Excelente atencion de parte de cristina, me aprobaron mi apartamento en 2 horas, me encantó el apartamento tiene nuevo piso mueva carpeta mi apartamento está en una locación bonita, Si necesitas apartamento pregunta por cristina ella te ayuda, es muy amable

Aplique por línea, hice el llenado por línea, todo fue muy fácil ya que tuve la ayuda por parte de la señorita, de la cual estoy agradecida, porque por fin estaré en un lugar seguro para mí y sabré que tendré buen trato .

Easy process
Los apartamentos se miran bonitos y las secretarias se portaron increíble con nosotros atentas muy bien servicio si nesesita un apartamento comuníquese con Cristina el prososeso fue muy rápido se los recomiendo

Christina and Martha have helped me so much since when I applied to even after I have moved in. I had a wonderful experience moving into Autumn Breeze, they really are a good team. Rita, as well has helped me with getting my electricity connected, she’s great!

Love!!! I move here October 1st the girls in office were super nice they help me with my application and the move in process .The maintenance Esau gave me my keys and show me to apartment, he explained in detail how to use the stove and other items in apartment as the dishwasher. This guy really loves his job. Thank u for making me feel at home

Moved in 2 years ago i love it, my townhome is so big and has alot of space, everyone is so nice helpful the community feels like home. My experience has been nothing but great, ask for christina, martha, rita they will help you.

Great Place to Live
I have lived in several apartments and never been as excited as I do living at Autumn Breeze Apartments, from the first moment I walked into the office the Staff was very friendly and welcoming and very helpful and my process of applying for my apartment was very smooth .Thank you to the Manager and her staff for their knowledge and helping me have a great transition to my new apartment at Autumn Breeze Apartments .I will highly recommend to friends and family .

Beautiful homes
These home are the best I’ve stayed in, and I would never choose any other over them by any means. The staffing is wonderful, they see to all of your housing needs that they can. It’s a beautiful experience to die for????????

Great property !!
I lived here for 2 years ! Christina and Rita and Martha are so sweet ! They keep the property well kept up. And they treat me like family, they always have beautiful smiles on there faces when I enter the office ! Highly recommend to my friends and family!

Estoy profundamente insatisfecha con mi experiencia viviendo en esta residencia. Desde que llegu?, hemos tenido varios problemas que simplemente no han sido resueltos de manera adecuada o en un tiempo razonable. Muy poca seguridad Adem?s, a pesar de que se fumiga regularmente, el problema de las cucarachas persiste, lo que es inaceptable en un espacio donde deber?a haber est?ndares m?nimos de limpieza y salubridad. Esto afecta nuestra calidad de vida y nos hace sentir inc?modos en nuestro propio hogar. Por si fuera poco, cuando hemos solicitado que se realicen reparaciones necesarias en el apartamento, el proceso ha sido extremadamente lento. Tuvimos que esperar un tiempo desproporcionado para que los arreglos se hicieran, y parece que hay que suplicar para que las cosas se resuelvan. La falta de atenci?n y responsabilidad en la gesti?n del lugar ha sido muy frustrante, y siento que no se est? cumpliendo con lo que se promete a los residentes.

I moved in a couple months ago the office staff and maintenance staff are extremely responsive and easy to work with. It’s nice to live we’re the staff likes there job and residents. They make you feel like your family.

Management is professional and friendly. Very attentive and ready to help. The apartment I moved into was renovated. New carpet, appliances and bathroom renovations. Excellent to say the least. The only complaint is the old sliding patio door and windows that do not seal. Apparently the foundation has shifted that keeps the bedroom and bathroom doors from closing in place. And the cricket infestation is a major issue as they have taken over the inside of the apartment.

Second lease
I’m on my second lease I just renewed for a second year. The office staff is been very helpful they have my stay comfortable any time I have an issue the maintenance staff have been very helpful and kind.

Been a resident since 2018, and i love thede apartamento. Absolutely love the way they immediately respond to any issues i have. They Even Made the Transfer process do much easier, can't wait to move into My new apartament on tuesday.

Love my apartment

I received fantastic Service, absolutely loved the apartment that was shown to me. Christina did a great job at answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable talking to her. I told her ill be back next week with my roommate to apply!

It was okay. We had issues with the apartment when we moved in. The trash and bugs are a huge issue here. Wish it was better. The staff is okay, could be better. Need a gym area. Property okay and old

There is never any parking after 7PM, no matter what day it is. The building is infested with roaches. Pest control is absolutely useless. They come to the unit probably 2-3 times a year and spray watered down chemicals that do nothing, yet pest control is charged monthly to your bill. Maintenance and management are great.

I have lived at autumn breeze for two years and i have nothing but wonderful experience. The maintenance and management are súper friendly and responsive. i am very grateful for my time here. i recommend anyone looking for a modern place to live!

Great layout
I have lived in several apartments over the years and Autumn Place is by far is my favorite I love the unique layouts. Definitely had a great time decorating the space. The girls in the office are the best leasing agent ever. The maintenance staff is fantastic and super friendly.
