Beautiful place

I rented my 1st apartment and the staff was very helpful I did have to pay approval fee of 600 extra i guess it's ok as long as I'm building my credit. The staff help me and show me two different apartments

Love my apartment

Love my apartment I have a one bedroom one bath. Very beautiful lots of space . Rent is high for a small space but overall beautiful. The staff was helpful I’m not computer savvy. The staff help me with all move in process

I've been living in this community since 2022, and I can confidently say I'm very happy here. Anytime there's an issue, the team is quick to respond and fix it. The management, especially Christina, is beyond helpful. She's always compassionate, cooperative, and makes challenging situations so much easier. I truly feel like I'm dealing with family rather than an institution. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and there's a great sense of community here. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing living experience with supportive management and kind neighbors.

Big townhome

When to see a townhome it was big and spacious. I found it on Facebook and was able to make an appointment right away. when I seen the unit I fell in love right away! And I just heard back from Christina that I’ve been approved and I cannot wait to move in!

I've lived here in autumn Breeze apartments for awhile And I highly recommend this place. The new maintenance man Dee is the best. Love his work and he is always fast, helpful and respectful. He's the best!!!

Loved how the move in process was very easy! Christina and Martha showed me how to sign online which made the process even quicker! Also loved seeing maintenance picking up trash, you can tell they take pride in keeping the apartments clean!

Cristóbal has been such a great help in getting all of my issues fixed. Any time I put in a maintenance request he comes that same day or next day and gets it did. The ladies in the office are really nice as well and are always attentive
