Once again, third night I a row . The apartment manager has the tow trucks in full swing towing awaybinnocent peopleās cars she say oh we send out a letter. The letter is no clear and what she tell you and outs in the letter are opposite. No my car did not get towed again. It was another hard working resident! Do not rent here!

All of the staff was very accommodating. They were phenomenal. They assisted while I transitioned from College Station, Texas to Katy, Texas after my divorce. Amazing every step of the way. The apartment and location was beautiful.

Seriously. I've had nothing but problems since I moved here. The apartment management is really nice and easy to talk to but I feel very alone here and like they're listening but they don't hear me. My a/c has been an issue since I moved in and I don't see that changing during the summer. I'm actually considering staying with my mom when it gets really hot because I can't afford to run the a/c here because it never stops running. During the winter, I was sweating to death because the heater never turned off.

Im so satisfying for the welcoming staff and has completely changed my life in USA! I had a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom on the fist floor that had vaulted ceilings and a perfect view with the pool, thanks to The Manager Miss Montalvo and also she is bilingual. If I get another chance to buy here, I will be moving back here straight away. Thanks to the whole staff for making life easy while I am living here.

We love living here! We just wish there wasnāt the possibility of our friends getting towed for coming to visit us. Just because they forgot to register their vehicle. The grounds stay clean and the upkeep of your home is their upmost important priority.

Loved this place!
Wow! I had such an amazing experience here. The staff was super friendly dispute the office being busy. Ever you one were attending someone but as soon as I walked in I had multiple staff members letting me know that they would be right with me. They offered a seat and their game room. They have a pool table in the office. I loved their office, it was very nice inside and very clean. I was also able to check out their gym, they said itās 24hrs. I donāt need to move in until August but I sure will come back, the units we saw were really nice. Ms. Lissette and Ms Jillian were very helpful and were able to answer every question I had. I really enjoyed these apartments canāt wait to be back!

Everything is good, staff is friendly, any issues inside my apartment maintenance team is there to fix the issue within a day or two. The events at the apartments are good a nice way to meet new people.

So far, in the year and 10 months that Iāve lived here, the office and maintenance staff have been very helpful and professional. Theyāre kind and have made me and my family feel very welcomed! The community offers a variety of activities and is very accommodating for those seeking a new opportunity.

Everything was pretty good up until my truck got broken into and I never heard back about finding the purpose that did it. We have neighbors that smoke pot so it usually smells like weed and thatās really hard on my pregnancy nose because it makes me really nauseous. Iāve fallen many times because the grass is very strange? Like a spongy, and it hides holes which is good for appearance, but in my circumstance, falling down and having to crawl out of a hole is kind of weird. Pest controls been really good. I havenāt had many issues ran into a few roaches in the summer months but thatās the expected. The few times that Iāve seen the groundskeeperās mowing or doing service is to the grass. Theyāve left a big mess and sometimes they come really late so thatās kind of a bother. I prefer it when theyāre here in the mornings or in the afternoons.

Amazing Apartments!
Since Ive been here, the staff here have been very helpful and nice. The community manager Liset has been so sweet and has been helping with any concerns I have. The maintenance staff is awesome! they always come and repair any issues we have and they do it right away! I would recommend these apartments!

Great community, had an issue with maintenance not reaching me regarding a request I put in. I havenāt been able to do laundry in a while with the constant issues I have had with the washer and dryer, but that is my only complaint.

Excelente conjunto de apartamentos, excelente personal administrativo. Son de los pocos conjuntos que tienen parque de niños. Y la piscina es muy funcional para mi hija de 3 años. La distribución del apartamento es perfecta.

Good overall quiet older complex. Staff has been helpful. Maintenance has been wonderful and prompt. Very roomy complex but a little outdated if you are coming from newer complex. Love the attached garage.

Good apartment complex but price increases for rent a little steep. Prices still reasonable compared to others. Leasing office staff have been great. Insects from time to time pop up but bug control is responsive.

Itās was really good. I wish I could find this place earlier. Had a bad experience with my old apartment complex, moving over to The Cape was like driving a Corolla to a Ferrari. 100% will recommend this place. Me and my sister are glad to find it.

It has been the best decision I could make to choose to live here The Cape at Grand Harbor is an excellent place with an excellent staff always friendly, they receive one with a big smile always willing to assist you they make your stay like being at home really

This a quiet community, and maintenance is great. Best apartment I have lived in out of 10 years of apartment living. No parking issues. Mail room and weāll kept. I feel at ease when I come home, and safe.

Great community and staff. I have been here for two years and have had no issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always prompt. The community is overall quiet and grounds are kept clean.

Office staff always helpful and friendly, keep me informed of any issues and just Overall a wonderful experience never had a bad experience with anyone the works for Ventura . I would definitely recommend this place

We enjoy the accommodations very much. The attached garage is wonderful and great when we go shopping. The kitchen layout is great. I wish the dishwasher was quieter but it cleans well. The pool area and bbq area are great. Please fix the grill on the right

The first 3 years at this property were great. Lately with the parking issue and the inconsiderate neighbors I am thinking of finding a new place. The maintenance staff are great though- responsive, friendly and have completed all my requests. Just not sure about the quality of my neighbors.

I just submitted my notice to vacate, and I want to express my gratitude for how we've been treated for the past year. When I moved to this property, my children and I were leaving an emotionally abusive marriage. I was disoriented and a little traumatized. Feeling safe was my top priority as we began to rebuild our life. I found a loving community here at The Cape at Grand Harbor. We found neighbors who became friends. My 6-year-old twins have classmates here and I made friends with other moms. Maintenance is always present and active, and the grounds are immaculate and well-maintained. Any request I made was attended to immediately and Luis waves anytime we pass each other in the community. This may seem like a small thing, but the safety and support I felt while living here has helped me to put my life back together. And it's helped my children to adjust to this change without feeling like anything was "wrong". I appreciate y'all so much & I am so sad to leave!!! We are only moving because my kids want their own rooms and I want a separate space for working from home.
