Aide and Rita were the most sweetest girls ever. The one bedrooms were a bit out of my price range but what didnt work for me, can turn out to be something great for you! i would def recommend reaching out to them!!!

I am a current resident of autumn breeze. I wanted to say that the staff here is amazing. Specially Aide, she been very helpful and kind when it come to calls or questions that I have. She will call me to give me updates on work orders or questions that I have.

Customer Service

Me and my girlfriend and we went apartment shopping looking for our next place to live. We were greeted with smiles and welcomed by a group of very nice ladies. Aide was the personnel who assisted us and gave us all the information we needed. We were looking for a 1 bedroom, but none were available. Aide showed us the 2 bedroom which actually turned out to be better then what we had in mind. She was a great help and we look forward to communicating with her for moving in.

Not off to a good start

While the staff is friendly and helpful it does little to remedy the issues here. The apartment is roach infested which is extra concerning considering they also include "pest control" in your rent charge. They don't charge a lot for it but it is listed on there. There was an issue with the electricity where the stove has power but stops working. It was blowing a fuse I guess because it made the hot water heater and AC both stop working. This happened twice where I was unable to cook and have hot showers for days at a time. After replacing the stove and the same issue happened again they finally replaced the blown fuse I guess because things are working now. Still disappointed I had to spend extra money on bug spray and electric cooking utensils to get by. The bug issue is still not resolved and all this happened within the first month of living here.

I love these apartments! I have been here for about a year and there is nothing I can complain about. Aide is a great new asset to the already great office staff, she has been super helpful. I also want to say maintenance is great at making sure the property is always clean and they are very kind and prompt!

Friendly Staff

I moved in a couple months ago the office and maintenance staff are extremely responsive and easy to work with. It’s nice to have staff that likes there job and Residents.This is a beautiful property and well keep. Rita was very helpful and kind.

Exceptional maintenance service

I recently had a fantastic encounter with the maintenance crew particularly with Humberto, who left an incredible impression with his exceptional service. From start to finish, Humberto displayed professionalism and kindness, making the entire maintenance process seamless and stress-free. What I loved is that Humberto was able to effectively communicate with my mother, who only speaks Spanish. I’m not home all the time but Humberto goes above and beyond to ensure that my mother understood the maintenance tasks at hand. His fluency in Spanish not only eased any communication barriers but also made my mother feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. Humberto's technical proficiency and attention to detail were truly commendable. He did each task with precision and expertise, making sure that everything was done flawlessly. Humberto's friendly demeanor and genuine care for residents' well-being stood out. He took the time to address any concerns we had, going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.

Beautiful

The living experience at Autumn Breeze is highly satisfying. There are people constantly tending to the upkeep of the premises which are always kept clean. Maintenance always tends to my requests in a very timely manner and keeps everything in perfect working order. Autumn Breeze is super dog friendly too and has a small dog park and several waste bag stations through the property. If you have dogs it is undoubtedly an excellent place to live! I have renewed my lease without any worries, I confidently feel Autumn Breeze apartment community is a great place to live

The ladies at the office are so nice and really helpful! Especially Christina has always been patient and kind to me and my family. Maintenance always gets the job done and I really appreciate that they always go above and beyond to help me! I’ve been here for 20 years and I am not planning to go anywhere.
