    The staff has been nonresponsive to a big mold problem we are having, it keeps being ignored. We have tried to reach management by all means possible and we have not been even answered. We have pictures of the problem which will be published on public media if we dont have a fast resolution

      Ive loved living here! I live right next to the pool and while Ill occasionally hear the people playing, its very rare and its never late into the night! The community is super well kept and Ive never felt unsafe walking my dog around at night! If youre looking for a friendly, quiet community thats safe youve found a great place!

        Its a very quiet community and very friendly people around us I feel very comfortable Living in the cape at grand Harbor I will definitely be staying here for a couple more years.. The pool is amazing In the whole apartment its very lovely...

          This is one of the noisiest apartments I've ever lived at. The people have absolutely no regard for other residents. The inside of the apartments look nice but it will be hell to live here. You will never sleep, and bless you if you attempt to work from home. The dogs are always barking, people are noisy up to 3am every damn day and the staff does a horrible job at responding to noise complaints. My ceiling is constantly shaking throughout the day and night and the lamps in my kitchen are falling apart because of it. When I first moved here, I thought the community was well kept until I started seeing trash all over the parking lots and found a used condom in front of my building. Parking spots are always filled with visitors even though they have designated spots for them. I can never find a parking spot in front of my building after 4pm. It's ridiculous. Don't move here, it's not worth it.

            I liked living here and I probably will resign again if I get the same rate. Its a very spacious apartment and its very close to i10 which is very convenient. I also work only 10 minutes from here so that is also nice.

                Great! I would recommend this complex. I havent lived in an apartment since 2000 but under certain circumstances found myself looking for an apartment and I am so pleased that I was led to this area and these apartments!

                  Walls are very thin, grand harbor dr is used as a parking lot, trash is left out despite numerous complaints. Pool is beautiful and I love the apartment layout, stainless steel appliances and wood floors. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great location of the community and my apartment itself.

                      We hate this community because of the constant noise problems we have with neighbors that go unsolved by management. Ridiculous prices considering we are not able to spend much time in our apartment due to loud neighbors at all time of day and night

                        The locker code was delivered and delivered it was delivered and they were delivered. The locker code was not in the lockers and they had no clue how to get them. The Apple Watch was the Apple store that Apple had in the lockers.

                              The staff is great, extremely friendly and welcoming. doesn't matter if you're new to the community or a regular. I enjoy that they know me and I'm not that guy in apt ###. The maintenance is very responsive. My only issue is I've had a few noisy neighbors, but I don't think that is avoidable wherever you go.

                                          This is our 1st apartment. We work here but our home is out of town. We do enjoy the area. There are 2 things that are not so great. One being, the parking. We pay for our parking and on many occasions, someone is parked in them, which is bee inconvenient. 2nd, our A/C has trouble keeping our apartment cool, causing our electric bill to be very expensive.

                                            I love this community because they put their residents first. My service requests are always answered promptly. The Staff here are always Uber nice. The community is well kept. The staff do a good job of staying involved with residents. The back to school party was very nice of them to throw.                                               No major issues with this complex. Staff is friendly as well as accommodating. My only complaint is the amount of dog droppings that owners leave and dont pick up. Most people are very friendly. Yard maintenance is good except for the dog droppings.

                                                Residents with dogs need to collect their dog's crap from the lawn! Your minimum 201 character requirement is excessive. This policy needs changing and it tells me you really do not want this part of the survey completed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
