I enjoy living in the community the only thing I so t like is the increase of rent. I enjoy the staff especially Jennifer and the ladies on the office and nice. I have nothing to complain I really enjoy staying here and all the ammenities.

Well for now, i am very happy coz my kids found our front yards a place to play with our neighbors kids. Not all apartments have the same safe place, if ever I dont want to leave this place but the time has come for us to buy our own house

A friend of mine sent me the Stoneridge information, immediately I called the office and Daniela responded the phone call very professional and inform me that they have the right apartment for me. Next day I was in the facilities, and Stephanie and Sasha were taking care of all paperwork to be signed. They explained me how the system work, including renters insurance requirement, internet service, administration charges, mail box, parking area, apartment access code. Also, they gave the option to pick the first floor or second floor. Stoneridge it's a beautiful and safe community for all ages, and if possible I will try to comeback again. We really like the apartments and we appreciate how the communication and attention to detail is administered. We are notified right away for anything which is great. The staff are super professional friendly and attentive. Compare to other places I am impressed with the management of this community. The only thing that I do not like is that unfortunately neighbors do not clean after their dogs. When I walk my pet I am afraid to step anywhere because there is poop all over the properties sometimes even in the pavement. They should enforce ticket violations or something to keep the property in better conditions. Another thing it would be the gyms. A lot of the equipment is not functioning properly. They only have a few things you can use that are not broken or cleaned. But other than that, we are enjoying are stay and hopefully things continue to workout for the best.

Nice place to live - friendly staff - maintenance responds rapidly the ladies in the office are very helpful I enjoy staying at these Apartments I would refer family and friends. I enjoy that is close to the shopping center and 15 minutes away from downtown.

Loved living in the community
I enjoyed my 1 year stay at Stoneridge on the 8. Maintance and office staff are amazing very helpful. Very peaceful and quit community. The only reason why I moved out needed a smaller apt. If my life style changes i will definitely come back and recommend anyone to live here.

Cars are constantly getting broken into and the leasing office fails to protect residents property. Residents no longer feel safe. It is to the point that cars are broken into every week! No cameras and the gates barley work.

Very clean and beautiful community. Great staff and very helpful, quick maintenance as well. Love working with Stefanie and Jennifer they are very sweet and supportive ladies in the leasing office! Thank you very much.

I like the community as a whole, but have a concern about the access gate being open/broken. Also the trash dumpster are overflowing onto the ground. Other than those two things I am extremely satisfied with the community

Easy Process
It was such an easy process from applying to moving in, Jennifer was my leasing agent and made sure I was taken care of and responded to all and any of my questions in a timely manner. The apartments are lovely and had upgrades from when I used to live there years ago.

Great community!
I loved living in these apartments I have been a resident since 2022 Jennifer has always helped me with everything unfortunately I have to leave for a couple of months out of the country. I will return March of 2024 and I will come back to live at Stoneridge

The staff are great , they are very polite, attentive and have great communication . The move in process was very easy . The environment is quite and peaceful. The people are pretty friendly. Loved the application process, very simple .

We love living here at the time under different management. As the years things have changed, tremendously with new ownership. No incentive is given for the people that have stayed here over the years They are friendly and respectful.

This is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities, I feel safe living here and the staff/maintenance respond exceptionally timely and respectfully. There are numerous shopping locations and restaurants near by. I am enjoying my time here.

Over priced, “renovated” units are falling apart from quick sloppy job, bad apartments to live (auto theft, drug dealing, prostitution) every resident I have spoke with could tell you the same thing all want out of their lease

Living at Stoneridge on the 8 has been a good experience thus far. I am glad that Jennifer and the team was friendly enough to help me through this journey. The location is great because everything I need is a few minutes away.

Added price after signing lease. Internet is cheaper and faster if you subscribe on your own. I’ve had maintenance issues that lasted multiple weeks. There have been people partying at pool late at night on weekends. Weight equipment broken or missing. People don’t check for bracelets at pool. Gates are constantly broken

The staff was very understanding, patient, and welcoming! The application process was easy and they stayed on contact with me the whole process and made sure I had everything i needed. They even went out their way to make adjustments for me.

My first year here was great. Maintenance quickly responded to my request. I had quiet neighbors. My unit is in close proximity to the pool, clubhouse and mail center. Parking for guest can be better. Trash Valet tend to not pick up trash even on the scheduled time and date causing rodents to go through trash over night making residence clean up the mess. Office staff is a bit unorganized and fail to put in request.

I really like the apartments but the maintenance is so bad so poor they would tell you the will fix the problem asap and they never fix it been here for more then a year and still have the same issue………………………………………………………..
