I toured the apartment and it was just so nice inside! I did tour the model but I'm expecting units to look similar minus the furniture haha. But everything looked so clean and nice! And for their pricing to rent their homes are too good to be true. Right by the mall , and surrounding other stores

Area is very nice and secluded, the apartments are not surrounded with busy streets so traffic isn't as bad as most places around town. It is also located right near the summit so has a walkable family friendly place to visit. Apartments are well kept and area looks nice and clean

I have been living here since 2024 and everything has been up to the standards, neighbors are nice, everything that stops working the fix it right away the same day and the amenities for me are good and always at disposition.

Friendly and quiet community. If I have any problems they always get fixed promptly. Parking can be a little difficult at times due to the amount of vehicles parked or trailers sitting taking up spaces.

Great apartment community. Super quiet and comfortable. Love access to the Summit Center. Great amenities and efficient appliances. Plus the office staff have been wonderful to work with. Looking forward to using the pool this summer

Good so far, I'm new to the area and rented this unit unseen. The staff has been helpful and accommodating to my pets and would definitely recommend this community for anyone interested in moving into this area

Maintenance is the best thing about living here. They definitely make up for the offices lack of communication and transparency. Maintenance is the only thing I never have issues with. Gate hasn't worked in the 2 years I've been here though and there's a strong smell of weed where I live. Too pricy for the conditions we're living in.

The service was friendly but not helpful since I went and called several times and nobody helped me. Apartments seem nice but nobody helps there. I wish someone would have been able to actually help so I could've rent an apt there

The apartment's location is good, accessible to midland park mall and also other stores. Whats nice about this place is that it is gated, and also the prompt maintenance when you have a only down time is that you can here the footsteps of people upstairs cause i live on the ground floor.

The experience has been good overall. Often, some tenants are very noisy. A big problem is the dogs; they relieve themselves near the apartment patios, and their owners don't seem to care.They should be reminded of this.

Bailey was excellent to talk to. She helped with any problems I had (since this was the first time I've rented an apartment). The application process was a pain, but the staff was very helpful and kept me on the right track. I am very happy staying here.

The office team is always helpful and understanding of situations. If they are able, they are always will to help and work with you on situations to get you thru tough times. Maintenence staff is courteous and does a good job. Property is well kept and reasonably priced in this area

Rough at the beginning with the maintenance team, but now with the new maintenance worker Steve i feel like things will be better. It's a good community but dog poop, marijuana smell around complex, and people letting they dog run loose around buildings and dogs jumping over first floor railings is my main concern.

Not recommended, the air conditioning was never fixed, the manager doesn't work, there's a lot of noise in the area and they're racists. They just want your money, they don't care about fixing anything, they're complete liars. Zero recommendations.

Pretty busy with the oilfield traffic but it's okay. First time living in an apartment residential area. Sometimes it's noisy with the vehicular traffic coming and going or being on the bottom floor you hear all the foot traffic from the upstairs apartment.

Okay, nothing special. Gate has been broken since I moved in, so over a year now. Not sure how long before that it as broken. But it's a major security risk and my vehicle has been broken into twice as a result. The grounds aren't really well kept, no real grass or anywhere for kids to play safely other than the pool. Appliances are old and worn. Layout is pretty decent, spacious bathroom/walk in closet and living area.
