    I really appreciated the help from the front office, Trina went beyond to find our new home, and made the paperwork an easy process, I love how close grocery stores and shopping markets are close by. Neighbors seem to be kind and helpful, on the second day of moving in our furniture; one of our neighbors offered to park in her spot that was closer to the stairs to unload.

      Apartments are away from all the cluster in Midland, TX. Been here a week and it seems to be quiet all around. Front gate looks to be damaged and needs replaced. Front office (Trina) was very helpful.

        Overall my experience with the apartment and community hasn't been bad but the lack of updates to the apartments interior as well as exterior shows that it is a little dated and overpriced compared to some of the newer complexes but it does have nice staff and great amenities.

          My family and I took a tour of the property yesterday. We loved the spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The property is beautiful & quiet. Trina was absolutely amazing showing us the layout of the available units, and answered all our questions that we had.

            We enjoy living at this community. Its quiet and clean and the staff is very friendly. I do wish that the office wasnt closed whenever I go on Saturdays since the sign says it should be open. But maybe i just have bad timeing and always go when they are on break. Other than that, we have no complaints.

              I have no complaints, the application process was quick and simple, I was able to move in a day before my move in date. The community is quiet and calm. Apartments are newer and cleaner than most you'll find in this god forsaken place called Midland.

                Had a very bad experience when moving in. Didn't get my apartment on time. Wasn't totally clean. Took over 3 months to change lock and get the keys for maul box. Management does not care about residents. Laundry room is not always working. Maintenance needs to be more responsible.

                  Do not move here Dog Park is a 12 x 8 area infested with weeds, stickers, and dog poop The Pool is always dirty Nobody cleans up dog poop They have trash valet. There is always trash out in the breezeways. Usually leaking and smelling. They don't enforce their non-smoking policy. The security gates don't work. My rent bill is always wrong. I have to address it every month. You can never get anyone on the phone, so you have to go in to the office, during working hours. Pass this place up!! It's in a great location. That's the only thing it has going for it.

                    The new young -------- man with glasses is amazing. He works in maintenance. Thanks for fixing our tubs. I let him know the problem and he came and fixed it. Even on a Saturday. Thank you so much. Also to Brad he’s amazing as well.

                        Well I'm a single mother going to school trying to make ends meet and can't save up enough money to get my tags on my car updated because the apartment management keeps having my car towed and it's 300 dollars to get it back and that's if I have the money the first 24 hours of them having it towed and just the other day got another one can't get my tags if they keep taking any extra money I do get to get my damn car back

                          They are very low on staff so it does take them some time to come help but the maintenance man is very good and gets the problem fixed the best he can iv only had problems in the being with me ac and took them months but since the management changed its better.

                            The apartment is beautiful but when I moved in the apartment was not move in ready as they stated. It needed a lot of work and it was highly aggravating trying to get them to come out and fix the issues. 10 days have past and not one issue has been addressed.

                                Front office rarely answers . Maintenance is repaired at their cheapest rate and work is still left not repaired correctly. Always needing to leave the apartment to get fresh air . Many window units everywhere

                                  Just terrible management that doesn't keep their word. The maintenance is horrendous, dog park can't even be used it's so bad. The trash valet is nice but the trash area is always over filled and a huge eye sore. Wouldn't recommend at all. I recommend the apartment to a friend and was so embarrassed by all the problems she's had with the apartment. I will never refer a friend again. And I didn't even receive the credit they said I would.

                                    It's a nice apartment for the price. It's in a quiet neighborhood that feels safe. Lots of storage. They only have one maintenance guy for this huge apartment complex, so it takes a really long time to get anything done, but the maintenance man is very sweet and courteous. And management doesn't do anything about neighbors smoking marijuana constantly and it seeping into the air vents of connecting apartments. For Midland, it would be considered a nice apartment.

                                      Front desk is nice but the lead time for simple maintenance has a lot to be desired. Community overall is decent. Not much to say other than my experience has been ok, other than the night mare AC issue that took forever to fix.

                                        Don't do it! Absolutely nothing but trouble from the beginning! The staff is unprofessional, show no compassion or sense of urgency. Slowly but surely this place is becoming the ------ and what's sad is its in such an nice area. Truly a tragedy.

                                          Unorganized mess. Told me I could move in at anytime then said I couldn't move in till 4 pm. Then 15 minutes before 4 got a call saying my apartment wasn't ready and they were changing my apartment. Apartment was a mess! Paint everywhere, place was not clean.

                                            Horrible staff, both office and maintenance. They are lazy and will close out work orders that are not completed. Sometimes it will take up to 8 work orders to get one item fixed. I'm a patient person but this place is horrible.

                                              While the complex offers great amenities they seem to have a hard time responding to work orders in a timely manner. The staff in person are nice and the location is fantastic. The community is quite and it is close to the loop which allows access to dining, entertainment, jobs, schools, and shopping opportunities.

                                                It would be nice if my dryer worked. I put a request in on April 2nd. It's now April 24th. For the past two weeks I've called and they say they are going to print them off and give them to their head maintenance guy but nothing has happened. So I get to shell out 30$ a week to wash my clothes. It would also be nice if my freezer wasn't pouring water and ice out into the fridge part, ruining some of my groceries. It also occasionally pools outside my fridge. You would think this is a priority due to possible water damage but nothing has been done. It would also be nice if my kids could go play outside but there's dog ---- all over and there's broken glass on the sidewalk and in the grass behind my apartment. I've called the last 3 weeks about it and nothing has happened. It would also be nice if there wasn't broken shards of a vase in the breeze way. I called about that a few days ago. Nothing has been done. I would love to move but as a single mom, this makes moving difficult.
