The staff is amazing. They really care about your needs. I have never been into an office and feel like I am talking to family. I’m so excited about my move in coming soon. The process was quick and painful and the pricing is very fair.

I just moved in and really like it. Maintenance is on top of it and the office staff is very helpful. Unit is cute and affordable. Easy move in process. During the ice storm they supplied us with water, shows they care.. parking for visitors is limited though, highly rrecommend.

I have lived here a couple of years. I live in a one bedroom, and I love it. the only downside is there are no connections. For laundry. The outside of the property is kept clean and they are building new add ons for amenities.

Nice property, and they are doing more updating. The only reason I am leaving is to get a house. The staff cares about their residents and maintenance gets all your work done in a timely matter. I will miss living here.

Visited this property last week. Seems quiet and looks to be a nice property. Office staff was knowledgeable and nice. Not too familiar with the whole Lewisville area, but I plan to do more research of the neighborhood.

Autumn Breeze Apartments has been a wonderful experience for me! The front office staff is amazing and very friendly! It is very quiet and veteran friendly! They have even added outside renovations which makes it cooler (temperature) and gives everyone more privacy. The pools are nice and kept clean regularly!

I recently had the opportunity to visit this complex while in town visiting the DFW area. My company will be transferring me here in the near future. A friend lives in the Lewisville area so we decided to check out a few properties close by. When arriving in the office I was pleasantly greeted by the office staff. The gregarious property manager personally came out of her office and introduced us to her staff. Being that the other members of her team were assisting others she took us on a tour of the property. One of the first things that jumped out at me when we drove onto the grounds was the property appeared to be built in the 80's. However the grounds were clean and well kept. We viewed the larger one bedroom apartments. It was a nice apartment. The price was affordable compared to what I pay in my state. The drawbacks are split level only apartments, the age of the complex, and the distance from my job location when I move here.

Staff always demonstrated a professional demeanor and made us feel valued as tenants. Never had any issues with anything during my time here. The couple of times I had maintenance come out to replace a leaking faucet and thermostat; they were very prompt, and didn't leave any signs of them coming inside my unit which is greatly appreciated versus leaving handprints a mess.

These apartments do not recommend to anyone. Last night I was visiting and they did not spend half an hour, when we towed the car. This building has business with the cranes, and it does not matter if the driver sees you running behind the car, they also take you, then you have to pay 300 dollars. The parking is awful, and the management of the complex wash their hands like Pilate. They are thiefs. I do not recommend this resort to anyone, because you can not have visitors, because they run out of cars. That is my experience just arrived from Florida.

I LOVE MY APARTMENT!!! I have been a tenant since Feb 2015 and I have never had any issues with my apartment or any issues with my neighbors. I am the first occupant after that building caught fire so I have new everything. My rent is high but that is because I have all the new upgrades (granite counter tops, stainless steel faucets, new cabinets, all black appliances, etc.) So you get exactly what you pay for. The staff is amazing. Gloria has been there since I signed my lease and she is very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is very fast and courteous. Christina is a great manager who is very attentive and polite. Everyone is professional and prompt. Overall, I have no complaints and if I wasn't moving out of state I would definitely renew my lease for another year or two or three years LOL. I am going to miss everyone! :-) Thank ya'll for a safe and clean living experience. -MaDonna

Gloria is very nice and polite and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Hannah is very polite as well and a great leasing agent

I had the plessure of visting Autumn Breeze in Lewisville, also had the pleasure of meeting the beautiful woman in the office. I was greeted by Hannah when I walked in and was introduced to Gloria, and then the office manager Christina. I was looking for a 2 bedroom and they luckly have one available. I was shown the apartment and believe this is where I will be staying soon.

I went looking for apartment at Autumn Breeze, As I walk in I was greeted with a Hello right away. I tour the apartments it was very clean the staff was very helpful Gloria was very polite she show me around the manager introduces herself to me also. I really like the apartment but the reviews I read about bugs has me second guessing myself about renting. I was told they dont have any one bedrooms at this time but check back with them.It will give me time to think of my options.

The staff is absolutely horrendous. No people skills what so ever. The office staff are appalling human beings. The only people here that are worth their salt are the maintenance men. However there are roaches in the building we were moved into and the office refuses to take care of the little visitors. I cannot wait to be out of these apartments. Worst place ever.

This apartment complex @ Autumn Breeze is the worst. (Besides the prices)Management is terrible ( The Manager!!!)especially the way they operate this apt complex is like if we had high school kids running it. Always a lot of miscommunication none of them even know what's going on minus the maintenance men. I been here for 3 years and now they are trying to charge me again for my dog which I have already paid for which is ridicules. Since I've been here Autumn breeze has had 3 different management teams and none have proved to make a difference here at the apts. if I had to pick between Budget suites and Autumn Breeze I would pick Budge suites stay away from this apt complex.

