Always quick with the repairs. Very courteous at the office and maintenance. Laundry rooms are always clean and in working order. Lawns always kept up looking very nice. Pools are kept clean and inviting.

Townhouse

Renewed my lease I love my townhome the maintenance is always helpful. My townhome is spacious and beautiful my yard is big. They just trim the trees which gives me more natural light. The townhome are great.

Very good overall. Been here almost 7 years but had to change apartments due to store damage .staff and maintenance very good,esp.apartment manager. Good location for certain purposes but not everything. City discontinued bus service. Of course, not apartments decision

I been on property for 8.5 years and this has been an excellent experience. Definitely feels like a home versus just an apartment. The front office are always smiling and act as if they really care about your needs and wants. Most definitely recommended!!!

It's a pleasant, family friendly community, I wish the garbage situation could be handled better. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and adequately, the property is generally kept clean, no security issues, could be a little better, but could be a lot worse. It's not ritzy, but it's decent. It's quiet, peaceful, no drug activity, working families, no complaints.

Amazing staff

Autumn Breeze Heaven

By far the best property and management in the dfw metroplex. If you are looking for great place with great management this is the place. They are extremely Vet friendly and work well with Veteran assistance programs programs. The property is clean and nice and managed well. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Top Of The Line

Who ever owns this organization or company, Autumn Breeze Apartments, should be very happy, because of the staff really knows their jobs. They are very awesome at what they do. They made me feel comfortable and safe in this community. I think that this staff should get highly recommended for the best staff of the year!! Everything that Mrs. Christina Casteneda did was a go. I have never met a staff like this in my life that works together so well. They are AWESOME!! The apartment she showed us was excellent, no bad smells and was very clean. Brand new carpet in the apartment, and I was very impressed with ceiling fans, fireplaces and the overall beautiful view and cleanliness of the property. 10 Stars for Mrs. Christina Casteneda and her awesome staff!!

Autumn Breeze: A Brand New Start

My name Is Natalie, and I am so excited that my fiance, Michael Bray and I are moving into a really nice apartment at Autumn Breeze Apartments, in a very beautiful area of Lewisville. We were greeted and welcomed by the wonderful staff there. Christina has been extremely helpful and such a joy to talk to and be around. She made the process of leasing an apartment go smooth like butter. Thank you so much Christina, and thank all the ladies there in the office for all your help. You ladies should get all the recognition for the awesome job you all do. I cannot wait to be able to go swimming in the pool, or use the fireplace we have always dreamed of having, and I love how clean the complex actually is. To me that shows how much they really care about the residents, and their work place. Kudos Autumn Breeze!! I also love that there are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and gas stations just a block from the complex, and that means many job possiblities to choose from for me. We are looking forward to making new memories and friends at Autumn Breeze Apartments.

It's been a rollercoaster. All the pros and cons of a typical apartment in Lewisville, but overall it's been peaceful. Lately there's been a few issues. Mostly things like noisy neighbors which isn't terrible, but the smell of weed is getting pretty bad. There's a couple aparments in our building that seem to smoke alot. The parking also has been absolutely awful. A year ago and previous years it wasn't the absolute worst. Mostly you'd lose parking if a birthday party happened. But now, I can't find parking near my building after 7pm. I often have to walk a long distance, sometimes from the front office to my building after dark. Not only that, it seems an old problem came back with people camping out waiting to reserve parking for themselves. One guy even got a chair and sat in the parking spot they wanted to keep.

Overall the experience as been good. There isn't anything major to complain about or have issues with regarding the property or the management. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate with every request I've made that was possible. One obvious issue(s) is that the flood lights that are on each building are not kept up on as far as maintenance or working order. The only other real issues I have are complaints that can't really be enforced daily, which I understand. But noise issues from neighbors that like to play their music at 11PM to as late as 1:30AM or talk on speaker phone on their patio at the same times. Cigarette butts scattered around the premises, beer bottles (broken and not) after people drink outside and not clean up, pet owners not picking up after their pets. These issues boil down to other tenants being inconsiderate, yes, but if rules are in place within the complex, they should and need to be enforced more strictly than they are.
