La zona está muy buena, la ubicación es perfecta y es una comunidad tranquila, solo falta más limpieza en los edificios porque las paredes y escaleras están llenas de polvo. Las instalaciones de gimnasio no son muy buenas las máquinas son muy viejas.

    The overall condition of The Cape at Harbor is great. The garage is really convenient for resident. The staffs are kind. The facilities, such as pool, gym are great. The location is great, close to Katy Mills and Typhoon Texas water part. I am satisfied with here.

      I’ve been living here since April 2017 and I recently move to another bigger apartment within the same complex. I’m truly satisfied with this place and with the community. Neighbors are awesome and the maintenance staff is great!

        It started off good but in only 2 short month diminishes daily. My shower head is awful full of line and hard water. My upstairs neighbors are a nightmare. Running, jumping on Karaoke all crazy hours, climbing up the balcony to gain entrance to their unit. Countless sleepless nights it’s affecting my quality of life and something needs to be done or I will not be here long.

The Cape at Grand Harbor does have community policies in place to aid with noise control along with an after hours Courtesy Officer hotline that you may utilize to report a noise complaint. For someone to gain access to their apartment home by climbing up their balcony is not acceptable and I would like to speak further with you in regards to the situations you are currently experiencing.           The Cape at Grand Harbor is a very good rental community. The staff is very courteous and responsive. The apartments are updated and laid out well. The common areas are kept clean. The atmosphere is very quiet.

            He vivido en The Cape por tres anos y me encanta. Todo esta cerca, acceso al I10 y muy cerca del 99. Walmart, HEB, Bank of America, farmacias, parques, areas verdes, Typhoon Texas water park, Katy Mills Mall. El personal administrativo y de mantenimiento son excelentes personas. Vivo en el edificio 10 y puedo decir que nunca he sentido ruidos molestos. Ademas los apartamentos son comodos y muy lindos en su interior. Lo recomiendo un 100%. Yria Vera

              It is a very good community to live in. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe to walk around. I love how the kitchen is and how the lights are put in the kitchen and living room, and the restrooms are perfect.

                My only complain is about how bad kept are the grounds around every building garden, gardens around the pool, hallways. Landscape shoukd be better maintained and hallways, doors, walls and frames cleaned.

                    Just one month living here but I would like to let you know that the lease and move-in processes are really simple and fast, the apartment is exactly as you can see it in the website so you know what to expect. The Staff is very kind and the maintenance team response time is quick. For the moment I would recommend you to move to this community.

                      I am moving from a large home and I initially fell in love with this community because of the cheerful colors of the apartment homes exterior. I love my apartment and the staff. They have proven to be nothing less than professional and pleasant. I would encourage anyone looking in the Katy area for a new home to come to this property. My only reservation is the male leasing agent. He comes across as cocky and unprofessional referring to my husband as we walked through the front door as "What's up Boss". While his intentions may be harmless I felt this was rude and unprofessional especially to an elder. Another turnoff for me which I am sure the owners would not appreciate is that during my visit he spoke more about himself and his wife's property than he did getting to know our specific needs and details about the property we were actually visiting. Even with the unpleasant experience, I love this property! I would encourage anyone looking in the area to check them out.

                          My experience here for he past three years has been exceptional. I love it here!! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends. It is very clean and quite.                             Great location, maintenance guys are wonderful, administration good service, phones are not always available... apartments are very nice and comfortable, I moved to another apt weeks ago because apt 317 was too noisy cause of cars so now I love where is located thats very important!! Overall the complex is good.

                              Great apartment layouts and features (large island, window seat, very large closet). Friendly staff. When I went to move into my apartment the first day, it has a smoky smell. Within the hour, staff had found a new unit, drew up the paperwork, and got me the keys. You can hear the footsteps of people above you and voices in the outside hallways, but it’s easy to tune out. Would recommend to friends/family.

                                The building we reside in is quiet. Neighbors are courteous to one another in this regard. The apartment interior colors, flooring, and cabinetry are tastefully appointed. There is very little wasted space. Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient.

                                  This is one of the best community that I've ever stayed in. No property or place is perfect, but this one is hands-down one of the best, and I challenge anyway to show me something better for the price, location, and level of service. The only fours I gave are for noise and Ground. The property itself is not noisy, BUT unfortunately there are a few residents who don't know how to live in common spaces with others respectfully. Playing loud music and just loud! But that's not the fault of the apartment complex.

                                    Here for 2 months now and seems to be a nice community, I always see maintenance out fixing the community and keeping it clean. The only improvement I could recommend is residence speed through the entrance gates, speed bumps or something would be a suggestion.

                                          I just moved in about a month ago and so far I am very happy with the customer service here. My move in process was smooth and easy. I really liked my surprise gift on my counter. We ate the popcorn the same day! I hope to call The Cape at Grand Harbor "home" for a long time.

                                              I appreciated the manager taking my application information over the phone, as I was flooded from my home and had no access to a computer; however, we weren't told of all of the additional fees, or that we needed to have renter's liability insurance. The apartment wasn't clean when we moved in, we weren't given our mailbox number, the walking gate code, or the pool code. We pay a fee for our trash to be picked up, yet it hasn't been picked up once. I can't wait to move out!
