I have been complaining about the lights in the parking lot for a year now and nothing has been done. The parking is very dark at night and it gets scary because sometimes i get home late at night. Also one time the gate was left opened and my car got vandalized and things got stolen.

    Durante un año fue muy placentero vivir en Cape. Pero el último fue muy frustrante cada fin de semana esperar las fiestas escandalosas de los vecinos y los múltiples cumpleaños de todas las familias que vivían en ese apt. Aparte de eso no tengo ninguna queja sobre esta comunidad.

      Just moved here and so far it has been a great experience. Any problems i had were taken care of and the place has been peaceful and quiet. The staff has been friendly and the grounds well kept. The community is safe and in a great location.

        Lamentablemente se me extraviado del mall box un paquete. y la empresa publica USPS no se hizo responsable. Creo que en el momento que ellos vengan a dejar los paquetes( es decir el empleado de USPS)debería haber alguna persona de esta comunidad presente para ser testigo de que ciertamente están dejando los paquetes en cada mailbox . y Tener cámara en ese lugar.

          My experience was great. Apartments grounds are well maintained and maintenance response are in timely manner. Parking is good as well as interior. This place is a place of great quality especially for a last stop before homeownership.

              I usually have to wait 3+ days for someone to come see about a maintenance request. When they come to fix the problem they dont listen to what the problem is and dont really fix the issue. I have to end up making another request for the same thing within a month.

                Ive never lived in an apartment complex before, and have heard and read many negative stories about other communities. Moving to The Cape at Grand Harbor has been a surprisingly wonderful experience. We have lived here for about a month and so far we have felt very comfortable and safe. Safety is a big deal to me, and I love the security features of the community. I have been working from home since moving here, and I love the proximity of my childrens school as well as accessible shopping. The Cape is in a perfect location! Our apartment itself was in a like-new condition. I still have trouble believing that anyone lived here before us. When we moved in, we didnt have hot water but the staff fixed it as soon as I reported the issue. Overall I would recommend The Cape at Grand Harbor to anyone who is apprehensive about moving from a house into an apartment. It can be a wonderful transition, and relieve you of the maintenance issues of home ownership.

                        Very good. Managing staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance staff is friendly and professional. Area is kept clean. Apartments are nice and modern, decent appliances. Apartment layout is wonderful, we absolutely love the connected car garage, stone countertops, and spacious main bathrooms and closets. Its very nice to have a gym and beautiful pool area.

                                  There is dog feces all over the place. I need to walk with my eyes glued to the ground so I do not step in any. Its all over the grass next to the every walkway and even on the concrete at times. I have a dog and it only takes seconds to pick up after him.

                                            The Cape is a great place to live, no matter your age, if you are single or have a family. The staff and maintenance crew go out of their way to take care of any concerns efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend living here!

                                              Took 3+ weeks to get my washing machine fixed after asking for an update twice and not receiving one. When I called for a third time I was called back and was informed I would be getting a new washer as soon as we got off the phone. That was done, but the new washer was covered in old laundry detergent gunk from someone else not using it properly. This community is about as loud as it gets with cars revving engines and racing late at night. Neighbors are noisy and trash is left out of the trash cans just about all hours of the day and when management says theyll be contacting the resident, nothing seems to be done, as the issue persists. There is a roach problem and I have heard the same from several other residents. Power goes out on a relatively regular basis. The cost and interior of the apartments are nice, but its not worth the trouble based on all of the issues listed above. The best part was coming home to the new smart home system and keyless entry (makes me feel significantly less safe.) Management notified me in advance that this would be done, but when I came home... new lock on the door with keyless entry... they left my apartment unlocked all day. Very professional! Pat on the back to them. They moved my plants and left my lights on after the installation. If youre looking for a noisy complex, unprofessional staff and bugs in your home, this is the place for you!

                                                There is one thing that really displeases me at this time. The entrance gates are always broken ( for extended period of time). That makes me feel very unsafe. And this morning the exit gate was open and broken.

                                                  The community is great and very family friendly. I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment.
