Top notch staff and community. Always well kept, Friendly staff and neighbors. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Any repairs are easy to submit requests for and are carried out promptly and efficiently. I can not say enough good things about The Cape. I'm glad to call it home.

    Excellent!! The staff was amazing and property is clean and quiet especially for a community with pets. The maintenance team is fast and excellent with great communication skills. Move in process was quick and simple even was escorted to our apt. 10/10

      My experience at The Cape at Grand Harbor has been wonderful overall. The community is peaceful, secure, and conveniently located near essential amenities like Walmart and Shell gas station. The leasing office staff deserve special mention for being incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They are always ready to assist tenants, which adds a personal touch to the living experience. However, the time taken to resolve maintenance issues often exceeds 48 hours, which could be improved to align with the expectations set during the lease agreement time. It's a well-maintained and comfortable place to live, blending tranquillity, convenience, and great support from the team.

        Overall very satisfied with staff and maintenance. Several amenities in the apartment and surrounding area. Neighbors can be lowed or rowdy at times more specifically in the pool area. Parking and trash can be an issue at times.

          Overall, it's been a decent place to live. Took 4 days to get me a working microwave and I haven't had mulch around my bushes for 2 years. Don't like the accessibility to the mailboxes nor the fact that half the time the lights don't work in the mail room, not safe. The staff has always been helpful and maintenance crew (Gustavo) is great but don't like that you keep raising rent. This is not a luxury apartment.

            The walls are very thin and we can heat full conversations from our neighbors. The most positive aspect is that the office staff are amazing. I would be hesitant to recommend this apartment complex due to the lack of parking for both residents and visitors.

              I just moved in about three weeks ago but so far I love this community. My apartment is very nice with a great layout plus a garage. The staff in the office is so sweet and friendly. They all are very helpful. I really love the app that you can use for everything in your home from unlocking doors, adjusting the ac, and putting in maintenance requests. The neighbors have been very quiet. Everyone seems to respect each others quiet times at night, especially at night. They have a huge dog park too. The pool is open year round and the gym remains open. The community stays clean and orderly. The front gates and exit gates always work. This complex in the heart of everything in Katy including the mall. It is in the perfect location. I really love this complex and I’m sure you will too.

                It is very quiet. Parking is a hit or a miss. Sometimes you do get good parking anything after 8pm you don’t get good parking. It is very safe but cameras are suggested just in case something bad happens.

                  Living in this apartment has been such a great experience. The space is clean, modern, and really feels like home. The community is quiet and friendly, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy being here. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are always well-kept and super convenient. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick and helpful, and the leasing office team is so approachable and kind—they really make you feel taken care of. Plus, being close to shops and restaurants has made life so much easier. It’s been everything I could’ve wanted in a place to live.

                      Had been a delight. The staff are always available. The complex is always clean , it’s safe and I love it here. Anyone looking for a place to live , this is the place. Lots of places nearby that can be accessed by walking as well.

                            Let me start by saying the front office is amazing! From application to keys to when you need maintenance! Cristal is a gem! If I didn’t have to move I would have renewed my lease and stayed here. It’s comfortable, quiet and I feel safe. The maintenance staff always says hi when they walk by. I rate this complex 10/10

                              Nice apartment complex and the management team helps and supports their tenants. Apartments are nice with great layouts. First apartment I’ve lived in that I am able to use almost all my decor. Everything has a place.

                                Everything was fine at the beginning then we had this person killed inside the complex and also he had more incidents related with safety I know is complicated to manage this kind of things but most probably to have more screening steps will improve this matter in the complex.

                                  I am deeply frustrated with several unresolved issues. My vehicle has been towed three times for minor infractions, causing significant financial strain. Additionally, frequent power outages have forced us to seek accommodations elsewhere, and we're being overcharged for internet services, doubling our costs without improved service. The cell reception is terrible. Most concerning are the ongoing safety issues, including shootings on the property, coupled with annual rent increases, which underscore a disregard for resident well-being and safety.

                                      I can’t choose any one thing to comment on. The office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, I love my apartment, I love the smart features and trash valet. The complex is so cute and in a good location. I feel safe here, you can see kids riding their bikes, and people walking their dogs.

                                              The only thing I wish I could change is the parking for visitors. My brother & ex had both been towed from the apartment. They do have visitor parking but most the time, those spots fill up quickly. I have family that come from out of town & they need to park else where.

                                                  Love living here, great amenities, friendly staff and great location. Have been here for over 3 years and have never had any issues. If something breaks, which is rarely does, they fix it quickly. Lots of fun community events too