I should have paid attention to the red flags! We applied here and got approved by one group of people in the office. The day we were supposed to sign the lease new people were in the office and told us we had to what on them to run the application. They took a week digging through our background and rental history going all the way back to request information from places we lived in in 2005. They dug until they found something to charge us a double deposit on. By the time we paid the double deposit we had requested to see the apartment several times and was told it wasn't ready every time. We ended up signing the lease the day before we actually moved and we were still unable to view the apartment. The day we moved in we found that the apartment was still not ready. The toilet didn't work, the bathroom sink doesn't drain, the blinds were broken and dirty, the dishwasher was dirty and stinky, the oven was filthy, door knobs were loose, and the smoke detector beeps cause it needs a battery, there were light bulbs that didn't work and graffiti on the front door and patio. Only thing that has been taken care of is the toilet and the light bulbs. We have been here a few weeks at this point and have another serious issue. We had the electricity in our name when we moved in and were under the impression that we would be receiving a bill from them. But instead the manager requested a disconnect to the company we chose and forced out the company we chose and we were unaware until they called us saying we were on there electricity and the lights would be cut off the next day. I had to sit in a hot apartment with a 4 and 7 yr old and it was 100+ degrees outside. When we tried to get a understanding of why they did this all the manager wanted to know was when we were going to pay a bill that keep changing in amount. Starting out we were told $400, then it was $300, and then $160. The manager then let us know that when we pay rent that she would be taking the money for the electricity out of that and we would still owe rent plus late fees. We feel so bullied by this lady and the only thing she cares about is money. She is rude and very unprofessional. I had to ask for proof of a bill and she gave me the run around to get it. As parents we do not take it lightly when someone plays with our livelihood and we have gotten our lawyer involved. Our lawyer made a great point when we told him of this. The only way to get through to a money hungry corporation is to take their money when they have wronged you. So that's what we're going to do.

I would like to say that the experience that I have had with Autumn Breeze was excellent! I will be moving out in about a month after 3 years and I am sad to leave. It seems to be getting even better and I really like the new management. I know that there are some bad reviews, but I suggest that you see for yourself. I personally have 3 family member who live in different apartments here and they will be staying. I am moving to my own home or I would be staying as well. Good luck!

If you want to live in a community that truly cares about you and your family I advise you NOT to move here! The ONLY thing they seem to care about are your rent payments. I've lived here over a year, always pay my rent on time, and don't bother anybody or cause any problems. It was a really nice place to live once upon a time. They recently changed owners/managers and the new manager is HELL! Check this out...I was $17 short on my rent (I usually pay online the balance it showed, but that service is no longer available so I miss calculated with the water bill etc included). They sent me notices and called me repeatedly after I told them when I would be in to bring the payment (which was in a couple of days because of my working hours they're closed when I get home). BUT the manager wouldn't allow maintenance to open my apartment when my 2 year old grandson locked he and his twin sister in when his mother (my daughter) went to take out the trash. (The locks are deadbolts who would've known a 2 year old could lock it). After I spoke with maintenance I advised him to let her in to get the babies. He has my permission. He advised that the manager said that he couldn't open the door because she is not on the lease. (Of course she's not because she doesn't live here). I asked him to go in himself and get the babies out or just open the door and they would come to their mommy and he can lock it back. He still refused because the manager told him not to open the door. REALLY! Where is your common sense? Where is your concern? SAFETY vs POLICY! There are two 2 year olds locked in. Get them out! Needless to say they were locked in 2 1/2 hours because I was at work and didn't get the message on my phone until I went on break. My daughter was locked out with no phone or keys. They were on the inside of the apartment. I work 45 mins from the apartments so I had to leave work to come home. Being that they were in there so long unattended I called 911 on my way. The fire dept had to break a window to come in while maintenance was here with a key! Isn't that sad? The next morning I go to the office (not a happy camper I must add) and the manager calls the police on me because I demanded the contact information to the new corporate office. Then when the police arrived she lied and told them that my daughter told her there was a 13 year old and a 2 year old in the apartment! That was about as stupid as she looked because if that was true the 13yr old could have opened the door! Finally I get the information to corporate, but guess what? The supervisor does NOT return my call. Instead he contacts the manger (the problem at hand) and tells her that she needs to call me! REALLY??? My lease is up in August and I will not be renewing! I'm not paying my money to a community who employ MANAGERS who doesn't have concern for the tenants especially in times of an emergency. I find it amusing how important it was to hound me for $17 measly dollars, but allow my grand babies to be locked in unattended for approx 2 1/2 hours EVEN after I requested to open the door and get them out! I've faxed and mailed a letter to corporate and I'll see if they respond. I'm sure they will sooner or later... #pissedtotheHIGHEST

The management lie to you just to get your money so you can move in. When asked about the rodent problem they said they had no problems. Well the first day of moving in there were roaches everywhere and than they blamed me for bringing them. They wouldn't change my apartment and I begged for them to come spray. I spent hundreds of dollars just to try and solve the problem myself. It took them 2 months to spray the apartment and they only did that because i had to send a certified letter to them. Even after cleaning the kitchen everyday there were still roaches. The management showed me a beautiful apartment and than changed my apartment 3 times before I actually came to sign my lease. People never curb their dogs neither. The laundry facilities on site is very dirty and most of the machines do not wash or dry your clothes. I would never tell anyone to move here because lots of people in the complex have roach problems.
