The apartment itself is nice, the layout is nice and the kitchen is open and very big for an apartment I have no complaints there. However we were sold the apartment with one of the amenities being trash valet and considering we live on the 3rd floor it was actually a huge deciding factor for us. The schedule for trash valet is supposed to be Thursday through Sunday but lately if we're lucky it will get picked up Monday and Tuesday and that's about it. Mind you they call this an amenity but you actually pay $35 a month for it. Then there's the actual grounds. If you only care about how the apartment looks on the inside then this is totally the one for you. Otherwise there is a huge, and I do mean huge pile of trash around the dumpster area and lining the fence around it. There is debris trash all over the grassy area (sorry the dirt area there's not really grass) that never gets picked up assuming until it blows away. There is dog poo all over the grounds, and probably it can be attributed to the fact that the trash for the doggy poo bags will go unchanged for months at a time. Overall it's decent but I kinda expected more for the area.

Overall, the experience hasn't been terrible, but for the price of rent, I'd expect a bit more work on keeping the quality of the units up to standard. Appliances aren't updated and break often, and the laminate floors are jagged and uneven.

Its a very nice community but they will need to work faster om mantainace calls. Would like free wifi and free washer n dryer. Good deals this place caught my eye. And office personal have been good to me so far.But is a good neighborhood.

Staff is extremely helpful and mentioned everything the apartment complex offers. So far, we've had no issues but I know if something came up, they will help us without question. Neighborhood is peaceful and feels safe.

Nice move in process, showed up advised them i saw an ad on & had a appointment to view a place diedre was great welcomed me & answered any questions i had regarding the complex & room i was viewing. She explained the process broke it down for me and made it simple. Like how they worked with me every step of the way. A week has gone by living here and it's been great no complaints. Just maybe i would wish the complex would close the gates instead of always keeping them open.

It's only been a few days since we have officially moved in but so far being at this new community we are in love with it! It is sooooo much better than where we were before. The people in the office are really nice and professional and if you need something fix the maintenance people try to fix everything fast and the apartments are really nice. The community is quiet. We really like it in here.

The community is friendly, quiet, close to shopping,, bank & gym which is very important to me. My major concern is roaches. I contacted management and they sent pest control but it didn't seem like it helped. I sent them an email right after that but I got no response. I have been trying to control them myself. This will be a major deal breaker in renewing my lease

The staff is very professional and friendly. I didn't feel they were trying to sell me on the complex, I felt it was an invitation to make this our home. The community is quite and well kept. It would be nice to have the security gates working.

Really quiet community which is nice, staff has been friendly so far and I have no complaints whatsoever. My move in went smoothly and I like how I can do electronic payments for rent and set up appointments for maintenance if needed through their website.

No checklist of what we needed to bring or do before we picked p our keys were given. We got there and then we're told oh yo have to get the electricity set up before you can get your keys. Then it was and do you have your renters insurance ready to go. Then we're told we needed to go get a cashiers check for prorated rent. I suggested they have a checklist so the move in process didn't take 4 hours the day to are supposed to be able to walk in and get your keys. She said they had one, they just didn't give it to us. They also were offering several moves in specials when you signed a lease. One on their website said your first month was free. Then after we got there they said they actually weren't doing that survival anymore. Then while we were there, they had a sign offering a free eco fit or google beat when you signed your lease. E we asked about it multiple times and the girls in the office said they were new and didn't know and would find out. Only to be told by a manager that they actually weren't doing that anymore and just took down the display that day (a week and a half after move in). I asked if she could honor it since we were offered it at move in and she said that there weren't any notes in our account so no. Overall very poor communication and office staff knowledge and friendliness is lackluster at best. Hopefully they can get a better team in there soon.

I commented earlier in this my main complaints are the way the ground are kept and the pool not being maintained. Cigarette butts everywhere and pool filthy. Office staff friendly but needs to enforce rules. Gated community, not closing gates. Washer and dryers advertised in units however mine does not have them.

It's been a nice area. We like the area of town being out of the city a bit with more open areas, my wife and I both grew up in the country, and the overall complex is neat and clean. I enjoy the workout area very much though I would like to see more weight options as opposed to treadmills.

This apartment complex started out as a great place to live. I have been living here going on my 5th year. Unfortunately the apartment complex has been neglected and the "gated community" has not had working gates in years. The parking lot has many potholes that I have reported for a year now, but still no repairs. There are newer nicer apartments in the area for a lower price.

It's great community nice and quiet at times. However rent is too high especially after my discount as a teacher was taken away. I think y'all need to not look at the oil field and let that dictate your prices there are other people that live in this town.

Friendly. Helpful. Somewhat dated (no granite or new cabinets) but the location is wonderful. Quiet place. Gates don't work but most apartment complexes don't. Was not that clean when moving in but nothing I wouldn't have gone over myself. I am very pleased with this. Staff is wonderful

Advenir is a very nice community that is quiet and welcoming. I go to school and come back, and am able to study and live here without any issues. The exterior has just been updated and has added a beautiful touch to the community. The interior is just as nice, and comes with full appliances.

I picked this apartment because it was exactly what I needed in the time I needed it to be available, not to mention it was nice interior compared to others, first floor, which I needed; accepted pets if I get some, and great amenities.
