Great place to live with an excellent view.

Used to live there and it was a perfect place to live. I loved it there.. unfortunately we had to move due to work issues required me to move locations but i loved it there. Great staff, friendly neighbors. It was a relaxed place to live in.

Great place to live

Autumn breeze is a great place to live and meet neighbors. The management staff is very wonderful and easy to work with. They have lots of amenities throughout the community. They even offer a food pantry for residents as well as give out toys to children at Christmas! I look forward to seeing what else will make this community even better.

Autum Breeze is the hidden gem of Lewisville

[Incentivized Review] I am going on my second lease here and absolutely love it! The staff is great to work with and are always pleasant. Any issue that I have had and I have not had many at all, they get right on it and get it resolved in a timely manner and keep you updated of what is going on. I have a fireplace and love it! Move in now!

I’ve lived at this apartment for five years and it has been an amazing experience! The apartments themselves are well maintained spacious and comfortable I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live

Great staff and apartment

I have a great experience the staff are helpful. Management is responsive and amenities are great. Parking can be tight at times but overall it’s a comfortable and reliable place to live. Come check it out for your self.

Beautiful complex

Great place to live! Clean , quiet and well-maintained. Friendly staff always ready to help, and maintenance is quick. Amenities are nice and location is convenient. Highly recommend! Dog park very clean as well.

Autumn Breeze is amazing!

The management at Autumn Breeze went above and beyond to help me. I feel very welcomed and taken care of by the ladies up here in the main office. They moved mountains to help me out when I needed a lifeline and I am forever grateful to them. The apartment is lovely and knowing they’re in charge is all the more peace of mind! Atumn breeze full review

My experience at Atumn breeze apt was very smooth and calm the lady in the front Rita chi was so easy to talk too the whole conversation was simple and straight to the point , she guided me thru the whole process to applying to finish an into my new apt ! Really made this process easy compared to other apt . Like how it was easy talking to her about my new apt . Office very clean and classy ! I really enjoyed talking to her about the whole process !! I highly recommend applying at Atumn breeze in Lewisville ! It’s very quite a clean around the property! Has a dog park which is very cool ! Never had an issue talking to her about anything about my apt a she gets the job done if you need anything around the apt ! Love my new apt have a good view of the street a being surrounded around quite neighbors! Finally have a clean dog park so my 2 dogs can enjoy running around ! Overall it was a good experience ! Highly recommended talking to her for your all your needs and to apply !!love it

Great staff

I just moved into autumn breeze the staff was very helpful. I really love my apartment it is on the 1st floor just as I wanted it very big and has alto of Spaces right in front of parking as well. I would say I was lucky to get this place. Thank you to staff

The comunity is great lots of businesses not too far house is close also gas stations Carwash and more atuoshops donuts and bars are also very close too Walmart is approximately half a mile each direction

Magnificent

To say the least this place is a place to call home! Me and my significant other have been trying to get a place and Christina has been an angel! We appreciate her going above and beyond for us and treating us like family so far! The apartment is exactly what we wanted and more and will give us the fresh start we need! I can't say thank you enough for this place to call home!

En esta propiedad se vive tranquilo al menos en la parte de adelante ahora bien es muy caro 1500 d?lares por un solo cuarto es caro en otros lados se paga lo mismo por 2 cuartos creo que son muy estrictos para lo poco que ofrecen es una propiedad algo vieja deber?an de bajar los precios Martha la chica de la oficina es buena ella atiende bien y habla espa?ol

It's been good. They closed the gym down to get new equipment and never did, that's disappointing. Laundry facilities generally work and work well there have been a couple machines in the past that don't work but the laundry room has an app now and that's convenient so you can pay via app and see when the machines are in use or not. The valet trash is hit or miss. There's usually a tone of trash next to the compactor with residents dumping even though there are notices to not dump.
