I would like to thank Jennifer and Jerelly for helping with our renewal. I am so happy to sign another year at The Cape. the staff is always so kind and helpful. My kids are comfortable here to run around and play. Big thanks to our maintenance team for keeping the pool and grill area clean at this busy time of year. I cannot say enough good things about you all. Can't wait to mingle at the resident/management party.

    Overall pretty decent apartments. Very reasonably priced for the size and quality you get, pretty good staff (relatively speaking). Other than a few generic issues most complexes have, the only real downside is the ant problem. The grounds are infested with them and it seems that they are content to simply send pest control into units and not care for the base of the problem (the countless ant mounds in the complex) and when you speak to maintainance about it they give you a well everyone is dealing with ants and are told to spend your money on spray and traps because it'll be more effective than whatever they send to help you. I'm sorry but that shouldn't be an accepted norm. As long as you keep some ant bait traps and raid on hand at all times though it's a very nice complex.

      I cannot give a complete and honest review at this time, as I have only lived here for a month. What I can say is that the staff is very friendly and truly do care about the property. Anything that we've asked to be fixed has been done in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the way people drive through the parking area. It is a parking area, not a race track! However, that is not the fault of management, that is just people being people.

        The amount of trash dumpsters has been cut in half so there is trash on the ground. The big dog park was taken away and there isn't enough pet waste receptacles on the property. The walls are super thin or not insulated well so I can hear every word my neighbors speak .. and every moan and squeak as well. Don't move here. It's overpriced.

          Don't rent an apartment here. As simple as that. They don't care about you. They are rude. The manager is the worst. She always come out of the office and smoke outside. If you want to take your kid to the mail box area be careful because that's where she smokes and second hand smoking is injurious to health. if your neighbors flush their toilet you can easily hear in your apartment. if yur neighbors talk little louder you can hear that too. All appliances are very cheap.

            iâ ve been a resident for almost 2 years iï¸ actually donâ t have any complaints. the staff is always friendly, willing to help with anything. iâ ve never had any issues. after hours one of the ladies in the office, christie iï¸ believe went out of her way to find a locksmith for me so that iï¸ could get into my apartment. unfortunately the locksmith completely destroyed my garage and the maintenance guys were extremely helpful and repaired it the next day. iâ ve never had an issue

              Theres no better community, in Katy, than the Cape at Grand Harbor. The staff could not be more friendly and professional than they already are. The property and surrounding community are both exceptional. Great place to live!!

                The Cape at Grand Harbor is a great place to live under the new management team. A nice-sized pool and amenities add to living in an apartment complex that is relatively smaller than many in the area for those who don't especially enjoy high-rise living. Shopping and restaurants near I-10 add to convenience.

                  Great complex. Very friendly staff. I have a direct access garage with no one above me or below me which gives great privacy. Pool area is fantastic with cabanas. Can pay my rent on line with automatic payment.

                        A well maintained and managed facility is important. So is security. When looking for an apartment, you should look for those managed by Venterra as they really know what their customer base wants and needs.

                          I lived in Katy for two years and was lucky enough to spend the last one with this community. The ladies and management in the office were always helpful and immediately available whenever I had a question or request. It is a very safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. As someone that has lived in various apartments, I will say this one is the best.

                            This is not a place you want to call home. The grounds are filthy, the apartment has no insulation, the new manager has NO CLASS it is obvious she has Never managed an apartment community of this stature, she always has a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Car's are being broken into every week, due the people she has allowed to move in. The old manager that was here for over two years, managed the apartment 's. like a class A apartment, the grounds we're immaculate, maintenance was awesome, grills always cleaned, and our neighbors and other tenant's qualified to live here. Rebecca, made us feel like we were at home, she was sweet, very professional, and would stay after hours to return calls from residents. I dealt with all construction noise and crappy builders and continued my residency because of the old employee's, once my lease is up we are out of here. There are way too any apartment complexes in Katy right now and I am sure at least one of them will have a class act team like Rebecca had.

                                Dolce Living is the nicest apartments I've ever stayed at. Everything about them is perfect. The staff is also on point too. The manager especially is the sweetest ladies I've ever met. I'm truly satisfied with this location.

                                I don't appreciate having a neighbor stand on her balcony and video taping my children. I don't appreciate that my children have to be confined to the apartment because there is nowhere for them to play outside. I don't appreciate having senior citizens calling on every noise they hear.

                                  I think the mgmt team is awesome! The apartment manager is always a delight to deal with. She even got a truck here with Luca Manfe from Top Chef ( Season 4 ) to serve his Italian courses from his mobile food truck one afternoon! I am happy to be a part of this community here at Dolce Living Venterra.

                                    Love the floor plan we have - "the rockport". New staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to surrounding apartments. Noise level is normally okay. There are many kids living in this apartment and they like to play in the parking lot. However, this makes this makes Dolce Living kid friendly. We wouldn't be moving if it weren't for the water park opening in May 2016. Dolce Living is a very nice place to live.
