Yo this place is awesome!!! Fortunately I moved in right before a head shop popped up across the street. Everyone seems cool here and likes to smoke the killa. If this place was a bag of weed I would rank it next to kind.

BEWARE!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS DUMP!!!

I WAS LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT IN LEWISVILLE. I STOPPED IN AUTUMN BREEZE BECAUSE IT SEEMED CONVENIENT TO HWY 121 AND I-35, SO I FILLED OUT AN APP AND LEFT A DEPOSIT. WHEN I CAME BACK TO SEE IF I WAS APPROVED TWO DAYS LATER, LOW AND BEHOLD, THE MANAGEMENT HAD RENTED OUT THE VERY APT THAT I HAD LEFT A DEPOSIT FOR!!! THEY TRIED TO MAKE EXCUSES SAYING THAT SINCE I WAS NOT APPROVED YET THAT THEY COULD DO THAT. THEN THEY TRIED TO GET ME A DIFFERENT APT WITH A DIFFERENT FLOORPLAN. THIS HAD RED LIGHTS AND BAD FEELINGS ABOUT THE PLACE ALL OVER IT. SO I TOLD THEM THAT I DO NOT WANT TO SIGN THE LEASE AND I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK SINCE THEY BREACHED THE AGREEMENT. THEY LAUGHED!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! THEY SAID I FORFEITED THE DEPOSIT AND THEY DO NOT OWE ME ANYTHING! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT OTHER KIND OF PROBLEMS THIS COMPLEX HAS. YES, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK, BUT I CHALK IT UP TO NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH THAT NONSENSE. MY LIFE IS TOO IMPORTANT TO HAVE IT MESSED WITH BY THESE UNPROFESSIONAL YOKELS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT FAIR DEALINGS. YOU ARE WARNED.

I just moved in and I'am scared!

I just moved in about 3 days ago and the first night i was here i was up until 3:00 in the morning when i took a look outside and there was 2 -------- male going threw every car in the parking lot then i called the police and it took them for ever to get here but they caught them in the stop light down the street.

I am from out of town and was looking for an apartment to move into, thanks for the honest reviews, I won't even waste my time looking at the apartment. I need peace and quiet and from the comments I assume I won't get it from these apartments. I was told it was a very nice place to live, and quiet, but I guess they would say that, it's their job. Thanks!!! Gangs, drugs, noise, latin music, vandalism, and noisy kids is what I'm trying to stay away from!

If you thought it was bad before....it's getting worse!!

Well, I am just waiting for my lease to be up as so many others before me. I now have a dope dealer living upstairs from me whose friends don't mind peeing off the side of the handrails to my neighbor's downstairs area and throwing their beer bottles down for the increasing number of children to walk on. Me and my mother watched another one of my neighbors carry chemicals to his apartment for? Cooking meth? I think that's what I'm smelling! I have been through 3 managers in just 2 years....Does the owner do background checks? This latest one is just plain trash!!! Worse then any of them we've had! I don't think she is even checking anything...all you have to do is walk in with a money order and you have yourself a home and probably anything else you want! She is rude and has a very bad attitude problem! She is around 46 dressing like she is 18. Is this professional? I think not! The owner of this property is getting what he deserves...his property is managed by crap and is going to crap!! I cannot wait to move...it's pure torture staying in these kinds of conditions!! I don't even let my kids go outside to play anymore! I can go on and on...this place is falling apart in more ways then one...Goodluck to those who have to stay!!

A Joke

Living here is a joke. I have come to realize something about this place since I got in the business myself. The people on property care about this place as much as the managment company does. This place believes in patching over work instead of fixing. Is it because they are broke? Seems that is the problem since I have gone in the office numerouse of times when there was no electricity and the phones did not work, it was hot in there, and the smell was like something had died in the office. The staff they HAD was ok but now they have this fake manager who seems to be as lost as a blind man in a forest. My lease ends soon and me & my family will be moving to a better place to live.

