The community is amazing, it’s very quiet especially on work days. The weekends can be loud but people are considerate most of the time. Trash always gets taken out on time. Usually nothing crazy ever goes on. Only complaint is there are people parking in car ports they do not pay for or own, it is very annoying especially when they park taking up my spot also and they have still yet to be towed after complaining.

I’ve had a package stolen. Carriers don’t use the new security service for deliveries. Then there is the issue of the early valet garbage pick up service. Since I don’t get home from work until after 6pm, I rarely get to use the service.

The maintenance is very good. Sometimes the pool area can get a little out of control and the gym is good of the second area but only one treadmill works. the fence of the entire property is very bad. I think it is urgent that they change it.

It has been a horrible experience since the beginning horrible communication with the leasing office. I called for a maintenance request and it took a week for them to come. I called to cancel the request because I didn’t want anyone to come to my apartment while I wasn’t there. I spoke with Jordan and she stated it was cancelled but they still proceeded to enter my unit without contacting me.

I love my community good staff good amenities I love it here the office staff is very understand , I highly recommend yall speaking to Ashley she very kind , Dennis and jerell on the maintenance side they work fast and hard ??

I just been here a couple days and I love it it’s nice and quiet it’s very clean not that much noise I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for an apartment the staff members are amazing they make you feel like home since day one.

Great place to live and well kept. Staff is honest and very helpful with any situation. Maintenance is quick and easy when needed. I also love the amenities especially the pool area. My apartment layout is very spacious and it has A very comfortable feel once you walk in through that door.

Loud neighbors dirty hallway and stairway Apartment not in best conditions didn't put much effort to fix it up. Didn't put any effort to fixing the apartment upon leasing, painted over off the problems

So far the apartment is great and very beautiful with wonderful staff ! Me and family really enjoy everything that advenir stone offeres us . We also enjoy all the parking spots and the fact that y'all except animals ! Pretty awesome

Our apartment is very nice the grounds are well maintained. The pool is really nice. The office staff are really helpful. They are really punctual when it comes to fixing maintenance problems. I like living here at Advenir at stone park.

My experience has been great. Quiet. Clean environment. Neighbors are cool. Staff is very helpful and quick. The maintenance crew are friendly and attend to any issues. In a timely manner. Its been a pleasant experience

Been living here since March 2021 and it has been a great experience. I love my space and how relaxing it is. Management is very consistent in letting us know of any issues and maintenance ahead of time.

Don't move here. The property manager is so rude. She think she Biden or somebody. The rest of the staff is ok. Jordan is sweet and helpful. The bugs are horrible. Recent break ins in cars. Packages starting to get stolen security no longer drives around. The bugs over here is terrible. Everybody complain about roaches and ants get into your cars during the summer. Maintenance isn't so bad either.

Horrible new management, unprofessional. There are always burglary in the complex, no camera , no security. My front apartment got robbed twice in last one year, car glass broken, wheels has been stolen middle of the night. I have to install camera, alarm system to keep my unit safe. Maintenance is horrible. Roof has been leaking in several places for 1.5 years, complained several times, never got fixed. There is always smoking weed smell in the front yard. Dog poops everywhere. Try to move out when my lease is up, still they are charging me the reletting fees. Horrible experience. Stay out of this place.

Need better sink in bathroom has rust in it A/C wall unit needs to be upgraded to digital and need all access key remote for gate entry the pool and workout room should be 247 to tenants not just when office is open

Office staff is very friendly. Maintenance staff as well. Neighbors out pleasant. Only problems I have seen is gyms not up to par, lots of trash everywhere, trash cans not being attended to and maintenance not responding when they say they would. I do not care when they come, just want them to show up when they say they are coming. Thank you

This apartment complex is very exquisite and calm. There is no disturbing actions thru the day or night, especially on the weekends. Friendly front desk workers that understand every situation you might have.

I really like it here staff is really wonderful and eager to help very kind maintenance I've never had to wait a day for them to come and fix what's needed to be done they are clean and respectful the whole staff is wonderful

So far its been a wonderful experience. Great neighbors and a wonderful staff makes this a great place to live. The apartment itself was clean when I.moved in and the space in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath is also great.

If you ever think about moving into Advenir at Stone Park DONT!!!!!! I've had several issues staying here, and none of the issues were handled. Their staff is rude, unknowledgeable, and careless.??? they will fine you for things that you addressed to them and they never fixed or addressed? to whom it may concern! They are always putting an issue off on someone or something else. Always an excuse for why they can't do something or why certain things don't get done and I pay way to much for the stress that this place causes... can't wait for my lease to be up. Because I am OUT OF HERE

Absolutely fantastic place to live. Every is so friendly and the community is fantastic. The maintenance always gets done promptly if there's any at all. Management is fantastic. I haven't had one single issue since I moved in. I'm so glad that I chose to live here

It's a nice gated community, with shopping facilities near by, freeway close by, maintenance services are fantastic and fast. We would like renew our lease over and over again and also refer friends and family to think about moving in here.

Sometimes the gates don't work, there's dog poop on the grass from people not picking up after their pets. Neighbors can be so loud and inconsiderate about others. The pool never seems open for long. People that have handicap tags don't park in them, they park in regular spots not caring if others don't have anywhere to park. Valet never seems to be on a consistent schedule and wake up to my trash still being outside.
