Fast maintenance

Maintenance is really on top of things around here. They are fast and professional, but also very friendly. I have lived in many apartments and have never experienced such good maintenance. If you’re looking for a cute community in Lewisville, this is the place for you.

Nice, clean and homey

Autumn Breeze Apartments are nice and clean. I've really enjoyed living here. The units are also very reasonably priced, which is so hard to find in this economy. The pool is also super nice. I 10/10 recommend.

Great customer service

My son has been living here for almost 3 years. The staff is helpful the maintenance staff goes above and beyond to help with your needs. My son's stove went out and they replaced it the next day. I recommend Autumn Breeze Apartments to all my friends. You will not be disappointed.

Great Atmosphere

When I first arrived the staff was cheerful they worked together as a team. I went on tour with Rita and Hannah they made me feel welcome. I was introduced to the maintenance team as well. I love there townhomes especially the yard space.I plan on making my Autumn Breeze my future home.

If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about their people then come here! Cristina is the best, she is always in a good mood and is always willing to help. I’ve never lived anywhere that gave good customer service so I was hesitant when moving but they proved me wrong. I don’t see myself going anywhere else after living here. Townhome

I just move in a townhouse it’s very spacious and has a big yard. The upgrades are phenomenal and so pretty! It has a one car garage and really feels like home. It is right across the school so it’s super convenient for me and my kids. Love the staff as well.
