I have only been here a month. I am very satisfied. At this time I would recommend to any one. This play is very nice. The best apartments I have ever lived in. Everyone Herr have been very nice tenants and staff.

    Love the building design, the colours, the beautiful Appartment Office, well furnished, the couches, the indoor plants and flowers. The swimming pool area is also very nice. There is an area in this Section with a stand where you can do your barbecue stuffs and small get together. The building is adorned with outdoor plants and flowers. Concluding my stay here has been peaceful and lam happy that l chose to be here. Like l said earlier, l love the staff members because they are committed to their different duties.

      Living at the Cape has been an amazing experience. My children are safe to play outside with their friends, the neighborhood is clean, neighbors are respectful, and office staff are exceptional. There are many community events that are well planned and enjoyable. Maintenance is courteous and efficient.

        I’ve been here for 1 month and a half, so far, I am loving my stay here. The staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful, the community is peaceful. Well, there are some days I see some dog owners not picking up their dog poops.

          I came from a noisy community but found solitude when I moved to the Cape!!! I work from home and the experience has been phenomenal!!! The location is great!!! I had an issue with towing which was partly my fault but that would be my only complaint.

            Definitely not the best experience! I have been living here since 2020 and when I first moved in it was great! I didn’t have any complaints, but I recently moved to a new unit and the process was absolutely horrible!

              The application process was quick and easy. The staff members are very helpful and polite. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance staff are responsive, respectful, and friendly. They also complete repairs quickly and thoroughly.

                Everyone in the front office are always friendly. The maintenance team is always available and doing their job in a very timely manner. This is just an all around awesome community to be apart of. I'm very pleased with my move in choice!

                      really bad, the experience is really bad, I don't recommend it, it's not a good place, there's a lot of Marihu smell... and even though I've reported it, nothing happens, I went to the administration more than 5 times and the smell still continues , on weekends it is worse, the smell is unbearable

                        Maintenance staff is very effective, language is a barrier but they do try very hard to effectively communicate with me. People are sometimes callus about rules like picking up after your pet. The recommendation via the internet is to take your pet out after dark and not to pick up their waste. People must take into considerations of the needs of others

                            The apartment upon move-in date was a disaster and quite disappointing. There were cockroaches everywhere the apartment had not been cleaned prior to our move in, and the apartment smelled of smoke. Multiple things have were broken or not fixed upon move in. The apartment still smells of smoke and even after after a big treatment they are everywhere still.

                              It was great when we got here 6 years ago but it's been getting worse. Too many people screaming at each other outside my door. Parking is very dark at night. My wife doesn't feel safe. Rent keeps going up by a lot and you're adding more and more fees that supposed to be included in my rent. If I take my trash to the dumpster, why do I have to pay for it.

                                    You got everything you need right here!

                                    I really liked this place, the area, the shopping centers around the community, the parks they have close by as well as the water park across the street. They have a walmart close by and restaurants i mean what else do you want when you have everything so close by and the office staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend!!!!

                                        Cristal had made the whole leasing process so seamless. She was very kind and accommodative to answer all my queries. She is a great asset for the property. Starting from Day 1, either the overall Apt leasing process execution by Crystal, or a nice & great gesture from Property Manager Liset, or the professional & timely execution of my maintenance request - installation of TV & Sound bar and Assemble of Dining Set by Alan, or the smart locker facility which eliminates the dependency on a person for delivery packages at leasing office. I had an exceptional experience with this community. I strongly recommend this community for everyone looking for a home near Katy Mills.

                                          Had a wonderful welcoming dinner I stepped into the office. The community was beautiful and the entire staff was amazing. A current resident came in just to tell one of the office staff members how much they were grateful for their help. I’ll be applying here soon, marked me feel right at home. Definitely recommend this place!

                                            Overall we enjoy living here, however there needs to be more enforcement and consequences with pet owners cleaning up after their pets and keeping them on a leash!! Neighbors were partying with excessively loud music at 2-3 am in building 22 Friday night July 21

                                              This place was really nice. The office girls were so nice and made me feel welcomed. They were very helpful and were able to give me all the answers to my questions. When I went to see the apartment, I fell in love with the apartment I saw. They have internet which was very interesting!

                                                The office staff is nice and are really great in giving you all the information needed. I was able to see different floor plans and I liked that because you get to see the actual apartment you would be applying for. They are really nice inside, I would prefer a different interior color but the apartment itself was really nice. I like that they have attached garages as well.

                                                  Good so far, my only issue is the parking. Doesn’t make any sense that any of my friends or family needs to register and park outside their cars with the fear of getting towed. In cases of an emergency where my brother needs to park to save my life and he gets towed, are you guys gonna pay for the fee? Besides that, it’s a cool apartment and cool staff, but this resident it’s only for single and lonely people
