It has been nice so far. It is relatively quiet and no one bothers. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but that has improved a lot in the last 7 months. Trash valet is a super great service because it's not always convenient to walk to the compactor. Office staff is nice.

These apartments are definitely close to everything I need. They are safe and affordable. I've never had any issues since I moved in besides little minor things in the apt but the maintenance staff is always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

It's a nice quiet place to raise your family. Also it's close to the beltway so, you can get on a Freeway real quick. It also has a lot of different shopping stores around these apartment. Traffic can get heavy around 5pm in this area.

So far very peaceful, everyone stays to themselves, valet trash is helpful especially having kids. Maintenance respond quickly to request. Friendly neighbors. Property always cleaned. Very pleased. Thanks

It is a beautiful place. The staff were very nice and helpful. I loved that the apartment has it's own washer/dryinger inside. I also like that it is close to where I work. I feel safe here and I think the staff genuinely care.

I would recommend the owners and office workers to have more sympathy when it comes to accommodating residents for issues that were caused by the complex. For example, the consistent breaking in residents cars and stealing their tires. More consideration should have been given since this is a consistent issue that has happened to a great amount of residents and some like myself numerous of times. When the consistent break ins started the gates should have been closed immediately but here we are in December of 2020 and the gates still remain open. The security measures should be held at a higher standard and Advenir at Stonepark should take accountability for their safety not being held up to the standards offered in the lease. I've lived here for 8 months now and my tires was stolen two months after move in and car window was broken a few months after. These are consistent issues.

Nice apartments and the price is good for what you pay for. Safe to live here. They added more cameras for security through the gate entrances. They have 3 floors to choose from. 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors

Nothing but disappointment wen I came to try to lease my apartment was told it will be ready on the 22nd of October for me to view but was never ready until 7th of November to see that it was not painted right dog hair's every were and just down dirty carpet was just washed and not replaced after the champ? washed off it started to smell like a wet dog on the patio was dog stains of were it did pee i have told the office personnel but they say they can't change it now. They lied to me from day one...

condominio que da clave de acceso a los residente y las puerta malas entra cualquiera un poco inseguro!!!. Se equivocan en cobrarte la renta al mes siguiente te cobran el doble cero empat?a con el residente sobre todo en pandemia o pagas o te botan!! . En la oficina hab?a un muy mal servicio al cliente cambiaron personal asi que bien por eso!!. Por lo dem?s bien!

I've lived here about 7 months and have not been happy at all. I've already left one review but I have pictures to add to this one. The facilities are not kept clean. The maintinance is a joke when it comes to service requests. Some residents are very inconsiderate or their neighbors. Some residents will sit outside drinking with their friends and blasting loud bassy music till 2 am. Breezeways are left smelling horrible when people don't bag their trash and have leaky bags or used diapers and toilet paper in the walkways. There is now a "security guard" that rolls around but in reality they are just collecting a check and chillin in the car. This was supposed to be a "gated community" but not once have the gates been closed. There are ants EVERYWHERE. If you have a garage, you can almost garantee you have ants or spiders in anything you're storing. If you put in a request for exterminating after finding termites in your unit, they give you a sticky trap and say to use that. Overall this place is a joke and not worth it when you're looking into an apartment. It's overpriced for the quality of living in these apartments. Another issue is safety. My wife has been walking our dog and had men follow her around and as soon as she turned around and made eye contact, they turned around and bolted around the corner in between buildings. This place is messy, with messy residents, and not a safe place to be. I WOULD NEVER recommend for someone to rent here. Not even if desperate. Sadly, we are stuck here until our lease is up but will ABSOLUTELY be getting out of here when it is.

Was told I'd be getting new carpet. They only shampooed the old carpet. Moved in and there were several roaches seen in the first few hours. Their is no noise barrier in the ceilings as I can hear what sounds like a track meet upstairs. Neighbors to the side can be heard as well.

Not great. Initially grounds were well kept but after new owners not as regularly maintained. We paid for a carport are frequently had issues with others parking in our spot and there was no real enforcement or signage to acknowledge that the carport parking was reserved. My daughter's car was towed once when she mistakenly parked in another carport, despite having and identifiable parking tag. Yet we had major problems keeping others out off our carport and were not compensated or assisted to keep it from happening.

Por más limpio que dejes el apartamento te roban tu depósito. Los pacios son un asco por la basura que se pone en la puerta. te cobran por todo y ni se llevan la basura aveces. Los fines de semana no encuentras parqueo. el mantenimiento es un asco y las de la oficina más mañosas que con cualquier excusa te quitan tu dinero. La limpieza del apartamento al mudarte es mala. No renten alli se van arrepentir.

I am absolutely in love with my new apartment! Advenir has beautiful apartments with a wonderful staff to help with all of your questions and concerns, Chassidy especially! She made the move in as easy as possible and made herself available to us to help with everything she could since we were moving in from another state. She is the best!! I highly recommend Advenir apartments.

I am very happy with these apartments. We had a friend who lived here a couple years ago and have always wanted to live here, and how that we make enough it's a dream come true. They are the perfect home for us to be in and to start our married life in when we get married.

I just moved in on Thursday 10/01/2020, my first issue was my AC wasn't working properly. I put in a work order and they fixed it the next day. My window screen and balcony door screen were damage. When called to the office they were very helpful and nice so thats welcoming.

Nice quite place but they never opened up the back gym or pool. Causing us not to be happy, there's always trash everywhere and the trash people don't care bout keeping things cleans they drop trash bags daily...

I met the apartment well cleaned and everything was in working order upon move-in. The location is great and it's good value for money. The remote gates aren't functioning and neither are the pools. With a little more attention to detail this complex will be more competitive.

It is a good community. Very peaceful apartment complex and extremely clean. The staff are very thoughtful and everyone is courteous of others. There is not one thing to complain about with these services.
