they eventually get to you pretty fast! They work as fast as they can and they are great with communicating. I don't really care for the neighbors upstairs. They stomp and the staff does nothing about it. I've had to call the cops so my kid could sleep.

Terrible customer service , this was my first time moving out , they were not helpful at all , did not communicate with each other , had an attitude every time I called with a question , and created a very stressful move in day

The worst experience I had maintenance is very poor, customer service is poor and I hate living here. I have regretted signing my lease and wish I could get out if it. Rent is too high to have such bad maintenance

Once I moved in I realized my tub was dirty. My air conditioner went out after three days of being a resident. The floors are very thin my neighbor complains that I walk too hard even when I try not to. Also one reason I went with this property was because of the gym I was disappointed to find out the gym is only open during business hours

The apartment complex exterior looks nice and a welcoming community. The leasing staff were helpful and nice people as I got more information while picking the apartment. My only concern is that I've seen the gates open throughout the day.

Within 1year in half my cars have been broken into 3 times still no security cameras and gates remain open all day complaint to front office seems like that's the least of their worries , but they sure do love it when you pay your rent

The management is unprofessional and the office staff has unnecessary comments or a bad attitude when asked a question about procedural changes during this pandemic. Notices whether it be by email or door postings are not sent/posted when there are changes on the property. The gates have been broken since before the pandemic. The office management blames the pandemic. Vandalism to vehicles has been reported and the office's first response is that how do you know it happened on the property.

Overall a great community to live in. The people in the front office are knowledgeable and helpful. All service requests that I have ever submitted were completed in 48 hours or less. The amenities are good (2 swimming pools, 2 gyms, 2 grill stations, barc park, playground). However if you're looking for a place with good security, this isn't it. The gates are usually broken and open. There are car break-ins. I was told when I signed my lease they had on-site security however I've never seen them. I personally don't think the risk is worth the price I pay in rent and will likely not be renewing my lease because of these factors. I've lived here for 2 years now and it's progressively gotten worse over time.

Convenient, but lacking in hospitality and punctuality. Not Easy to get in touch with someone. No care package to walk you through how to get online to pay and communicate. Just overall mediocre experience thus far.

Well I just moved it but so far so good. No pests, parking is fair, office staff is polite, maintenance is quick and very nice, and it's quiet despite it being right next to a shopping center and highway.

It's a nice and quiet place. It's comfortable and has pretty nice green areas. I love walks around the neighborhood it isvery safe.The only we need is more surveillance in the parking lot l. Somebody hit my truck earlier this week and I reported it but the main office said that there was nothing they could do since there is no surveillance or proof that it was somebody in the apartment parking lot.

It's ok. Decent apartment. Energy bill a bit high. Decent amenities. Honestly I had higher expectations when I moved in here but now it's just been an average experience. Planning to move into a house but I'm thinking I could have maybe had a better experience elsewhere.

I like this community. I have really no complaints. No matter where you live you have outsiders that will damage your vehicles. But in all the location is good, staff is friendly, price could be a little more affordable for someone like me. Single and working two jobs. But I am happy where I am. Thanks??????

Beautiful community and beautiful units. Love the wood floors, and granite counters. Best part is you have your own washer and dryer in your own apartment. Front office team is amazing and always accommodating. The location is great for people who use the beltway to commute. It's super easy to pay your rent online as well. This apartment complex is nice on the surface, but the plumbing is not up to my standard. I would prefer more water pressure and warmer temperatures for bathing. There is also a slight pest problem that I could overlook if the plumbing fitted my needs better.

I used to live here 2-3 years ago and I loved it. No issues and the staff super friendly and caring. This year the office is still friendly and caring but the maintenance team gives a poor service. I requested probably 3 work orders of little plumbing issue/ microwave/ ants and all has been poor quality.

The stay was pretty peaceful & maintenance was very timely however, the property is very pricey. To renew my lease they wanted to go up approximately $100.00 which would be 1400 for two bedrooms & one bath. The back gate is always broken. If you pay your rent late once you'll have to go to go somewhere that does moneygram to pay rent for the rest of your lease which was very inconvenient!!! At the time of move out they charge you for everything so don't expect a deposit back! I cleaned the appliances out but still received a fee of $25.00 for cleaning appliances that had already been cleaned, only thing left in the refrigerator was ice. When someone moves out of an apartment it should be cleaned after each tenant even if the last occupants cleaned it.

I like living here , I think the m should spend more proactive to the repairs on the exterior eg gates and walls and stuffs like that. After all that's the main security of everyone living here . Office staff is incredible.

Ana- the leasing agent made my transition very smooth. She answered all questions and concerns. My apartment was clean and ready for move in as promised. It has only been a week but everything is going fine. Maintenance came quickly and fixed any issues I had.
