I've been living in this apartment for a few years now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. The management is responsive and friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is always clean and well-maintained. My experience in the community is good. Everything calm, safe and clean. The location is very convenient, since I have many markets nearby and shopping centers. The people working in the office, the are be helpful, and friendly.

I am really satisfied with the house and the staff working in the office are also very good people. I recommend it. I just want you to know that I work nights so I come home late so there may be a lot of noise but we don't do this on purpose.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The staff is unresponsive and does not follow through on any concerns. I have had the same maintenance request open for over 7 months, and they repeatedly mark it as â€œcompletedâ€� even though nothing has been fixed.

Its very calm nice community. I'm very new so I really don't know any of my neighbors, but I have been on walks and people seem to be friendly. The staff is amazing very helpful and attentive to your needs.

This complex is ok for the number of units that are here. Maintenance was an issue getting my smart lock fixed took almost a year. Same with the garbage disposal but they are fixed finally. Ice maker still malfunction but should be fixed soon.

Location of apt is terrible. Too much foot and vehicle traffic and noise. Gates are never working. Pools seem to always be closed. Maintenance requests are not completed. Management team is only friendly when you’re signing the lease but not when you’re asking questions. Cheap appliances.

I wouldn't move ever! It's a beautiful relationship to have with them and there is trust and accountability from all of them. If you need anything, they take it seriously and act on it immediately. I remember passing by the complex years ago and always wished I could live here. Well let me tell you dreams are possible and do come true!

Great so far, just a few safety concerns and things i have witnessed from other neighbors that were victims of theft specifically wheel theft, more than 5 cars in less than a year, hope that can be improved, also the gate by where i live has been down for more than 8 months since i moved in

I had my garage broken into and robbed, resulting in a loss of over $1,000. I had no agreement to leave the apartment because I no longer felt safe, and I was also treated very poorly by the office manager. The maintenance staff are great, and the pool is almost always closed.

We are deeply sorry to hear about the incident with your garage and regret that you experienced this unfortunate event. While we hope that you don't ever fall victim to crime, there is no way for us to prevent criminal activity, nor can we guarantee anyone's safety. As we explained in person, it is difficult for apartment complexes to control any crime that happens. We take all preventative measures to ensure the gates are always in operational condition and work alongside Harris County PD to do what we can to deter crime in our area. In the past, we also tried security guard patrolling at night and unfortunately even with that extensive measure being taken, issues were still arising.
