I recently moved to Houston for a year on a contract work. I saw a few apartments and then I saw Stone Park. I loved the compound right from the get go. I made an appointment to apply. That is the best thing I did. The people who run this place are marvelous. The way they treat you with class and dignity is phenomenal. I like the apartment set up, very modern with sprinkler and central smoke alarm system. The rooms layout is spacious. This place is just very nice with the nicest people in charge as an added benefit. If you are looking for rental place in Northshore or close by, check this out. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We've been at Stone Park for seven years so when Kim asked us to write a review I knew I neded to share my experience. Our house burned down several years ago which forced us to rent an apartment quick. After the first yr we decided to stay and just havent wanted to leave. Marco, Kim and JJ and Max have been taking care of us every since.

I'm not new to the area and actually graduated from North Shore. When I decided to move back to this area to help with my ill brother I knew of a few places that I was going to check into and Stone Park was one of them. After doing my research and meeting each team at the locations I picked I narrowed it down to Stone Park. I had a couple of minor issues when I moved in but they were soon taken care of and everything has been great every since. I looked at a house when my lease was up but decided to continue to rent until things changed in my personal life. My girlfriend enjoys the pool and coffee machine and bar b que areas, we take advantage of them often. I would highly recommend you look at a few places and see what you think is best for your situation... it worked for me.

I moved in with my girlfriend and it's been an adjustment because I've never lived in an apartment. With that being said, everyone has been respectful and cordial. I'm hoping to save enough funds to move by next year and living downtown near my job is not the answer for us.

My roommate and I have been here for about 3 months and it's been a good experience. I leased online and moved in about 30 days later and Kim was my consultant. She did an excellent job in getting us familiar with the area in regards to dog groomers, cleaners, shopping, etc. I rarely hear anyone upstairs and frankly wonder if someone even lives there? I have a carport so I don't worry about parking unless someone parks in my spot which has happened twice, but other than that... it's been pleasant. I don't really use the amenities and mainly stay to myself due to time constraints, etc. It's been great so far.

Great Place to get Robbed Many people come through the gate who do not live here and steal tires from cars, items from cars. There was also a murder. The cameras at the gates have not worked for years so there is almost no chance of stopping this string of crimes.

My friend I work with referred me to Stone Park and I really like it. The staff has always been helpful and have bent over backwards to help me find my way around town, etc. My apartment is great.. My electric bill is always low due to the buildings being newer.

I moved to Stone Park Phase II two years ago and I love it, I am so glad I choose Stone Park. There are so many great things about this community. I love the fact that I don't have to make the u turn just to get to work that is a big plus, they keep their resident area's very clean, and the maintenance staff are great I had a few things I needed fixed and they came and fixed them all and were so nice about it. I moved into the largest one bedroom and I am so glad I did. I like the fact that it is so spaced out and that I have a walk through kitchen with lots of counter space and that they have fan's in both the living area and the bedrooms. I want to also say that I really enjoyed the breakfast at the gate that was so nice. This is a great place to live and I will be here for awhile!

I've been her for 5 years and I love it. I've referred several co-workers here and my parents are moving her in the winter and I'm having them rent as well. It'll be great until they find a new home. The pools are gorgeous and the grounds are spacious and clean, my doggies love it.

Need to Do Something to Reduce All The Crimes

There have been a series of crimes and the cameras at the entrance and in the common area do not work. It would be a good investment in our safety if the complex would repair the cameras.

Moved from Boston and I really like it.

When I found out that I was being transferred to East Houston the first thing I did was get on the net and seek for my new home. I leased online and was very worried that I wouldn't like it when I arrived. The staff was dedicated to making my move worry free and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier...

Need to Fix Cameras - So Many Crimes

Seems like with the number of robberies and crimes in this complex it would be good idea to fix cameras that have been broken for more than a year.

Fun team and great pools

I love the team that we have at Stone Park and the pools are amazing. I frequent them as well as the office each morning to get my coffee to start my day off. I've been here for five years and counting....

My AWESOME home!

I moved here a year ago from college for a job offer and I am so glad I made the move to this community. The staff was amazing and helped me very much with all the questions I had and also let me know places that were close since I am not from here. The first thing that I noticed when I pulled in was the landscaping and how well kept it is the flowers are so pretty and fresh. I also love the pools and the fact that they have people that watch them it's so nice to know that I can lay out and enjoy it with out having people that don't live there coming in. My apartment over looks the pool has the L shaped patio which I like sitting out on and I love that I have not only a computer area but a study that I have turned into another room for my friends when they come to visit. Lets just say I love it here and am so glad I choose Stone Park and I look forward to renewing my lease.

Just moved in and love it

I have two friends that already live here so it was my obvious first choice. The grounds are clean of any debris and the maintenance team is always courteous when called. I wish they had a garage near my home but I'm on the waiting list.

Dont Want to Carry a Protection in my Parking Lot

Man killed in Houston when he found some kids trying to break into his car. Stone Park has had repeated burglaries at cars. Cameras are not working so we have little chance of catching the people doing this. Pray for our safely.

Everything I wanted except granite

I love everything about my home except the fact that I didn't get granite. I've been here for three years and couldn't be happier. We have a guard that drives through seven days a week and a few police officers live on site. While I don't expect for anyone to offer me safety, I carry that responsbility on myself for everywhere I go. I moved here from Kanasas an knew Houston was a different story.

2nd year anniversary and I LOVE it!

I moved here two years ago and Kim helped us pick out the perfect location for us. We were recently married and have grown into the apartment and we love it. I don't like to drive but we are located right next to the shopping center, I can get my nails done.. do some shopping, etc. Will be here until we find a home.

MANAGEMENT

well I can honestly say that I have been here for around 6 years and have lived in the smallest 1 bedroom to the 2 bedroom and enjoy the place 100% The management is awesome. My hat is off to the assistant manager Melissa she always comes thru with all the answers to your questions. Kim the leasing manager is always there for me with any issues or maintenance , and has kept me there as a happy tenant thanks ladies for such a awesome job ya'll do

We have moved back the last three summers

We are an older couple that have grandkids that nearby. We've had a great experience. The kids live close and it gives us a chance to visit, take them to Kemah and Galveston. Every summer that we leave we expect to never see the office or maintenance perosonnel the following year but they are STILL here! That's a blessing in itself to be able to know and trust and lean on them. The buildings are beautiful and the landscaping is always well taken care of.

Not totally unsafe

I agree with Goodblogsandgoodeighbors, I have lived here more than a year and not had my tires stolen, a few of my neighbor have but there are a lot of apartments so the chance of getting your stolen is low.

Good blogging = My Great Neighbors

I've read a couple of these blogs and its obvoius that it's the same blogger? I'm not sure why they would continue to want to write negative blogs when you should want positive neighbors. I've lived here for 4 years and I've never had my tires taken or had a negative experience. We have a patrol company 7 days a week & 2 courtesy men, that is more than the other homes offered. I'm glad I've never met this Crime Dogg because he sounds angry and unlike any neighbor I have ever met.
