This is a beautiful community and the representative who originally helped me was wonderful. However, the community manager was extremely discourteous, nonchalant and unpleasant. I do not feel there was a need for her tone nor the body language she as I did not provide her any negative response. I simply asked a question. I will follow up with HUD, BBB and Venterra regarding this issue.

Alyssa was extremely helpful when I went to tour.. I didn't think a tour could be so much fun! Alyssa was absolutely amazing!!! She was also very knowledgeable and detailed, wish everyone was like that!

I moved in after Hurricane Harvey and Im still here. Love the staff and company. Clean environment, appealing to the eye from the highway, reasonable prices, easy access highway, lots of nearby restaurants

Has been good so far only a few minor things we noticed upon moving in but the community and management is all very friendly and professional. Every Appliance looks very new and upkeep seems to have been great. They give you everything you need to know about the apartment. Would and have recommended this apartment!

I enjoy living here, I don't have many problems. The ground are nice and well kept If I ever have any concerns, they are promptly responded to by staff. My stay is so pleasant I have recently renewed my lease.

All the personnel is really friendly and professional, i don't have any negative comments about the property or the personnel. Since my first contact with them, was very responsive and friendly, always looking to helo in any matter. Great team !!!

Venterra Realty and The Cape at Grand Harbor have some of the best maintenance professionals I have met. My fridge was not cooling enough and Eric had been out twice attempting repairs. He decided it needed replacement. Because of Covid, stock was very low. The refrigerators available did not have the features mine had, so Eric checked with me before buying to find out which features were important to me. He explained that he could order one with the same features, but it might take up to 2 months to get it. I decided to wait in order to get the fridge I wanted. This process started during the summer, but with the long delay from the factory, school would be back in session when the fridge arrived. I have a new principal this year and did not want to miss a day so early in the school year. That was no problem for Eric. He scheduled the delivery on a Saturday, which meant he had to work on his day off. I felt bad about it and told him I could take an afternoon off. He insisted it was no problem. Eric stayed in contact and kept me posted while I waited for the fridge to arrive. On a bright, sunny Saturday morning, Eric and the appliance deliverymen arrived at the appointed time and set up my new fridge. It is fantastic! I had not lived in apartments since 1992 and had a lot of concerns about moving into one when I moved to Katy in 2016. However, it has been a great experience. The apartment is beautiful, and when I call on a maintenance issue, it is often resolved the same day. I just renewed my lease for the sixth year, and that is in large part due to maintenance professionals like Eric. These men and women are often the most vital part of an on-site staff because they are the ones who resolve our day-to-day problems. They are the face of the company, and Eric is an excellent representative. I hope the company can find a way to honor him for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism that he shows the residents. It is because of people like Eric that Venterra attracts new residents and retains existing residents. Thank you, Eric! I appreciate all you do for us!

Over all its okay but just know there is a central air problem in majority of the apartments so just prepare for high bill because the ac doesnt circulate how its suppose to. I moved here in January from New York and I didnt get a chance to view my apartment before hand. The apartment they showed me that I was going to get was not the apartment I received. So basically a bait and switch. I didnt appreciate that at all !!! So if you are moving in the pandemic be very cautious. Take a video when you first get there. There were marks in the floor and I made sure to get that on video with the date so I wont be charged for it. Im just ready to move.

Well kept property grounds and maintenance. Property is clean, trash pick up regularly. Parking is adequate for friends and family. I like my garage and laundry room inside my apartment. Good security. I like requiring people to come through a gate.

Apartments are a little dated but that's common with building structures older than 10 years. Otherwise, it is a great community. Love the pool area, gym, and quick responses from the staff regarding any concerns. No problem with parking that I have encountered so far.

He vivido en la comunidad por casi tres años y ha sido una bonita experiencia, mis niñas han crecido allí, los problemas generales existen en todas las comunidades, pero el personal administrativo es muy profesional para tratar de resolver, hay dos chicas que ya no laboran allí que fueron extremadamente atentas commigo

For the most part I have been very happy living here. There have been a few isolated instances over the past 3 or 4 years that have been a concern at first but were quickly resolved. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful community to live at with professional staff/maintenance team then this is a good community to stay.

The complex is pretty quiet. I dont use the pool or bark park or kids area so I cant comment on them. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. I dont the the building structures are holding up good. I stayed here some years ago and the apartments were kept up inside better. I like the fact that the garage is directly under my apartment.

Very quiet and safe here. I wish there was more lighting in the parking area, it can be a little dark at night and parking isn't always the best but it's not a hassle. Staff and Maintenance workers are wonderful and so friendly! They work with me and answer all my concerns and questions when needed. I just renewed my lease and will probably stay here until I outgrow my place.

Very good square footage apartments, good maintenance. Jerelly always provides great customer service. Though the community has declined a lot in the past 2 years. It has potential to get back to the way it was 5 years ago if they fix some problems: Poor community lighting, noise levels, excessive traffic in and out. Better upkeep,grounds ,landscaping, etc. Fix the gates.

Lovely. Quite. Everything is near by. Easy to find. The apartment homes are lovely its very comfy and very big for a one bedroom. Love how much space they have. When I have a problem maintenance is fast to come. I prefer mr. Luis the maintenance guy. Everyone super friendly.

Ive had no problems while living here. The staff is friendly, they are knowledgeable and anytime i have a question about anything they are very swift about getting me an answer. Ive lived here for 3 years and have never had an issue.

It has been an overall positive experience. We have very close proximity to shopping, movie theaters, indoor recreation, and restaurants. Our children go to a Katy ISD school and that is very important to my wife and I.

I have lived in my same apartment since 2016. Love the place and its staff. They are accessible and most often willing to resolve all concerns within 24 hours unless it requires more than on service trip. Only concern is that I live near the playscape and pool area and it can get rather noisy and loud when its vacation or summer.
