The staff doesn’t follow through with complaints. They promise an on site person to help with issues but haven’t gotten one. Gates are always broken, random cars case the place then cars disappear. If you lodge a complaint and they don’t like you, they do nothing. Amenities are not available most of the time. Nobody serves the community just themselves. It used to be good. No wonder people are moving out so quickly.

They do not complete the service repairs as described. I have had issues with our washing machine for over 2 months. The gate is constantly broken. There are lights that are always out. However. They have time for donuts coffee etc.

My experience is great maintenance and the office staff always take care of me. The property is clean and nice we have 24 hours gyms and great pools I will recommend this property to family and friends

I would recommend this apartment community. Nice community to live in you can choose from various stylish and thoughtfully designed apartments for rent including spacious one, two, and three bedroom floor plans.

I like it because it’s quite I like living in the third floor and living close to the office pool and mail box and the pool table I like that you have car ports and garages but if you could please move cars that been sitting for months so that guests have space to park thank you

Peaceful and great location. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns you have. Maintenance here is also great and valet trash. I love the smart home features and again how quiet and peaceful it is here.

The apartments are great! Really nice, clean, safe feeling, with great amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Pricing is more than fair for the size and location. Very happy with our experience.

This apartment is centrally located. It is located by Beltway 8. The apartment is very peaceful and clean. It is beautiful inside. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to work with especially Jennifer and Stephanie.

My experience here at the community has been great I have no major issues I'm quite pleased. Just look into the power washing of the hallways to keep it clean and looking new. I like when things look new when I first moved in.

This community is always well maintained with each year that passes. The staff is very friendly and understanding. Management and maintenance handle issues very promptly. I’ve grown to enjoy each of the years I’ve resided here.

Have only been here since the 16th of August and have already gotten property stolen and I've reported so many things needing to be fixed in my apt that were wrong before i even moved in and and only one has actually been fixed, today one was addressed but never completed and now my food in my freezer is gonna go bad because it's still not fixed. The front office ladies are super nice is only thing I can say so far.

It is a beautiful property overall but it's a shame dog owners don't clean up after their pets. I'll be walking with my baby avoiding turds like they're landmines. Ventilation in the apartment is also a problem. Either the ventilation is horrid or my upstairs neighbor smokes more weed than Willie Nelson. I personally don't care what people do in their personal space except that his hobbies are seeping through our air vents. It's so bad that when he opens his balcony door you can see ashfall out the window like a volcano went off. He blows so much smoke I wouldn't be surprised if he was responsible for more avian deaths than the birdflu. We complained about this when we first moved in but absolutely nothing has been done about it. We've tried remedying it ourselves but it is becoming expensive. We're burning through more candles than a mosque on Hanukkah. This needs to be addressed or i'm calling the cops.

The neighborhood is nice and the staff is nice as well. My apartment has been smelling of Marijuana since we moved in and despite promises to fix the issue, it as not been fixed. We have requested an air purifier Ober and over. Obviously speaking to the neighbor responsible hasn't helped. Wr have a 9 month old baby and I don't know what to do anymore.

I love the community and the staff. Everyone is so amazing at their job. I've never had any bad experiences or delays in maintenance. I recommend everyone to move here. Neighbors are great no loud noises are complaints. Everything hear is peaceful for me and my family. Thanks to everyone.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The space is bright and welcoming, and the management team is incredibly responsive and attentive. I really like how it’s mostly quiet and there’s 2 pools with gyms that are open 24/7. Moved from Florida to Texas with this being my first place living since moving and I really like it. I never really have problem finding parking and the outside/interior looks good. I would def recommend someone to live here if they can afford it.

It has been filled with ups and downs like any other place . The constant breaking of the air conditioner , the overflow of Trash , dirty and insects everywhere because of no power washing . The stairs are filed with trash stains.

Everything was smooth. Apartment was clean. Staff in the office was helpful and responsive. Wish I would’ve known there was only one dumpster but nonetheless everything is great. I’m enjoying my stay currently.

Overall experience has been good except for the delivery of packages system. I have made several calls to the main office of issues with my packages. I don’t know if the issues have been fully resolved and now I’m concerned for every package I have delivered here.
