We looked at apartments for 6 months. We knew the Houston area had been overbuilt. There were lots of special offers. The Cape at Grand Harbor offered a 3 bedroom apartment with a garage at a very good price. Most apartments charge $20 or $25 dollars a month for covered parking or a garage. We have direct access to our garage from our back door.

The community is very similar to others in the area but rates are lower than most. The units are up to date and the finishes are nice. The residents are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. No major pest problems.

Classy, vacation vibes. Good neighbors. Pretty much everyone is a dog person. Puppies everywhere .. red and blue make me feel like I'm at a resort instead of being in an apartment complex. Have had a good experience. The pool is very nice.

My best friend lived in these apartments (#202) for 3 years + before she suddenly passed away last week. Her family discovered her body and the apartment staff were so hateful, rude and insensitive that they were immediately asking how soon the family could remove the furniture and vacate the apartment. WHO DOES THAT? The family was there, in shock, devastated and all they could do was focus on getting the apartment rented out as quickly as possible. They said that even though her rent was paid for the month her contract ended because she was deceased. THESE INCONSIDERATE and MONEY HUNGRY VULTURES!!! My plan is to reach out to the state of Texas to make a formal complaint!

Best apartments that I have lived in with great staff that promptly reply to any questions or concerns. Great apartment!! My apartment was exactly what was shown to me when I came for a tour which is rare for me. Very beautiful! I also like the activities they have planned out for residents along with the food trucks.

This is an amazing place to live. My family moved down to Katy not knowing the best place to live and we lucked out with this apartment community. It is the best place to live. Close to everything you could ever need but quiet enough to forget you love so close to all Amenities.

If you're looking for a place that management that changes over few months and they come and do inspection five times a year. This is your place, Overall not a bad place to live, but for the cost, you can do much better.

I love my home and I love coming home. Makes me feel good every time I enter the gate. Not to mention I sleep great every night, knowing I'm safe and waking up to a beautiful home. The Cape at Grand Harbor has made my living experience so much easier, I'm truly blessed!

This apartment complex is the absolute worst. Management is absolutely horrible, rude, and very unprofessional. If you are a young couple prepar to be discriminated against. The manager is very sarcastic and disrespectful. 0

Safe, clean, beautiful. Staff members are all awesome including the managers and maintenance staff. Always updating the property with new and better things, which we really appreciate. The pool is amazing, too.

I am in love with my apartment. It's very peace and a friendly community. The office staff is very nice and friendly. The amenities are great. I love the events the community have for the entire family.

I put in a service call and the Maintence man, Eloy, came when I was in the shower. My 4 yr old grand daughter answered the door (she's been told not to ever open the door, and up till that day she couldnt unlock the top bolt, but she did). Eloy asked my grand daughter if he could speak to her mommy... she replied this is her GiGi's house. Eloy asked to speak w Gigi. She replied that I was in the shower. Eloy did not enter my home and and told my grand daughter to tell me that he was here..... which she did. He waited out side my door until I was able to get out of the shower, get dressed and meet him at my door. He offered to come back another time, but I declined. I apologized for keeping him waiting. He assured me it wasn't a problem.... telling me he didn't want to leave until he spoke to me to ensure the safety of my grand daughter and my now unlocked door. He could of just left going on to his next call but he didn't. He made sure my grand daughter was safe and I was aware that my door was unlocked. I was extremely appreciative that he stayed to make sure everything was ok.

Very friendly, caring and professional office staff and maintenance crew. Response time was super fast from both the office and maintenance for my needed repairs! Work was completed in a timely manner and done correctly. Very impressed with the service before, during and after: including follow up from office.

I could not be more satisfied with the Cape at grand harbor . As a single mom of a 5 year old boy and living on my own for the first time I could not feel more at home . Jennifer the manager of the community has been an immense blessing ever since I came to the Cape at grand harbor she took care of every concern I have had . It was so great to know that I was living in a place where my needs at the complex truly mattered to the staff . There is always nice events going on and the complex is always so clean . I always feel safe at the complex and there's never a day that I don't thank God for where I chose to live . There could not have been a better manager at any other complex in all of Houston or Katy . I could not have loved living any other apartment than I love it here at the Cape at grand harbor .

Excellent community, ideally located for our personal, family, and social needs. Centrally located for shopping, activities, and medical support. Friendly, courteous office and maintenance staff. Property is always clean and quiet.

So far I have really been impressed with the Cape at Grand Harbor's staff. Jerelly was a great help getting my lease completed and has since provided further assistance since I've moved in! She didn't just forget about me once I signed my lease. I would like to see them look to start a valet trash service I think that for the price it should be inclusive. Other than that my experience has been great! A+ 5 stars!

The overall quality of the apartments is great however there are a few issues that need to be resolved. The apartments communication of new crime issues could have been communicated a lot faster. Also the maintenance of the gate can be worked on.

Overall, the office and maintenance staff will go above and beyond to ensure your living needs are handled professionally and they all work with you to meet, within reason, your living expectations. I would recommend this community on the staff alone in addition to the variety of floor plans this community has to offer.

Very satisfied with the community. Awesome location, good floor plans, good quality, safe community. Near major highway, shopping, entertainment. Quit neighborhood, very friendly staff, good maintenance staff.

Just moved out of here after a year ... you have choices of others places !,, left apartment spotless an they told me because the shower floor was worn and stained normal ware (was the way it was when I moved in) Replacing it would come out of my deposit and Lord knows what else they come up with ! Just to rip you off from getting your deposit back .. read Texas code of Tennent rights ! They can not charge you for normal ware and Tennent is not Responsible TO CLEAN carpet for the next Tennent . The down stairs apartments have no sound buffer between the floors the noIse from above you is unbearable! If you move here kiss your deposit goodbye ! They will rip you off you have been warned!