There is a infestation of drugs and prostitution in this complex. The front office has lost control of its tenants and have been threatened on several occasion to "go with the flow or else". Only people I would receomment this drug den to is the police.

Not Well Kept Up

The parking lots are full of potholes, not just small ones but several very large ones. Instead of spending the money needed to properly repair the lot, they do patchwork which lasts no time and the potholes are back, only worse. The buildings have foundation problems. Doors don't close correctly and there are cracks in the walls. Neighbors allow their dogs to use the bathroom on their upstairs balcony and when taken outside don't clean up after their dogs, leaving the mess for others to clean up. You get what you pay for.

Better than where I moved from...

I'd get a little worried about anyone who gives this place a perfect rating, but I don't mind living there. <br><br>It's not some dream place. You do have to keep your doors locked and pay attention to your surroundings, but not anymore than you would anywhere else in the Dallas area. <br><br>The management has been nice so far. And we haven't needed to ask for maintenance yet. My roommates have lived there for years and haven't had any problems.<br><br>Sure, its not the cleanest place and tejano music is not my favorite, but at least I feel reasonably safe walking to my apartment and I can sleep at night without being awakened by loud neighbors.<br><br>Maybe my standards are too low, but I like it.

RUN!

The manager is a low budget harlet who employees her right hand man whoops (woman) kiki to falow in her footsteps of mismanagement. Do it yourself is what this place is about. Maintenance is scarce if ever seen. It takes anywhere from a month to two months to get anything fixed. The pool is nasty. The chlorine will burn your eyeballs out from the sockets. When you move you will be charged for cleanup even when you did your own clean up and various other charges will appear on your credit for no reason. The reason for this review. Honesty. These people are nice to your face and cold blooded and two faced behind your back. They'll let anyone with a paycheck live here.

Smoke and Mirrors

From the unattended kids to the clearly unconcerned management. This place is really the ------ of Lewisville. I have read the other reviews and I must say that when you get to know the management and how they communicate you can see that on the "good reviews" that several are KiKi (assistant manager). For instance the one that states that they are a resident and ends with come see us here in the office. Come on now. Let's just be honest here. When approaching the management on several issues I was pretty much told why didn't "I" do this or why didn't "I" do that. It's not my job to manage these apartments, right? I mean that's what management is getting payed for right? Well, not according to management. You are to handle things yourself, even if it is illegal. What about the manager and her hickie's anybody see that? Very unprofessional. Forget about getting anything fixed the maintenance man has been seen driving through town when things are needing to be fixed. Had to wait three months before my bathtub was fixed. Oh, and don't forget the fact that there are police here atleast 3 times a week. The bug guy comes out and goes through apartments instead of spraying. My opinion is keep looking. Even the Free Rent to move in isn't worth the hell you go through to live here! These aren't even worth it. I'm outta here when my lease is up.

Very Good Atmoshpere Apartments

I have recently moved into these apartments. The apartment managers have helped me in every way possible on getting into the apartment. <br> Shortly after moving into here my toilet was stopped up and I called the office and within the hour the maintance men where there to fix it and did not leave until it was fixed. <br> Also, today I came to the office and let the management know that my dishwasher had quit working and they have informed me it would be Monday before anything could be done because it was later in the afternoon. <br> The management has been nothing but nice and professional whenever I have been by the office. <br> I would recommend my friends moving here if at all possible, they are not expensive and they work with you on everything. <br> I would recommend you coming and seeing the ladies here in the office on getting an apartment.

Oh My Gosh

I have lived here for a while and have mothing but trouble. All of the reviews I have read so far (except the so called "good ones") are so true. The "good ones" must have been written by the apt. office or the management office. My downstairs neighbors are noisy. The maintenance men dont do a thing, and if they do, it takes 6 months or more to get done. And most agreeable the apt. office dont give a rats butt about a thing. I wish I found this out before I moved in.

Nightmare is more like it....

