Since day one, the leasing process was a breeze! We fell in love with the community, and the amenities. The staff is wonderful. The maintenance staff is punctual and friendly. Very organized. My husband and I are happy and will definitely renew our lease!

Im very satisfied! Possibly renewing again my only concern is pricing. They are very safe and located in the best area. My daughter has made numerous friends and I feel safe with her being outside without me. Jennifer handles situations very well!

Great apartment with awesome maintenance. Too much fluff from front office staff with random/often closings of pools but yet things dont get fixed and look like crap at peak times. Front office staff can be helpful, but theres an overwhelming sense that some of the employees really dont take concerns seriously.

We have lived here almost 2 years. We moved in August, 2017. When hurricane Harvey came to Texas we did not have any problems. There was no high water or power outage. In January we had a plumbing problem in our building. The maintenance men took care of the problem late at night. They came by our apartment several times. The next day the apartment manager and two men from the Venterra management office came by to make sure everything was being taken care of to our satisfaction.

Weve lived here since 2015 I cant think of anything but good things to say about the property, the management and maintenance guys. The ladies at the office specially Jerelly always responded to our inquires in a very friendly and professional way and helped us in everything we needed since day 1, we will always be tremendously grateful for that. we will be moving out this summer but I can say with confidence my family and my self were extremely happy at this property all this years and if were not as happy as we were here in our new place I would not hesitate to come back in the future. Thanks for everything.

Satisfactory experience. Will definitely recommend and refer this lovely community to family and friends as I have always done. Nothing beats peace and quiet in a place you can call home. Add excellent and thoughtful service to that. Keep it up

Love this community and the staff and maintenance make it worth living here. Everyone is friendly - the staff provides community activities. We always feel welcome. We feel safe inside our little community.

Horrible. Ants everywhere. I am frustrated and desperate to move out. We have communicated with staff about this issue and they have made us wait for pest control. We have taken matters into our own hands with home remedies but the issue is much bigger.

The Cape at Grand Harbor has everything I need for my family. We enjoy the events and the great customer service. Maintenance and Office staff are such a great team! Thanks for the opportunity of living here knowing Im in a safe place!

I love the community. Close to I10 is a plus. The staff is friendly and professional. Katy Mills, pharmacies and supermarkets around the corner. I'm a single mom and the security is important for me and the place is excellent in that.

Mostly good besides one punk who rides around parking lot showing off his hilarious rice rocket horrible sounding exhaust all hours of the night. He is so stupid it's comical. It's black mustang and sounds like fart can on steroids. I hope he didn't pay money for that junk.

Staff is SUPER friendly and always available to chat. This is a clean, comfy, community with great accommodations. Neighbors are great, too. Maintenance always waves as they maneuver through complex and they respond quickly to any issues.

It's been good so far. The maintenance crew is everything! They come in a timely manner, do a great job, and respects my home. Office staff are also very polite and friendly as well. Will definitely renew contract if given a better rate of course!

So far my experience has been wonderful. The staff in the front office is very helpful and welcoming, The apartment is always clean, Maintenance responds at a reasonable time especially when its an emergency.

Sign board for the reserved parking are not so visible while parking cars at night . You wont even realize you parked in a reserved spot until your car is towed the next morning. Dog poop all over the green area. People throw dog hair right from their patios and that will fly into other resident patios or back yard.

The office staff is prompt and friendly. We showed up just wanting to get a little information 10 minutes before the office closed, I know the ladies wanted to wrap up and get home to their families, instead they greeted us and wanted to help us right there. They let us look at a couple vacant apartments, and were so nice about it all. Received our approval a few short days later. They were very informative. The community is very well kept. And I am glad to live in such a place that pride is placed

I love this community, and that is how I feel about living here. It is a community. The staff is fantastic, (Jennifer and Jerelly) go out of there way to help and solve issues if there are any. Grounds are in great shape, well maintained and clean. I have had a few small maintenance issues all resolved very quickly. The apartments themselves are laid out very well. I Love my floor plan! I have a 2/2 with an attached garage and it has all kinds of storage space. I will live here for as long as they will have me! Neighbors are nice and friendly, all the school buses pick up right in front of the complex. Very easy to get to I-10 or 99. The mall and other shopping all close. If you are looking in the area do yourself a favor and come here.

Great place to live. Excellent customer service from the office. Secure place to live at. Quiet and clean. Always parking available. Great space on most of the apartments. Great are to go for a run or a walk. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to live! Somewhat noisy if you live in the buildings closest to the street, but overall great complex with great staff. Very friendly towards pets and are very accommodating with waste stations all around the common areas.

I have just moved in but have found nothing I don't like about this complex. The staff is very professional and friendly. The grounds are well kept and quiet. I would highly recommend the Cape at Grand Harbor to anyone.

Everything is great place to live But the apartment have a pantry away from the kitchen ,in the kitchen have a closet, crazy desing Really clean all comons areas and the pool is great,the Maintenence response is very eficient
