These apartments are great to live in. This is my first apartment, and it’s great so far. Just which we can keep these gates closed. That’s the only problem. Other than that the apartment are some good apartments.

The only major issue is the security gates are always broken and there is an issue with the trash pickups you not allowed to opt out of the trash pickup option but your trash is not picked up as indicated it would be. Mail boxes are not secure and have been broken into several times.

Great community very family oriented. The staff is great and informative. The units are spacious and very updated. The grounds are kept clean and up to date. There is never any noise. You will feel very safe here

The community is a beautiful community but the security is the main concern. They have no security, no cameras, and no way to solve any theft in the area. If it weren’t for the nice up keep of the place then this place would not be worth

It’s a quiet living community. neighbors really stay to themselves nobody comes out. Everyone is friendly and nice. Haven’t had a problem with anyone yet. Everyone that goes to the pool is there to have a good time nothing bad dally happens

Neither high nor low which is a good thing I suppose. The few times you all annoy me is when you focus on the wrong things. And I’m still annoyed my car was once towed for no reason and I was made to pay for it.

So far so good as far as the property/staff goes. I wish there was more routine power washing of the windows and stairways/walk-ways; the spiders, webs, and wasp nests accumulate quicky. Some of my neighbors are pretty terrible and lack common decency. The ppl above me are loud, they fight constantly. Children run and scream up and down the walk way everyday various times, even at night. Some ppl smoke right at the stairs and show zero consideration for others passing by. I can't even sit on my balcony bc the 2nd hand smoke always interrupts me.

Living here has been a complete nightmare. Office staff do not care that these neighbors are disturbing other residents including infant children with medical needs. We have contacted office staff, police, non emergency hotlines, and the property officer no one has done anything to help the situation.

Unprofessional the pictures on the website are false advertisement. That landscaping is always a mess. The gate on phase II always broken so anybody can come in at any given time. The cats and raccoons are a big problem and neighbors are outrageous front office does not know how to handle situations.

Overall very nice community. Lots of parking. Smart packaging. Smart home. Very close to local shopping. Smart rent app. Understanding and helpful community staff. Dog parks, pools, 24 hr gym, 2 gyms, just overall amazing.

Leasing agents do work hard to keep us happy. At least we have that. Maintenance has improved, security is necessary, trash company is trash and puck up when they feel like it. Promises for improvement are made but never followed through with ( with the exception of being charged more)

I have lived here for a little over a year, and renewed my lease in January. My experience has been very positive. The complex is well-kept. All of the staff members that I have come in contact with have always been very friendly, polite, and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Stoneridge on the 8 Apartments.

Overall a great experience so far, easy move in process and feels very safe and cozy community. Easy access to beltway 8 and I10 which makes my commute anywhere very easy. The apartments are well kept and office staff is very friendly and helpful.

The community at Stoneridge on the 8 it’s great, it’s very calm and safe. The parking is awesome I never have trouble finding available spots. There is also a big shopping center next to the apartments.

Wasn’t what I expected at Stonebridge . Very disappointed and unhappy… Not comfortable for me and my daughters. Have made complaints at my upstairs neighbors. Holes when you walk certain areas in the house on the floor. Apartment wasn’t clean as a new move in. Had to clean again. Just wasn’t what I was happy to move in to.

The apartments look very decent outside but inside the floorboards are warped (I’ve been complaining about them since moving here before ventara took over) the AC units are defective causing massive electricity bills, the heating system sets off the fire alarms the second you cut them on. Cooking in the oven sets off the smoke alarm the second you open the over door. The vents are filthy in every even after dusting them the best I can. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t open during the load so your dishes will only get washed with soap if you put the soap in the bottom of the dish washer. The neighbors leaves bags of trash outside the door all day causing maggots all over the wall way. Most of the gym equipment is broken and not able to be used or used correctly/with ease. The package locker is on the other side of the complex so Delivery people hardly take the packages there instead they get left outside the door without even knocking making them easy to get stolen. The tubs/toilets are constantly getting clogged leaving me to the believe there are plumbing issues (which I asked about upon moving here because of the warped floors indicating there was water damage somewhere) the front door doesn’t fully fit the frame leaving gaps (not only a security issue but also adds to trouble with heating/cooling the apartment). The rent is entirely too high for all the cosmetic and functional issues these small apartments have. The pool is beautiful but I come out with a rash on my arms afterwards. Other than those things the office and maintenance staff is very friendly and the location is a prime location to decent schools and shops.

Very quiet and peaceful only time there is a issue is the pool being used with loud music after hours. or nasty neighbors around the building who tend to leave trash bags out in front of stairs. just lazy and nasty

The community is amazing, it’s very quiet especially on work days. The weekends can be loud but people are considerate most of the time. Trash always gets taken out on time. Usually nothing crazy ever goes on. Only complaint is there are people parking in car ports they do not pay for or own, it is very annoying especially when they park taking up my spot also and they have still yet to be towed after complaining.
