Overall, it is a joy living here. Tenants often complain about the complex, for some reason or the other, but for me, the 8 has been there for me, worked with me, and resolved any issues I may have had here, expeditiously.

It’s very quiet, clean environment, the staff is very responsive and nice. Packages are delivered safely and I enjoy the facility gym. I would recommend this complex to family and friends. Me and my sister have been quite comfortable here.

I've been here for eight years and I've really enjoyed living here; it's been a fantastic experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The amenities are excellent. There are so much noise from the people upstairs. My car got a big scratch and when I asked to check the cameras I was told that the cameras were not functioning. Also there is most of the time a loud smell of weed that gets into my apartment

Above and Beyond

I had a situation where boxes in a hallway storage unit got wet. I immediately reported the issue to the leasing office, and Ramon got to work. He purchased plastic storage bins that I could use to transfer and secure my belongings. He then had the maintenance staff remove the boxes from the storage and place them in a garage. This was done while I was in the office. Within the next couple of days, Ramon informed me that the bins were in and he would have maintenance place them in the garage for me. The only thing that I had to do was transfer the items from the boxes to the bins. Ramon went above and beyond with the solution. I appreciate him staying in contact with me and going above and beyond with a solution. I can't thank him enough for what he did. He truly has a heart for people and the residents of the complex.

Amazing!!

I have lived here for a year and it’s been an amazing experience. The leasing staff is always helpful especially Ms. Jennifer. They always help me out with anything I need and maintenance always get anything done within a good time frame. I’m happy to be renewing my contract with them.

Great leasing experience

Still considering leasing here but Ashley may have won me over. She’s so kind and patient when it comes to answering questions. She made my first apartment hunting a great experience. The community overall seems quiet and calm. My favorite part would have to be how close it is to the shops.

I first move into my apartment in April of 2024 and it’s everything i could ask for in a place of living. It is peaceful, there is no drama or loudness from anyone. Neighbors are friendly. Plenty of parking. Everything you need is no further than 3 minutes away. I love it.

Great place to live at

Great community, i toured last month. Everyone was very nice and Ashley was welcoming and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her patience as i was trying to get a job closer to town but got relocated. I wish I had the opportunity to live here. I enjoyed the proximity to the shopping centers and restaurants too.

The staff doesn’t follow through with complaints. They promise an on site person to help with issues but haven’t gotten one. Gates are always broken, random cars case the place then cars disappear. If you lodge a complaint and they don’t like you, they do nothing. Amenities are not available most of the time. Nobody serves the community just themselves. It used to be good. No wonder people are moving out so quickly.
