Great staff

I am a return resident . I have lived at AutumnBreeze for 2 years. and left because my job transferred me back to Colorado. I had the opportunity to come back to Dallas. The first place i thought of was Autumn Breeze they have always treated me as family, The staff is awesome, they keep up with complex its clean. The maintenance staff is quick to my work orders. Thank you for making my staff wonderful.

Nice big bedrooms

I love the area it's local convenient to everything . They have big bedrooms and closets. Nice appliances. Love the leasing agent she was helpful Rita was so nice. I can't wait to move in thank you for making my move in easy.

Great staff with a passion!

When we walked in, the staff members were so welcoming and showed us around what we exaxtly needed to see. She has been a great help , and was so caring. Also, she gave us a valentine day’s treat. So peaceful and calm community.

I really like it here

I really like this property. The dog park and close proximity to so many convenient stores and restaurants really makes this place stand apart from the rest. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is here. Everyone ive met is friendly and this seems to be a family oriented place for the most part.

nothing but good things to say about this property. everyone in the staff is amazing and always make you feel important and welcomed. for an older property they are nicely upgraded and well kept. maintenance team rocks and is always so quick. shout out to them for keeping the property clean as well!

The office staff is great a what they do. I recently looked at a b4 and loved the lay out. I will be leasing her in march. For a older property it is well kept up. I am looking forward to moving in in a few months.

I love Autumn Breeze. The staff here is pretty special. They are kind, helpful, and respond quickly. The selling point was definitely the spacious floor plan, and also the dog park. My dog loves to go there and run around.

Everyone here is Polite and amazing out stay has been nothing but great. Beautiful home amazing staff. The area is clean the schools are close and plenty of things around to do. I love it here and will continue to stay here

I just moved in the apartments are great staff is super helpful. Great location they have a nice pool place to cook out. The apartment complex is very clean. I enjoyed my visit with them. And look forward to making more memories here

Very convenient location if you’re looking in the dfw location. I am very pleased with how close it is to everything. I Uber for work so this place is really in the middle of the metroplex. The maintenance is also the best team I have ever experienced as a renter.

I absolutely love the maintenance for this apartment. Rafael always arrives quick to get the job done and never has the tenants waiting long if ever in need of assistance. He’s an absolute sweet heart and always very kind to the tenants. He as well keeps the grounds cleaned and maintained. 10/10

Amazing management

I love living at Autumn Breeze. Hannah, Christina, and Marie in the office are all amazing! There is ample parking and the location is very convenient. A lovely, reasonably priced property with updated interiors. 10/10 recommend!

Lived here for 2yrs and I have no complaints. Maintenance man Rafael Rocha was on top of everything soon as any maintenance was needed. he’s always early, never late. Is kind to the tenants and helps a a lot!! appreciate his hard work

The employees are alright they don't bother me much. The worker Jose comes in quick and does his job nicely and completes it on time. I also like how this apt has a pool because I like being able to swim every day .
