    It is a nice complex with nice apartments. The fence around the property is a real selling point, but the gates seldom work. I appreciate the option of upgraded parking with covered spots or garages. The valet yeah service is spectacular.

      Great location, very quiet and peaceful. Office and maintenance staff are very professional and polite. We look forward to staying here long into the future. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for an apartment.

        It's a very quite complex, which we love! We haven't had any issues we pretty much keep to ourselves. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful, only complaint we have is we wish the gates would be fixed and stay closed. One of the reasons we picked this place.

          Quiet and fairly nice. Maintenance staff is good, office people can be hit or miss. Since the new company took over they haven't watered the grass and it's dying off. But overall a good place. 8 more characters

            This has been the easiest move ever. My apartment was ready, there was even a little gift and a note from the team inside. There is plenty of parking. I guess you can rent a garage or a carport, but I don't really need that. My apartment was spotlessly clean and ready to go. My patio is huge and the washer dryer is handy to have too. Overall, very impressed.

              Very friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. Answered all questions, and returned all calls and emails in a very timely manner. The grounds were very well kept and clean. The allowance of pets was a big deciding factor.

                I'd request for service two times and they responded fast and with expected results. This community is safe, quiet and a great location, close to shopping centers, places to eat, gas stations and a lot more services.

                  The leasing staff at Waterford Ranch has been amazing ever since our first interaction with them. They have gone above and beyond to assist and take care of all the accommodations i have requested. I would recommend this property to any potential resident.

                    The office staff is friendly and overall the complex is well maintained. I love the location and that it is gated. I wish it was a bit more quiet living on the second floor I can hear the tenants walk above me. But the community is great and I enjoy where I live.

                          I moved in with the intentions of only staying a year. But after our positive experience living here we decided to renew our lease. The office staff are phenomenal and very helpful. Any maintenance request we put in was taking care of asap. The maintenance and the grounds keeper are always friendly towards you when passing you by. I am currently in the military and move around a lot, I can definitely say Waterford Ranch is one of the best places I have had the opportunity to live in.

                            We have lived at Waterford Ranch for two years. It has been a good experience as far as safety and help from the staff. Maintenance requests are resolved within a day or two. Brad and Luis have taken great care of us while we've lived here. Elfrin is awesome too, he always says hi and has a smile. We began renting here from Linda and she has been professional with us and helpful with our questions about leaving the apartment to purchase a house. I have felt very safe with my young children here and never had a problem with vandalism. All-in-all its been great place to rent. I enjoy how close it is to town but still has an out in the country feel. The only suggestions I have for this complex are to install a key code on the bathroom door at the pool, keep the gate open during the day then close it at night (this may lessen the opportunities for the gate to break by people manually opening it), and don't drastically increase rent. It would shock anyone for their rent to increase by 50%. Take into account their previous rental rate, timeliness of rental payment, and length of time lived at Waterford Ranch.

                              I have read some bad reviews bad these apartments and some of the staff. I completely and totally disagree with them. The staff especially Linda Cantu has been fantastic since day one. She is always willing to help. We love it here and have decided to renew our lease because of the fantastic environment here. Do not believe all of the crazy reviews. Come and see for yourself. Once you are here you will never want to live anywhere else. Check out the others than stop by here. You too will see the better difference .....

                                I would absolutely recommend checking this place out! The staff did a great job making my move easy and stress free. I was not looking forward to moving so far from home and from family but they have made me feel so comfortable and welcome and I appreciate them all! THANK YOU!

                                  ----- is horrible. The below comments were written by her to try and redeem herself. I have never dealt with someone so incompetent. If I was her boss, I would have fired her months ago! She has had my wife and I liars numerous times and also other residents. I wouldn't recommend renting here. The gates always seem to be broken, and vehicles seem to get burglarized. Also they don't regulate who uses the pool. We pay thousands of dollars to live here, and any one can use the amenities. Doesn't seem right to me. Do yourself a favor and don't move here!!!

                                    I have lived here three and a half years. Although there have been challenges, for instance, scheduled garbage pickup, the front gate not working properly and on occasion, non-residents taking up resident parking spaces. However rents have been adjusted per the recent economic downturn. As far as property maintenance issues are concerned, there exists a shining star in Brad, the maintenance supervisor who is highly efficient and friendly. Issues are addressed fully and in a timely manner.

                                      Visited property last week, very clean and reasonably priced for the space and amenities, it is a great complex , the office staff was amazing, great customer service and very clean office.                                         Is anyone in management going to address the non residents using the pool all day, everyday? It's ridiculous! We pay an outrageous amount to live here but anyone can use the pool? I wouldn't move here if you paid me. Management is horrible, especially -----, she is by far the rudest property manager I have met. She should have been fired by now with all the other complaints I've seen on these websites.

                                          I wouldn't recommend this property to a stranger on the street, ----- is the office is AWFUL, she needs to be replaced like yesterday. Customer service is terrible at this apartment complex, the only person who was friendly no longer works there. Prices are reasonable for crappy craftsmanship and their pool is ALWAYS dirty.

                                            The dog waste bags are kept full and are very convenient. I'm on the 2nd floor so it can be loud at times with upper and lower neighbors but not bad. Safe neighborhood. Overall very happy here!

                                              Love our unit ! We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath! It was prefect when we moved in and haven't had any problems since ! Love the property and staff. Parking is a bit tight but it's ok :)

                                                  I currently live here, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, office staff is horrible, especially the older leasing agent -----, she is rude and condescending, you pay a decent amount to live here, so good customer service should be expected. They are extremely unorganized. I recommend anyone who lives here to keep written documentation of any contact you have with the office! Maintainace staff is okay, takes forever to get a work order done, but ---- is awesome.
