The neighborhood is quiet but I feel like there is more need to be added like amenities and security of the community. As for the apartment its nice but my first month had some issue with AC but they resolved it by giving me a temp portable AC. Overall experience is great and will for sure renew my lease.

Amazing staff, easy process when moving in. Neighbors are very respectful. The inside of the apartment is very nice and spacious. Very enjoyable. Very clean area. Great area in midland with easy access to everything

Not much to say, it was great on my first year but everything started to change on my second lease. Since the construction started next door, my apartment became a dusty mess, and pets owners unresponsive for not picking up their pets feaces.

The apartment staff was fantastic when we initially moved in. There has been a few switches and replacements made throughout our time here. Some growing pains but turned around to be better than imagined! Management responds to issues or comments quickly. Maintenance is the best team around! They are friendly, work hard and do an incredible job. It is a quiet place to live for the most part with your occasional apartment living disruptions. The amenities are wonderful, especially the dog park. It's been a huge convenience for us and our dogs!

Nice apartments, friendly staff, would be nicer to have more parking options. Apartments are roomy and you get what you pay for, pool is nice so is the rec room. Was very nice to receive a goody bag as we walked into the apartment

We've been here for almost two weeks and we haven t had any issues so far. The community is clean and quiet. The parking is great because there is plenty of room to park in front of apartment. Washer and dryer is a great addition.

For the most part I like it; however, I would be happier if our security gates actually worked. It was one ofvthe features that I used in my selection when looking for a safe place to live. I also wish the washer dryer was i side and not outside.

I have had minor issues that have been fixed very promptly, management has been respectful and the maintance workers have always been friendly. Just wish the power outages weren't an issue.. not their fault though.

Security

This place lies on the web site it is not gated, plus no security cameras anywhere so buy your own, people up in front office don’t give a ----!! Oh, and enjoy walking in dog ---- and stickers!!!!!!!!

I have yet to be impressed. The front office staff is attractive and kind enough?however, there are many small things that need attention. I'm afraid to submit these concerns as every little thing requires a "maintenance request." The last of which took an entire week-to get me a trash can!

Average Living

I came in excited and remained disappointed. Extremely extremely slow maintenance. You can expect one work order to take anywhere from 1-2 weeks minimum. Also, with all these oilfield trucks there’s absolutely nowhere to park after 6 pm. Staff takes forever to respond back to resident concerns. Also, there’s constantly parties happening at the pool. The gym is always dirty, must I go on… for these kind of prices, just go to an actual luxury apartment complex. I regret not going with my initial pick.

Horrible after move in polite and nice before ladies in office are polite but work orders fo not get done in a timely manner and you have to find and ask maintaince yourself they do not fix the problems completely on bandaid the problems

Great place to live at thus far great staffing and great community. I love that these apartments are not by a busy street so it is easy to get to and from places, very nice place to keep animals and view is tremendous

A lot do the residents do not care about their trash/cleanliness. Too many visitors coming in and out all the time. Gate was never fixed like it said was going to be. People at pool area drink and also goof off in fitness area.

The Advenir Team has been great to work with. I had a recent situation and the Advenir at Mayfield Team and their Regional Director, Mr. Mark Silvas helped work through my concerns. When it all first started, I was not the most pleasant tenant to work with. I do owe the Advenir at Mayfield my most sincerest apology. All in all, during my entire stay, the Team has been AWESOME!!! When you go online and look at their reviews, some of them are not all that great. I am here to tell anyone who asks, this is by far one of the better property management Teams that I have been a part of. I do believe it starts at the top with their CEO and Managing Director, the Vecchittos as well as their Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Swafford and creating a culture that really does care for their Team, their properties and as well as their Tenants. People nowadays, are in a hurry to put out the negative, which is not the case here. Pretty AWESOME Team!!! Can't thank them enough for everything!!!!

Thus far, our experience has been a bit underwhelming. My partner and I agree that the parking situation is pretty awful, the closest carports are all taken, and our neighbors leave their trash out all day long, attracting pests in this hot weather. I'm hoping communication with the office team improves and that we are able to have a better stay moving forward.

This place is so disgusting I am moving out. They let trash built up until it smells. Early move out fee after dealing with the roaches is $2500. If they're going to charge that high of a move out fee, the conditions should at least be livable. I have had several repairs needed and it always takes one to three months to get fixed. And Nick in the front office is about as useful as ---- on a bull. Oh and they increased the rent $600 per month despite the blaring construction across the street.

The a/c wasn't working on move in day, and the apartment had a few dents, dings, scratches, paint marks, and floor marks. Other than that the move in process was quick and easy. The staff did a great job helping me move in and making sure everything was taken care of

Great place to live. Office personnel and maintenance crew are very helpful and respond very quickly to your needs. Neighbors are very friendly. The communication from the staff to the tenants is great. I like how they give a time frame on when they will do a maintenance check on your apartment and will be there between the time frame they give you. It's nice that they make sure everything is working properly.