Obviously the reason this is a "secret" is because the city of Lewisville is ashamed of these horrible apartments. My friend and I came looking here and we were horrified. The model they showed us was dirty, had peeling paint and there were stains on the counters. The office and the model smelled like cheap motel. The property was disgusting and there were countless children running around in the middle of the day. I´m glad that "well maintained trees" are important for some people, but if you´d rather have a safe, clean living environment, live somewhere else!

This is Lewisville´s secret Dream getaway!!!

This is not the fanciest place from the outside, but it is an absolutely fabulous place to live!!! The manager´s are great people, and the apartments are excellant. There pool area is extremely nice and has a tropical atmosphere to it. There are plenty of trees that are well maintained, and plenty of parking no matter where you live. I would recommend this exotic getaway to everyone, including the stars!!!

sometimes they really suck; management does not care

I have been living here for a time and my question is why do they only clean the front of the property? Why are the nneighbors noisy and ignorant, and even more than that why is management allowing these things to happen. They don´t consider the tenants as they should. They should live here and see how they would like it, I bet things would get fixed, changed, and quiet around here then, I see why people are leaving in the middle of the night, all the time.

This place is awesome, The office staff is the upmost professional.Angela and Kiki are the best. The maintenace is very skilled and prompt to my needs. The grounds are always green and cut. The pools are always clean. And all this for a good price. <br> <br>(put your hands up!)

Not a bad place to live!!

I moved in April 2002. I recently renewed my lease for another year. I have never had any problem with maintenance at all. Any problem I have experienced has been taken care of very quickly and always within 24 hours. The office staff are very nice and friendly and any problem I have taken to them, outside of regular maintenance problems,(i.e. neighbors etc...),they were already aware of and were able to inform me of what steps they were taking to rectify the problem. I have had relatively no problems with my neighbors and for the most part they have all been quiet, friendly people. I recall there were some pool problems last year but this year they seem to have been resolved. As far as I am concerned this is not a bad place to live, sure there are some problems with people(usually kids) revving their cars but that has happened at every apartment complex I have lived in. The only thing I percieve as a problem is that on occasion I have seen people move in who I really didn´t want to live next to but I do not know how to stop that from happening it happens everywhere. This is a relatively inexpensive place to live as far as rent goes. I have lived in places that were more and less expensive and the same problems existed at those places. I believe that anyone looking for a reasonably priced, decent place to live should look here.(Especially hot women)

No Problems for Me

I have lived here in these apartments for two years now. Not once have I had to make more than one request for the maintenance personal to come repair something in my apartment. The Maintenance personal are GREAT - they are friendly and willing to assist you at anytime. <br><br> <br><br>The office personal is AWESOME - since Angela and Kiki have arrived things have changed so much here and it has become a better place to live. Angela and Kiki both are very friendly and always make time for the tenants. I have yet to see anyone that comes into the office not be treated with respect that they deserve. <br><br> <br><br>But as we all know there are/were some tenants that you can not do anything to make them happy. Which are the ones that made the remarks about being scared - if they had better friends then they would not need to be scared. As for as the gang remark - there are kids that play here and not a gang. I have never seen a gang here in our complex once in the couple of years living here. Not once while living here have I heard guns of any kind in our complex. <br> <br>The remarks about the ashtma being developed while living here - you need to read your medical books or do research and see that it is not caused from what the previous tenant advised. I have developed ashtma but it is from smoking not problems in the apartment. This person seems to think they have all of the answers to their medical problems - blame the place where you lived instead of taking responsiblity for your own health. <br><br> <br><br>The neighbors which I have are very courteous and caring. My neighbors have always been there to assist with your car door if your hands are full - just being a polite human and respectful to another one. <br><br> <br><br>I would ask that you come by and check out the apartments and judge for yourself before taking the words of past tenants who left due to reasons of their own. I feel you will find Anglea and Kiki the best office personal in any apartment complex. <br><br> <br><br> <br><br>
